Last Time in the Previous Chapter of Blinded....

    Yusei stopped there, he had nothing else to say to jack after that comment, does Jack really see him that way? Just a worthless, defenseless, crying person? He picked up his helmet, and walked off to his duel runner. "DON'T WALK AWAY FROM ME YUSEI!" Jack shouted, but Yusei ignored him, he put on his helmet and revved his engine loudly to block out Jack's attempts to shout and yell at him again, and he then drove away. Jack growled out of pure anger and looked up at the sky, just at the right time to see a shooting start streak across the sky, he took a deep breath, but still was full to the brim with anger, and that's when he made his wish, the one that he'd regret.

"I wish you were a little baby again.... that way you'd never be able to defeat me..."

And now on with the story~

     The next morning, Jack slowly started to wake up, yawning and stretching.... yet... he didn't feel like getting out of bed. He didn't get much sleep last night, he kept thinking of the look he saw in Yusei's eyes, remembering the argument they had that night after the duel...

FLASHBACK~

     Tears were forming in Yusei's cobalt blue eyes, his stoic cool and calm nature breaking, he started to walk towards Jack after throwing his helmet to the ground "HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO BUY FOOD TO EAT RATHER THAN INSTANT RAMEN CUPS WHEN YOU SPEND ALL THE MONEY WE MAKE, HUH?!" Jack shoved Yusei away as he got closer, he was like a boiling bot of water, steaming and bubbling with torrents of rage, "HOW DO YOU THINK I PLAN TO MAKE OUR FUCKING LIVES BETTER WHEN I KEEP BEING HELD BACK BY MY FUCKING BABY BROTHERS?!"

FLASHBACK END~

That look in Yusei's eyes... it's a look he never wanted to see again in his brother's eyes...... It was a look of pain... and sadness...

    Jack hid his face in his hands, a few tears falling, "Why do I have to be such an arrogant Jerk?..." he cried for a while, calming down after about an half an hour. He started to think of how he could apologize to Yusei when Crow, Jack's youngest adoptive brother, burst through the door into his room, he was panting, "J-Jack!... Y-Yusei never came back last night!" "W-What?!" Jack jumped up, "D-Did you check his room?!" "His bed is cold, he wasn't there all night!" Crow looked at him with a glare, "What did you do last night Jack?! I know you and him were with each other!" Jack looked down at his feet, "W-We got into an argument again.... but... it was worse than before..." Crow had pushed Jack, making his fall back onto his bed, "You both need to stop fighting!! DON'T YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH YOUR HURTING EACH OTHER?!" The orange haired man was a mix of negative emotions, he was pissed off, but felt like breaking down and crying, tears were falling like rain down his rage filled face, "More how much your hurting him!! He has been trying to help you see what's important again, FOR THE PAST YEAR HE HAS BEEN TRYING! Why don't you see that your dueling reputation isn't the most important thing......" Crow ran out of the room, leaving Jack to lay there with his own thoughts and tears.

    "W-Why?..... W-Why did I let m-my arrogance blind me?..." Jack whispered to himself, tears falling down his cheeks, "W-Why did I-I not see what h-he was trying to show me?... Now he.... he probably thinks I hate him now..." Jack got up from his bed, and got changed into his usual clothes. He couldn't just stand around while Yusei was out there, he needed to find him.... to find him and apologize for what he said and did... he needed to show his brother that he knew what was important in life.... it wasn't money.... it wasn't fame.... it wasn't reputation....

It was family.....

    Once Jack had gotten dressed, he ran out to his duel runner and got on. He slipped his helmet onto his head, and started his engine. It was already noon when he drove out, and he started to look for Yusei throughout the city. He checked every nook and cranny that he could in search of Yusei. He went towards a field he knew Yusei liked to relax in sometimes, and hoped he was there. He started to think more, on what happened to him? What made him so ignorant... and so arrogant?..... How could he not see that he was hurting his brothers more than helping than?... As he came closer to the field, a familiar red duel runner could be seen. Jack became hopeful and he parked next to it. He started to search the field, seeing if Yusei was laying somewhere in the field, but that's when...

He heard the cries of a baby....
