Being the daughter of the late Major Warden von Tougaard who is regarded as one of the greatest minds along with Dr Gaul of his time, Drusilla had grown up watching him read rebel soldiers during the dark days through his interrogations, barely spending time in the capitol.

Being offered a job in the capitol's university as its youngest professor she never would have guessed she would meet Coriolanus Snow by escaping a set blind date by her opulent aunt Esmeralda.

The untold story of Drusilla Snow, the last of the von Tougaard's, loved professor and princess of the people.

Although Katniss, like many people from District 12, never heard much of Capitol affairs she recognised the photo of the woman she found stored on one of the bookshelves of a brief history of Panem's most prominent figures. She was a pretty figure, unlike many of the women who had appeared overly extravagantly she had a simple presentation of herself that Katniss admitted made her look elegant. Maybe she had come across the face at school during one of their history lessons but she couldn't recall her name.

"Effie," she looked up to Effie who was at the bar pouring herself a drink.

"Yes?!" She piped up in a jubilant manner.

"Whose this?" she points to the woman in the picture, Effie glides over and stands behind Katniss looking at the object of her question.

"Oh darling, that's Drusilla! She was one of the last von Tougaard's before she married President Snow. She was the capitol's darling from what I heard from my parents when she married President Snow."

Katniss couldn't seem quite to correlate the elegant figure with someone like President Snow, in her mind she always imagined the president marrying somebody other than someone who looked like Effie with arrogant eyes. Although Snow had grandchildren she could never imagine the marrying at all.

This book/plot is set almost five-six years after TBOSAS! Coriolanus has already graduated from university and he and his classmates are around 24/25
