Dear Ms. Flores and Mr. Reed,
        I would like to request a meeting with you to discuss how your daughter Lucy is progressing at school. I want to express my concerns about the recent change in her behavior involving another student, Peter Parker. The two of them usually get along extremely well. However, they have had multiple disputes within the past week, and it is starting to disrupt other students during class time.
        There was an incident today where things got out of hand and Lucy sprayed her juice box at Peter. Some of it got in his eye, resulting in him having to go to the nurse. Luckily he is fine, but this problem cannot escalate any further.
        We need to discuss this behavior change and hopefully figure out how to rekindle the friendship between these two kids. Peter's guardians will also be in attendance. The scheduled time is Monday afternoon thirty minutes after dismissal. Please let me know if there is a conflict with this time.

      I just called by to have a word with you about my daughter Lucy's birthday party on the 17th. I suppose you weren't in when I called, I'll call around again later this afternoon and hopefully we can talk then.
        I think there seems to be some sort of little problem with Peter and Lucy again, I don't quite think they're on talking terms. Hopefully you can fill me in on the situation. Lucy would really love if he came to her birthday party.
        I'm looking forward to seeing you again, this time not in a meeting!

Dear May,
         I'm sorry about Lucy's behavior this week. I know that Peter is upset about not going to the party and he doesn't understand why he hasn't been invited. To be honest I can't quite understand it myself; I have tried to talk to Lucy but I'm afraid I can't get inside the mind of an 11-year-old girl!
         I think it's just a case of her not being able to invite him because the other girls don't want a boy to go. Unfortunately she seems to be at that age . . . Please give my love to Peter, it seems so unfair and when I spoke to him last week I could see how hurt he was.
         Perhaps we can take the two of them out some other evening during the week.

the party was not very good. you did not miss anything. the girls are stupid! chloe broke maddy's doll so she threw her pizza in chloe's sleeping bag. and when chloe woke up she had tomato and cheese stuck in her hair and my mom tried to wash it but it would not go away. then chloe's mom came and yelled at maddy's mom, and my mom went really red, and then my step-dad said something i didn't hear and chloe's mom started to cry and then everyone went home.

do you want to go to the movies on friday and go to mcdonald's after? my mom will bring us and she said your aunt may can come too.

also my parents got me a phone for my birthday so now we can finally text. i don't remember my number so i will give it to you after school.
