"Reaper we've been running for hours, I need to take a break." Crane heaves. The young man, who told her to call him Reaper, turned back to her.

"We'll die if we stop." He snaps lowly.

"I'll...die...if we...don't!" Crane snaps back, stumbling forward. Damien had allowed her slashed eye to come back and now it hurt as much as when it had first appeared. She fell to her knees and groaned holding her hand over her eye.

"Birdy, you need to get up." Reaper orders, dropping down in front of her.

"I...can't." She pants, shaking her head and grabbing onto his shoulder, pressing her head against the young mans shoulder. She hears him growl in annoyance before he picks her up and starts running again. " what are you-"

"How much do you weigh Birdy? Jeeze, youre as light as a toddler." He comments. Crane's eyes were as wide as saucers as she clung to him, so not to fall as he ran with her in his arms. Her breath slowly began to come back but she was extremely dehydrated. She heaves a breath and hits his shoulder. His pants were louder and more worrysome than before.

"Stopstopstop!" She orders. He looks at her, sweat beading above his brow. "Reaper?" She asks warily as she jumps down from his arms. He slumps against a tree as a howl occurs behind them. He weakly looks over his shoulder and grabs her wrist.

"We need..." he heaves a breath. "To go." He stumbles, Crane rushes forward and catches him.

"Reaper! You'll pass out!" Crane snaps. "You need to rest a second." Frantically, Crane looks around and spits a familiar area. She pulls him quickly into the familiar cave and ducks behind the giant rock, pulling him down with her.

A growl occurs outside as the twk huddle behind the rock before another bark occurs and whatever was outside races past the cave. Reaper's eyes drooped and Crane hugged him tightly. She didn't even know the dudes real name, but he helped her. He deserved a hug. He returned the hug after several seconds before his whole body went limp, and Reaper collapsed onto the cave floor from, exhaustion.
