"just just hold on pepper hold on illl catch you okay?" right  in the corner of my eye i could see a boy brown hair brown eyes could be older then 10 where the hell is his parents?! i looked at him with wide eyes when i realized where he was standing if pepper where to jump  she would probably kill the boy and if she doesnt she'll...she'll i looked back up at the boy wandering around tears in my eyes this isnt right

"TONYY!" i sucked in a breath as i turned to pepper and widened my eyes when i realized shes holding on to a pipe about to fall

"jump im going to catch you okay?"  she nodded my eyes boring into the little kid tears falling down my eyes when she jumped and i caught her sending the boy falling down 

'jarvis catch the boy NOW'

'on it sir' i looked at the suit hovering its way down as the limp boy was falling into the blast..but when the suit came out...it came with a melted shoe

'sir, there seem to be a problem, the boy..is not found' i turned sharply and looked at pepper and swollowed down the lump in my throat

"shame i would have caught him"

'back in black i hit the sack ive been to long im glad to me back  " i hummed to the tune as i turned around rolling my seat towards petes desk  and smiled evily when i saw the kids calculations where wrong he miscalculated -x+sqrt1−x2\-=sqrt2(2x2−1). he used substituted x by using tan instead of cos/alp  i hummed 

"hey friday"

'yes boss?'

''be a dear and send this to parker tell him that he got the equation wrong and he ow's me 20$"  i rolled my seat back towards my desk and grabbed the pencil and sketched out a blue print for solar used ironman suits i put it in my mouth and grabbed the screwdriver if i could just manage to nail the aser-aspire here then mabye just mabye-

''boss peter send you a very important message" still focused on my work okay just almost there 5 more screws 

''aha and what does he say" i switched the philips screw-driver but and tightened my grip on the motherboard so and got the taparia one and sighed in relief when it didnt messed up and started tightening it again so close

"he says and i quote "WHAT THE F*CK ANTHONY!!" rang through the lab i jumped at the words and spit the pencil out causing a couple of water droplets to fall inside the suit leading it to explode i looked at it for a second before i sighed and leaned on the chair staring at the fire infront of me

"dumb-ee be a dear and-no not at me! *sigh*" i pinched the bridge of my nose when what peter said came back to me then smiled at least i got him to call me something other then mr.stark

"tell him you have ashamed the Senior citizen club cap is ashamed"

'peter sends dozens of apologies regarding his outburst but he does send and interesting message after them?" i looked up at that 

"oh yeah?"

''he says 'your a part of it? i knew you where old but not that old'''  i looked at dumb-ee and i could feel his robot circuits snickering at me i huffed 

"yeah yeah who's laughing in the end? huh? who gets the money?" i got up from my seat jumping up the stairs as i reached the control pannels

"friday holograms please"

'no, no . no there!' i smiled as i saw the tiniest arc rector in the world that even 2 year old kids could figure out how it worked 

''send him this in a package tell him since you cant figure out how arc -reactors work lets start small" i let out a smug smile when i heard the ding of my phone and grabbed the jacket as i left the lab

i figured out how it worked like...years ago but honestly i know that friday will blast that message across his lab and dammit id love to watch that happen i shut my phone and went to take a shower aunt mays not home so it'll be easier i entered the bathroom removing my shirt and looked at the dozens of bandages covering the light and scoffed

"dont know how it works huh mr.stark?" and with that i entered the shower
