You thought emma was doing a terrific job but you couldn't keep everyone, so you had to make decisions and let some people go. That includes emma watson, one of your employees that you started to get to know.

You and your assistant left your office in the direction of Emma. She was next on your long list of employees to talk to. You saw as you went to approach her that she was at her desk typing on the company desktop.

You walked up behind her, "Emma, hey. I was hoping to have a quick chat with you."

The blonde turned around in her chair, "Everything ok?"

"Not quite. See well . . . " You began to tell her what's been happening within the company leading to some of the employees you have to let go, "I hope there's no bad blood."

She shook her head, "No, of course not."

"At least you have one good thing going." You couldn't help but creep a smile on your face.

"And what's that?" She let out a slight chuckle.

Your assistant got tied in chatting with someone else as you continued to chat with Emma. You leaned down to whisper in her ear, "Now we don't have to mix business with pleasure."

You quickly rose up from the sound of your name.

"Mr/Ms. y/l/n? Shall we keep going with the list?" Your assistant questioned.

You gave your assistant a quick nod before turning back to Emma with a smile before leaving to go on the next floor.
