Dipper went up the stairs toward his shared room with Bill. He wasn't sure of their relationship because Bill never gave any clear signals. Are they just student and teacher or boyfriends? He wanted to know, but Bill will just make it more confusing. Bill and Dipper sat in awkward silence because they didn't know what to say to each other to clear the air.

"So Pinetree! What do you plan to do to those pests in the dungeon!" Bill asked. He just wanted to talk to Dipper, but each time he looked at Dipper he felt his heart beat very fast. He also felt blood go to his cheeks which was strange. Bill didn't know what this feeling was, but he wasn't in a rush to find out.

"I have plenty of ideas, but I need to break their bonds with each other to put these plans into action!" Dipper said. He snuck a peek at Bill and noticed that he was acting stranger than usual. He felt that he should kiss Bill, but how could he do that when he didn't know what this relationship was. 

Dipper was confused while Bill looked a bit stunned. Bill heard Dipper's thoughts and learned that he wanted to kiss him. He suddenly felt excited...Huh? He put two and two together and felt the need to slap himself. He feel in love with Dipper, but he didn't know the first thing about it. So he slowly scooted next to Dipper and gently took his cheek in his hand in order to make Dipper face him. Then.. he kissed him.

Dipper's eyes widened, but he started to kiss back. Their tongues fought for dominance in which Bill won. Dipper started to moan a bit then after a while they stopped.

"Does this mean we're..dating?" Dipper asked. 

"Yes! It's exactly what it means!" Bill Exclaimed. He was excited that Pinetree was his and his alone. No one will destroy that and once the wheel was destroyed , Bill and Dipper will rule side by side.

I know it isn't about the wheel, but I noticed that their was hardly any romance between Dipper and Bill until this point.
