Chapter 17
Watching Seth transform in front of Dean was the worst mistake to ever happen. Especially in the vampires hideout! This is a nightmare! There's no telling what they'll do to Seth!
Thankfully all the vampires were out feeding at this time, so no one else saw what happened.
Seth had slashed a good cut deep into Dean's stomach as Seth was brutal with Dean.
When I noticed Dean laying on the ground, not moving, I ran over to him.
"Dean!!" My heart nearly dropped as tears already formed in my eyes. I took his messed up body as I sobbed over him. He was still breathing, but I felt so guilty.
This is my fault.
All my fault.
If I hadn't of brought Seth, then he wouldn't have got hurt.
I sobbed as Seth growled at me, his golden eyes catching my attention. Why did I feel like I'm missing something.
I feel like I should know what this means, but I'm too stuck on how Seth is inching closer to us with a killer look in his eyes.
"Seth! Back down!" I shout at him, trying to sound dominant, but Seth snapped his jaw at me in his beastly form and a deep growl rolled up his throat and out from the deepest pit in his stomach.
I laid Dean down and stood in front of his body, protecting him. I may be a human, but I sure won't let anyone take his life. Not while I'm standing here still breathing.
If it means Seth killing me in order for Dean to live.
Then so be it.
I'd give my life for this dummy.
I smile at that thought bitterly. Seth seemed to be fighting himself a bit as he whimpered a bit.
I look at Seth concerned.
Was he okay? Is this his inner beast trying to control him? Or did he realize what he did.
"Seth! Can you hear me?!" I try taking the matter into my own hands. Seth shook his head as he lowered it. He then roughly took his paw and rubbed it over his head, whining as if it itched.
Trying my best to bring him back, Seth slowly turned back into his human form, but he was clothed this time.
He was dressed in a black skin suit as he wore black gloves. He was in a fatal position, slowly unraveling himself to reveal a different face with the same golden eyes.
"For years I've been trapped..." Seth spoke, but it wasn't his voice, it sounded more evil.
"Well, well, well. Looks like we have the beware of the golden eyes, marked off, now don't we, Silvia? The prophecy is coming true. Looks like you brought the perfect stray to tag along today, didn't you?" Dean's voice came from behind me.
Dean? You're alive?!
I gasp ever so slightly, turning to see Dean standing up. He wiped the blood that was trickling out of his mouth, but it only smeared on his face.
