Amy's pov

"Hey Sally, you wanna come with me to go for a morning walk?" I asked her "Nah, i'll guard the house for awhile, you go have fun" She told me. 

I smiled and walk out. I breathe the fresh air and started to walk around the place. It was just like childhood, going back to the past remembering the fun memories.

After a few rounds of walking I suddenly saw this tree with a sticky paper stuck on it with the words "Amelia Rose, this way" with an arrow pointing to the left, which had pointed in some kind of old apartment.

I should go, I love it when it comes to mysteries. So I head over to the apartment and there was a guard. He walked up to me and asked "Are you Amelia Rose?" He asked me.

How did he know my name?

"uhh, yes" I said. He nodded and took his hat off and show it to me. I was confuse in first. Until I notice a stick paper in it which says "Continue"

I didn't have a choice so I continued to walk off the long hallway. I keep seeing more sticky paper in the walls saying.

"please continue"

I saw an elevator at the end of the hallway the has a sticky paper saying "Get inside and press up" I pressed the up button and the elevator open.

I walked inside and close the elevator when it close there was another sticky note "I hope you will understand...Go to the roof top" It says.

I pressed the highest button and it light up and the elevator started moving.

It was more surprising cause in each floor there was no single person around each floor. I shook it off and waited until I ever get to the top.

I made it to the top with the elevator making a small 'ding' sound and I walk out to see a cloaked guy at the end. His back on me while he sat at the end.

I then heard a guitar started to strum, I saw it came from the other side, opposite of the cloaked guy, he was in an Indian sit and just stare at his guitar.

"Will you listen to my story?

It'll just be a minute

How can I explain?"

The cloaked guy sung. His voice was deep, it was familiar but I forgot.

"Whatever happened here

Never meant to hurt you

How could I cause you so much pain?"

He turned to face me but still with the cloak at his face all I can see was his muzzle.

"When I say i'm sorry

Will you believe me?

Listen to my story"

His story? But I don't even know who this person is unless it's...

He took off his whole cloak to reveal his face. Shadow...?

"Say you won't leave me

When I say i'm sorry

Can you forgive me?"

He sung. My face shock, I wasn't still sure if I wanted him back but I was too shock to run so I just stood there.

"When I say i'll always be there

Will you believe me?

He sung, he stared his once shining crimson orbs into mine, there was a few second of the blue hedgehog to strung his guitar. And Shadow continued.

"All the words that I come up with

They're like gasoline on flames

There's no excuse"

He stared at me with sad eyes as he walk closer slowly to me. I just stayed my position like my foot was glued to the ground. 

"No explanation

Believe me

If I could undo what I did wrong

I'd give away all that I own"

His eyes telling me he didn't do it on purpose. The flashes of the flashback went through my eyes.

Those pictures of my mind. He...didn't do it on purpose...

Shadow pointed to himself. Should I forgive him?

"When I say i'll always be there

Will you believe me?"

He sung. He finally was one foot away from me.

"If i told you

I've been cleaning my soul

And if I promise you"

He holds both of my hand to his. I stared at him.

"I'll regain control

Will you open your door

And let me in?"

Should I open my heart and let him in? Should I forgive him? After all these time it wasn't his fault?

"Take me for who I am

And not for who I've been"

I felt tears gather in my eyes. How could I had been so stupid on thinking him he cheated on me. How could I?

"Who've I been..."

There was another short guitar solo and he continued.

He wiped my tears by his thumbs but it keeps pouring off.

"Say you won't leave me

Can you forgive me?"

His tears of joy poured of too. He knew that I understand.

He made our foreheads touched. While our finger intersecting together.

The blue hedgehog sung along as the second voice of the song.

They sung together. It sounds better. I smiled and hold tightly onto Shadow's grip.

"When I say i'll always be there

Will you believe me?"

He ended the song. My tears stopped pouring and we stayed at the position for a while with our eyes closed.

I knew that the blue hedgehog is staring at us with a smile. It was very common.

"S-Shadow...i'm sorry that I didn't listen to you" I whispered to him "It's alright Amy, I hope you forgive me..."He said.

"Of course I do" I said we stared into each others eyes "I love you, Amy..." He murmured, "I-I love you too" Amy whispered. Their lips started to to lean into each other. The both of them can feel their air as they breathe and then their lips met.

Only the two of them feel the happiness, slow motion and the pausing of time. They finally loved each other. But there was still one thing missing at this story.
