Well... What do we Know about the Sharingan Dōjutsu of the Uchiha Clan?

Mangekyou Sharingan: The 2nd Stage of the Sharingan that allows you to have Even Further Visual Powers, like the Kamui Teleportation Technique, the Amaterasu Fire-Release Jutsu (Which by the way, Spamming it Recklessly would cause you to Go Blind ":"v) and the Susano'o Chakra Armor Avatar for Attack and Defensive.

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan: The Final Stage of the Uchiha Clan's Dōjutsu, Which is able to Evolve the Great Susano'o Avatar towards the Perfect Susano'o, which was Able (With Rinnegan Power-Up that is) Split Majority of Chibaku Tensei-made Meteorites that Showed up towards the Curvature of Earth.

Rinnegan: This is the "Big Chungus of All Eye Powers", which is SOOO OP that has Various Unique Abilities:

Six Paths' Jutsu: Deva Path (Gravity Attraction), Asura Path (Mechanising Living Limbs), Human Path (Soul Manipulation), Animal Path (Summoning of Monsters without Blood Contract), Preta Path (Spirit Energy Absorption), Naraka Path (Summoning and Manipulation of the "King of Hell").

Almighty Push.

Rinne Tensei.

Black Chakra Rods.

If these Jutsus were OP Already, just Imagine What would Happen if they were Mixed with Ki:

If you added Ki to a Simple 2-Tomoe Sharingan, Imagine Causing an Earthquake that can be Felt ALL THE WAY towards One Village, Then Copy Goku's Fighting Style, at the Same Time Adapting to SAID Fighting Style, as well as Piccolo's, Vegeta's, Broly's (Dragon Ball Super's Broly), or EVEN Granolah's (Although these Last Two would need the 3-Tomoe) Fighting Styles then Mixing some of Them Together, or EVEN ALL of Them Together.

Then, have the Rinnegan and EVEN the Godly Ki of the Gods...

You could LITERALLY Control the Universe Completely.
