I am weak. Months of being kept just above dead have taken their toll. But now, now is not the time to worry about that. Now is the time to fight for the one i love. I lunge forward at Jackal taking him off guard. Good, now i have the upper hand. He rolls out from under me and rakes his claws along my flanks. i never was good at brawling. I melt into the shadows evaporating from his sight. Now i really have the upper hand. But to my surprise he shimmers and disappears. WHAT. THE. HELL. JUST. HAPPENED!?

Jackal's POV

As DeathBringer and i are fighting, The son of a ***** disappears right in front of me. Now he never knew this but i am half RainWing. Out of nowhere i feel a whoosh of air behind me and i strike out hitting nothing but stone. I camouflage myself. Total Invisibility. This time when i feel the wind i am to slow and a scrape appears on the side of my face. How is he doing this!? Wait. I am an IDIOT.

Both's POV

I was born here. I lived here for many years. This intruder is foolish. I am the one born of Night. I was born to fight. And now to right my wrongs. I was the one born of light. I strike out and hit nothing. I come up behind him seeing his dust covered scales. I leap on to him sinking my claws deep into his back. Using my rear leg i pin down his barb. "You hurt my love. You locked me up. Now. You. Die." With a bone chilling crunch i snap his neck. ((Hahaha no pun intended)) With what little time i had left i said this to him. Remember this. You can't put me down. With the little time i have left he says this to me. You can't put me down. "As my dying words, tell Crystal.... i- i loved her." Then the fog i held at bay so long finally overtakes me and i fall into the black.
