Today was a new day for me to go make a platoon and go back into the war against Russia. I also have Brad by my side fighting with me now. We are heading to the command tent to get our orders. When we get there and started walking there were people watching as Brad and I were walking towards the colonel. The colonel turns around and sees Brad and I. Brad and I salute and say,

"First lieutenant Keane reporting in sir!"

The colonel responds,

"At ease soldiers. Take a seat please. Thomas you know you saved a lot of our soldiers life a few days ago and barely made it out alive yourself. Why do you want to go back in? And Brad you almost died, you were literally bleeding out, why do you want to go back in?"

I respond,

"Because I want to serve and protect my country sir. I need to protect my land from the Russians."

     Brad said the same thing. Colonel said,

"Ok if you want. Here is your mission there is a Russian military compound not that far from here to the west and I need you and Brad to take a platoon of soldiers to that base and take it out."

Brad and I respond,

"Yes sir!"

     Brad and I salute and the colonel salutes back and says,

"Dismissed and good luck."

     Brad and I walk out of the command tent talking to each other thinking about who we were going to get for our platoon of soldiers. We walked around and saw this soldier at the shooting range shooting at the targets. We walk up to him and ask,

"Excuse me soldier, what's your name?"

The soldier responds,

"Kevin sir."

I ask,

"Well Kevin do you want to join our platoon? We need more members for this platoon to go to a Russian military compound not far from here to the west of us. We need to take it out. You want in?"

Kevin responds,

"Sir yes sir!"

Brad says,

"Ok good. Do you know anyone else who could join our platoon?"

Kevin responds,

"Yes sir, I know a few people there names are Miles, Dominic, and Noah. They are all also really good at combat."

Brad says,

"Ok we will go find them, you go pack your things and get ready to go we leaving 0700 tomorrow so be ready."

Kevin responds,

"Sir yes sir!"

     He leaves for his barracks to get his things. Brad and I leave and start looking for those other guys and we find Miles in his barracks reading a letter. We walk up to him and ask,

"Your Miles right?"

He responds,

"Yes sir. Why?"

Brad says,

"Well soldier, we are making platoon of soldiers to go to a Russian military compound not far from here to our west and take it out and capture their leader. You want in?"

Miles responds,

"Yes sir. When are we meeting to go?"

I say,

We are leaving 0700 tomorrow so be ready."

Miles responds,

"Yes sir!"

     He got up from his bed and went under his bed to get his things ready and we leave the barracks. We start walking again to look for Dominic and we find him at the training tent practicing. By what it looks like it looks like he knows what he is doing. Brad and I walk up to him and ask,

"Your Dominic right?"

He responds,

"Yes sir."

Brad asked him,

"Well Dominic, do you want to join our platoon. We are going to raid a Russian military compound not far from here to our west? We need more platoon members to join for us to be able to do it though."

Dominic says,

"I will join but I need to get more practice in for a little bit. When are we meeting to leave?"

I respond,

"We are leaving 0700 tomorrow so get some practice in and be ready tomorrow morning."

     He nods and returns to his practice. We start walking around to find the last person we need to complete our platoon and we find him wandering around the camp. Brad and I approach him and ask,

"Your Noah right?"

He responds,

"Yes sir but why are you asking?" I respond,

"We are looking for more platoon members to go to a Russian military compound not far from here to our west and we need your help to fight the Russians and get into the base to sabotage it and capture their leader."

Noah responds,

"I'm in, when are we meeting?"

Brad responds,

"We are meeting 0500 tomorrow and then from there we will talk about our battle plan and then we will leave to head to the Russian military compound."

Noah responds,

"Ok I will be there."

I say,

"Good then we will see you then."

     We leave and start walking to our barracks to get some rest to get ready for tomorrow. We get to our barracks and go to sleep. We wake up the next morning at 0500 and we all meet each other at the command tent. I start talking about my battle strategy. I say,

"Welcome soldiers we are here today so we can serve and protect our country from the Russian soldiers. Today we are going to raid a Russian military compound not far from here to our west. We are going to split up in the beginning to flank the base Brad and I will go to the front. Kevin, Miles and Noah, you guys will take the back, from there when we get in the base we will go to the command center of the base and meet up their and capture there leader understood!"

Everyone responds,

"Sir yes sir!"

I say,

"And everyone stay together with your team and stay safe and also HOORAH!"

They all respond,

"HOORAH!"

     We all leave and started heading towards the base unaware what was to come and unaware of the amount of Russian soldiers they had but I was ready, we were all ready. We were all going to survive and take out this base and capture their leader and then from there save our country from the Russian army.
