"I've been dying to tell you anything you wanna hear cause that's just who I am this week."

I smiled as he took my hand, that huge smile playing on his lips.

"Let's go (Y/N)! Don't be a scaredy cat!"

"I can't be a scaredy cat around you."

He dragged me to the edge of the cliff and grinned out at the sparkling water.

I was watching him the whole time, however.

"Isn't it beautiful?"

"It's more beautiful with you."

"Geez!"

He laughed.

"Aren't you being super cheesy today?"

"When am I not?"

"Aw, and I love you. Extra cheese and all."

I looked out at the water for the first time since we came up here.

Sirens started to blare and he smiled at me.

"Let's go?"

"Of course."

And with that, we jumped.

"(Y/N), what do you think you're doing with him?" (Best friend or b/f) asked, both hands on her hips and a huge frown on her lips.

"What do you mean?"

"You know what I mean! You've put your lives in your hands too many times! You're going to die being with him!"

I frowned at her.

"You know nothing."

"I know you're being stupid!"

"Then let me be stupid! I love him! And you can't stop me!"

"(Y/N), is something wrong love?"

He looked at me with his big (e/c) eyes.

"(B/f) is trying to break us up again."

He took both of my hands and smiled as he looked into my eyes.

"Let her. She's just jealous."

"She thinks I'm going to die being around you."

"I'll never let that happen, love."

I reached up and cupped his cheek.

"You promise?"

"I promise."

He leaned in and kissed me.

"------ are you sure this is going to be okay?"

He nodded, a huge smile on his lips.

"We'll be fine. Come on, I'll go first."

"No, let's go together."

"I love you, (Y/N)."

"And I love you too, -----."

With that, he took my hand and we started to walk off the balcony, right to the water.

"Finally! You woke up! You had me so worried, love."

"I'm sorry, who are you?"

"You don't remember me?"

"Were you the one in my dreams?"

"What dreams love?"

"We jumped off the bridge, right?"

"Yes, I thought it was closer to the water's surface and we would be okay. But I was wrong. And I'm so sorry about that."

"We fell in, right?"

"Yes."

"And I-I got hurt?"

"You fell wrong, love."

"I did?"

"You did. I'll make sure it never happens again, I promise."

"Didn't you already break a promise?"

"I said you wouldn't die, love."

"I told you!" She screeched, sending a slap right across my face.

"St-stop it!" I sobbed.

"No! This is what happens when you don't listen to me!"

She grabbed my arm and slammed me into the wall, knocking the lamp onto the floor.

It shattered into a million pieces as she slapped me again.

"(Y/N)!"

He came into the room, a worried face on.

"Oh, its you." (B/f) said, facing him.

I pushed her off me and ran over to him, jumping into his arms.

"Shhh, it's okay. I've got you now," he whispered, hugging me back immediately.

"Get your stuff and leave. Never come back here," he yelled at (b/f).

"You can't make me!"

"Watch me!"

He reached for his phone and typed in 911.

"Hello? Someone is assaulting my girlfriend. I made it just in time before it got worse."

The color ran out of (b/f)'s face.

"She won't leave, ma'am."

"Yes, its 106 ••••• Lane, ******."

He hung up the phone and pocketed it, the arm returning around me.

"Never come near my bride again."

"Are you happy yet?" I screamed at the sky, the rain falling down on me.

"Are you happy?"

"(Y/N), love, step away from the edge, please."

The sadness in his eyes almost saved me.

Almost.

"Why? So my life can be ruined again?"

"Please, love, please. I love you so much, please don't leave me!"

He was sobbing by now, reaching his hand out to me.

"What are you trying to do?! Why were you with her?"

"I was trying to find something for you, love! I was trying to find you a ring, a pretty ring you would wear for the rest of your life!"

"Then why was she touching you?!"

"She threw herself onto me! Love, I swear on my life, I would never cheat on you!"

"First (b/f) leaves and now my sister?!"

"Please love, please."

I took a step towards him.

"Please, I love you so much, don't jump. Don't leave me! I have no one else but you!"

"And I have no one but you."

He looked up at me as I stood in front of him.

"I love you so god damn much it hurts," he sobbed, jumping up and wrapping his arms around me.

I wrapped mine around him and started to sob as well.

"It was so scary up there."

He pulled me away a little just enough so he could get to my lips.

He kissed me.

After he pulled away, he got down on one knee and held the ring out.

"Love, I know you probably wanted this as a huge thing at some park or whatever, but here it is. Will you be my bride? My miss right? My one and only for ever and ever? Will you grow old with me until we both leave this world? Will you adventure with me and lead me to the ends of the earth?"

"Yes."

"Hand me the diaper bag please."

I reached out to him and he put it in my hand, smiling at me.

"Daddy! Let's go play!"

"Not right now, (girl's name), I have to help mommy with the twins."

She pouted and he smiled before ruffling her hair.

"When the twins go for nap time, we can do something together, okay?"

"Yes daddy!"

"You're awake."

I turned my head and saw him sitting there, a smile on his face.

His eyes were red and swollen.

"What happened?"

"You fell into a coma."

"How?"

"You were driving (girl's name) back from dance."

"Is she alright?"

"She's perfectly fine. It's been a couple weeks, so her small cuts have gotten better."

"Thank goodness."

He smiled at me and rubbed his thumb over the back of my hand.

"I missed you."

"I missed you too."
