I apologize for being dead here's a long update

And please could you just vote on a story. I have 3 stories ready to be published, but I can't post them all since I'm struggling to keep two stories updated.

Chapter 24: Filler chapter before the end

Taehyung woke up with a raging hangover. The first thing he did when he opened his eyes was to curse at how bright the light was since Jungkook had forgotten to close the curtains, then he rolled out off the bed and stumbled/ran to the bathroom to empty out his stomach.

"You okay?" Jungkook's slightly hoarse morning voice echoed in the now silent bathroom. Taehyung felt a hand caress his back in a soothing manner, having your head down the toilet isn't that appealing so Taehyung got up slowly.

He cringed at the sight as he flushed down the toilet and before answering Jungkook he put a hand in front of his mouth "Apart from this headache, I am doing fine."

"Go and take painkillers," Jungkook crossed his arms and leaned on the door frame "I will make breakfast since we're kinda behind schedule." 

Taehyung raised an eyebrow "It's not a free day today?"

"Nope, we're going to pick up Byeongkwan from Minseok so we can drop him off at his university."

"Why can't Minseok do that himself?" Taehyung whined and grabbed his toothbrush.

"Minseok is working and Jongdae can't drive for shit," Jungkook turned around and walked to the small kitchen.

Taehyung grumbled and put toothpaste on the brush. He let a small stream of water run over it before putting it in his mouth and violently brushed his teeth, trying to remove the acidic taste in his mouth. He stuck out his tongue and began brushing it, he gagged when he touched a bit far back on the tongue.

"Taehyung do you want any yoghurt?!"

"Es!" He spat out the blue/white foam and rinsed his toothbrush then put it in his cup. He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand as he walked to Jungkook who was doing something in the kitchen. It smelled good so he guessed he was cooking something.

"I am not cooking anything homemade, just heating up some leftovers," Jungkook said, not taking his eyes off the pan that was sizzling like crazy. The content in the pan was rice, chicken, and noodles. Jungkook had added some cheese on top of it, just to get that fine detail.

The older vampire jumped onto the counter and grabbed the pill and glass of water Jungkook had set down for him. 

"Did you pick up the bags?" 

Jungkook hummed "Yes, Namjoon had told them I would be picking them up for him. I also got one of the nurse's number, don't worry I told her someone already had my heart."

The stove got switched off and Jungkook set down the pan on the table, he walked over to the cabinet to grab two plated to set them on the table. Taehyung still sat on the counter and watched him walk back and forth to grab stuff he could use to set the table.

"Drive for fuck's sake!" Jungkook screamed and honked at the person in front of him "My deceased mother could drive a horse better than you fool!"

"Jungkook ple-"

Jungkook rolled down his window and stuck his head out "It's a green,
light, drive!"

Taehyung sighed, Jungkook's road rage wasn't pretty. He remembers vividly how Jungkook nearly killed an old lady.

The song from the radio wasn't really helping either.

Jungkook stomped on the gas and passed the car in front of him, Taeyong screaming and held onto roof handle for dear life. Not that he would die, but it would hurt like a bitch if Jungkook crashed.

Well, he would die if he lost his head.

"Calm down I didn't crash," Jungkook muttered, his eyes glued to the road. They drove into a much more silent zone.

It was a part of the more richer districts, big houses and expensive cars coated the streets.

Taehyung low-key felt out of place. Since after Jungkook's parents passed away Somin inherited most of the money and personal belongings from them. All the siblings had agreed on this.

Jungkook got a small portion, but that was lost during the wars.

The car rolled up to a fancy looking house with a dumb amount of windows.

Out on the porch sat a boy with faded pink hair that looked out from under a beanie he was wearing. He sat there clutching onto a black bag and his face broke into a smile when he saw them.

"Jungkook!" He ran up to the car and sat in the seat behind Jungkook "I was beginning to think you were ditching me."

"I would never Byeongkwan," Jungkook laughed lightly, he noticed the markings on the younger's face was gone "What happened to your marks?"

Byeongkwan touched his face "Ah I covered them with makeup. I've gotten sick of all the questions about to them," he took off his beanie to show his pointy ears that he gotten pierced "And uhm could you perhaps pick someone up on the way?"

Jungkook backed out from the driveway "If it's on the way. Sure."

"Aah! Thank you and yes it's a minute or two extra to drive from where they live!"

"You're glowing a pinkish tone," Taehyung pointed out and the pink aura around Byeongkwan got a bit a darker making the vampire snap his fingers "You like this person."

"N-n-no" He strutted and the pink was now somewhat red " It's just...." he trailed off and got completely silent and the two in front laughed.

"Do they know?" Jungkook asked after some minutes of silent "You know about your inhuman side."

Byeongkwan nodded "Yes. It was the first thing I told him. He's really nice! take a left."

"So what are you studying?"

"Dance mister Taehyung."

Taehyung laughed "I have known you for over 100 years, do you still feel the need to call me mister?"

"Yes, it's fun seeing your different reactions," The elf smiled "There he is," he pointed at a bus stop where a male with blond hair stood patiently waiting.

He looked up from his phone at the sound of wheels crushing wet snow came closer. First, he looked really confused but broke into a smile when Byeongkwan opened the window and smiled.

"Sehyoon!" Byeongkwan smiled back at him and opened the door, the boy known as Sehyoon bowed with his head to Jungkook and Taehyung as he sat down beside the elf "Okay the driver there is Jungkook and that's his boyfriend Taehyung."

"Hello, I am Kim Sehyoon," he bowed his head again and shyly smiled.

After dropping off the two kids at university Taehyung and Jungkook went over to a local cafe for some refills of food. Not that they needed to eat any of the human food, but they liked the taste of it.

The smell of freshly baked good and newly brewed coffee was also a bonus for it.

"Here's your latte~" The soft voice from the worker snapped the couple from their little discussion "And here's your muffin," He put the tray under his arm after putting the stuff down on their table and he walked back to the kitchen.

"Is it me or did he look like Apeach?" Taehyung said and sipped his latte, he set the cup down "Like, the teeth and all."

"Tae what the hell?" Jungkook bitchfaced him while he bit into his muffin, but he did mentally agree with him on that.
