Oliver's mouth stayed open.

He's what?

His face was beginning to feel tingly from the sudden change of emotion.

Jed stared at the boys. He wasn't sure what they were thinking or if they were even thinking at all.

Reality came back to Oliver like a slap in the face as he turned to look at Vinny.

"Jed, you do know I'm a guy right?" He asked.

"Yes, Oliver I'm very aware of that. But, as crazy as it may seem, it's true."

The boys continued to stare at the angel like he was utterly stupid.

"Jed, I, am, a, man," Oliver said. "It's not possible for me to... to..."

Oliver stopped when Jed's face remained mutual.

"I don't believe you," Vinny said.

Jed should've expected this reaction. Of course, for a male to be pregnant is not logical.

"I know it's hard to believe but-"

"This is ridiculous" Oliver interrupted as he ran a hand through his hair. "Is this like a weird game, or what?"

"No, I'm telling you the truth. Corey is pregnant too."

Oliver gawked at the angel, has he lost his mind?

He then leant to the side and looked into the room.

Corey was looking at Zachariah with shock as Panuleon had the same frown as Vinny.

"Who told you this?" Vinny asked.

For this to be happening, was just too unrealistic for his mind to register or even consider believing.

"We have an angel midwife with us called Aliyah. She noticed straight away" Jed said as he glanced through the doorway and motioned for her to come over.

She quickly came, seeing the confusion and shock on the boys faces.

Oliver could barely even think.

This had to be a joke.

"Are you Aliyah?" Oliver questioned.

"Yes," She smiled and stood next to Jed.

"Okay, you do know I'm a guy right?"

She chuckled, knowing this would be completely unbelievable for them.

"Of course, but Oliver you have to understand, Yes you are male but this has been destined to happen ever since you connected the bond with Vinny, and Corey connected the bond with Panuleon."

Vinny and Oliver then looked at each other. They shared the same emotions and the same expression.

"You've got to be kidding me," Oliver said as he shook his head. "I'm sorry but I really don't believe you."

Jed and Aliyah exchanged a glance, knowing they would need to prove it.

"Okay, come with me," She said and turned back towards the room.

Hesitantly, they followed.

Corey was in deep discussion with Zachariah, but when he saw them he quickly headed over.

"Oliver, have you been told?" He asked.

"Um-" Oliver sank his hands into his pockets and glanced at Panuleon. He still looked incredibly startled. "Wait, do you believe them?"

Corey chewed on the inside of his lip with thought. He was still deciding what to believe.

"I don't know," He said as Aliyah turned around.

"I can prove it to you both," She said, creating Vinny's heart to thump hard in his chest.

Yes, this was crazy. But if the angels believed, then why wouldn't it be true?

He didn't want to say anything, he didn't even know how to feel.

"Come over," Aliyah said as she patted the bed.

In this house, there was random furniture and that included and old bed frame with a mattress sitting in it.

Panuleon also walked over but he was silent. He had so many questions, but he knew Corey was about to burst with the same ones.

"Corey lay down for me."

He did what she said and laid down on the mattress.

Panuleon stood next to him and waited patiently.

Corey took his hand, they both felt incredibly overwhelmed with strong emotions.

Aliyah lifted Corey's top and made Panuleon rest a hand on his stomach. She then took his other hand from Corey and made him close his eyes.

Corey watched. He could feel everything that Panuleon was feelings, which was mostly confusion.

Oliver and Vinny also watched. They both felt like their minds had gone somewhere completely insane.

The room had become silent, nobody knew exactly what was going on but they were all excited for when Oliver and Corey learn how to accept this huge change in their lives.

The silence only got more and more intense as Panuleon started to frown.

Everyone continued to watch his face with curiosity.

After a few more minutes went by, Panuleon and Corey both suddenly gasped with surprise.

They immediately looked at each other, sharing the same feelings and thoughts.

"I felt its presence" Panuleon whispered.

Corey now looked a little pale. He had just been proved that a child is developing inside of him, but he couldn't explain it to Oliver, he'd have to feel it for himself.

The angels watched as Panuleon engulfed Corey into a hug.

"I- I don't know what to say" The angel whispered.

It would take him awhile for it to sink in, but he now believed and that was the hardest part over.

"Okay Oliver, it's your turn," Aliyah said, seeing their nerves now growing from the other couples reaction.

Corey got off the bed but he and Panuleon were having a conversation in their heads, trying to calm themselves down.

Steadily, Oliver climbed on and laid down.

Like she did with Corey, Aliyah lifted Oliver's top and made Vinny rest his hand on his stomach.

She then took his other hand and got him to close his eyes.

Vinny did what she asked. He was trying to remain calm, but his senses were all over the place.

Oliver watched and waited, just like everyone else.

Are they going to feel what Corey and Panuleon felt?

Vinny frowned when he could feel his hand getting warmer. Oliver felt it too as he looked at Jed who was giving him a reassuring smile.

He was still shocked by the news.

Vinny could feel something niggling in the back of his mind. It was strange and very hard to ignore.

His head was becoming cloudy as all sorts of unusual sounds were crowding his brain.

But suddenly, they both felt it.

Vinny and Oliver gasped when their whole bodies tingled and for a second, they heard the heartbeat of their unborn child.

They felt its presence.

Warmth rushed through their chests as Vinny's eyes opened and widened.

He stared at Oliver with complete shock.

"Oh my god" Oliver whispered as he covered his mouth.

Vinny has never felt so many emotions at one time.

Oliver was pregnant, with his child.

He opened his mouth but nothing came out.

Yes, he now believed but he didn't understand. Why and how could this happen?

It was beyond impossible and two males cannot make a child.

He needed explanations and he needed them right away.

"I- but-" Vinny turned to Aliyah who was watching them carefully. "I don't get it."

She almost laughed at the amount of confusion that was spreading across his face.

"Now, you'll be having questions as to how and why this is happening?"

Oliver sat up and took Vinny's hand.

"Can you um, explain please?" He asked quietly.

He was overcome with the realisation that he was carrying a child.

He never, not in his wildest dreams imagined this would ever happen.

Because it's not supposed to.

"Boys," Zachariah said, making Panuleon and Corey look up from their deep conversation. "We'll explain this in more depth."

They walked over as Vinny said down next to Oliver.

He couldn't stop glancing at his stomach.

There was a child in there.

His child.

The boys also sat down next to Oliver and looked towards Aliyah, wanting her to explain.

"Please do not interrupt, it'll be easier to ask any questions after."

Everyone nodded, not sure if their brains were capable of taking in any more knowledge.

"Okay, so your bonds are incredibly unique. So unique that because your full souls are connected, you're able to change what you once thought was impossible. Like male pregnancies." She said. "Within yourselves, you have a great power. One that Corey can visibly show. But for the rest of you, it's hidden down and will be passed through and into your children as well. Which brings me onto the reason as to why you are pregnant in the first place. This is because your children are the chosen ones."

Everyone stared at her as she spoke, they didn't say anything or even move. They needed to listen to what she had to say.

"You are all part of this incredible movement. It's just by chance that you're part of a same-sex relationship. This would have happened even if the couples were all female or male and female. Gender is clearly not a problem for fate. Now, there is also a reason as to why you all needed to meet and that is because your children will be soulmates."

Vinny then looked at the other couple, who was listening with so much care.

"In the future, when they turn eighteen and it's time for them to connect, their bond will be so extraordinary that they will come together and destroy the demons."

Aliyah stopped, giving her words a chance to settle in.

Even some of this information was new to Jed, but he understood perfectly.

"So um," Corey said before clearing his throat. "Will there be another war?"

"Yes," Aliyah said. "The angels of higher power knew a second war was coming but they still refused to give you help. Mainly because your children will be the only hope to stop the next one."

Oliver could barely hear her words. His mind was full to the brim.

"So, we've been given the opportunity to have our own children because they'll be soulmates and form a bond that will stop another demon war?" Panuleon asked.

"Yes," Aliyah said, glad that he understood.

Something seemed to click in their minds and it all started to make a lot more sense.

"How do you know all of this?" Vinny asked.

"Because in heaven, there are a secret group of elders who saw this coming long before you were even born. This has been shared through whispers for thousands of years. Nobody in the whole universe has even formed bonds like yours. And nobody ever will, apart from your children."

The couples then looked to each other, knowing they will now be in each others lives probably for the rest of their own.

"Wait" Oliver then said before sitting forwards. As usual, he couldn't stop the random questions from coming out when he's in times of great uncertainty.

"How is a male supposed to give birth?"
