Daena Velaryon, first of her name and the only true born daughter of Ser Laenor Velaryon.

The whispers and poisonous words roaming the halls of the red keep meant little to Daena, the rumors as true as they might be never changed the way that she loved her brothers entirely. The vile words of the court meant little when ones mother was heir to the Iron Throne, at least that was what Daena convinced herself of. But the claim to the Iron Throne was not as strong as her mother believed it to be as House Targaryen was the one to tear itself apart.

Since her birth Daena Velaryon was called the Golden Princess but as the Dance of the Dragons came to a close, history would remember her as the Blood Queen.

Author's Note: I really have no self control when it comes to creating new story ideas, if you all took a look at my drafts you would all be shocked. But this was an idea that I simply had to write out. Now although in part it might seem like a romance, I would call this more of a revenge story. That being said this story is pretty dark and like that show it has a very serious tone. Can't wait for you all to read our gentle princess become a war criminal.
