Cricket 

Cricket was fast asleep in a dream, she couldn't remember it thou, and her sister Katydid was trying to wake her up.

"Come on, time to wake up, your starting a new school today!" Katydid said in a cheerful voice.

"Too early, I don't want to go to school." Cricket grumbled pulling her pillow over her head.

"Sorry time to wake up." Her sister responded taking her pillow, and pulling off her blanket, "If you go right back to bed I won't take you to the library after school."

"I'M UP!" Cricket yelled, sitting up fast.

"Good. Come down soon." Her sister said leaving. Cricket jumped up closed her door and got dressed, in a camp half blood T-shirt, black shorts, some honey colored socks, and some gold colored with black ink dots sneakers. She then brushed her honey blonde hair and put it in a messy side braid. She then ran down the stairs to the kitchen/dining room/living room, and sat down at the counter.

"Hard boiled egg?" Katydid asked.

"Thanks." Cricket said grabbing one and putting it on her plate. She ate it quickly, grabbed her backpack, and rushed to the curb were the bus was. She got on and went to the back and sat down, but only after she sat down she realized that she was sitting next to the cutest boy she had ever seen, he had blue hair fading into purple edges, fair skin, and the cutest blue eyes she had ever seen.

Blue

"Ow!" Blue moaned when Luna his slightly older half sister jumped on him, she had blonde hair and green eyes, that shone mischievously.

"IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! Wake up sleepy head!" Luna sang at him.

"I get it, can you get of me now?" Blue said.

"Only if you swear to get up as soon as I leave." She replied.

"I swear on the river Styx, happy now." He said.

"Ha nerd, but I'll leave." Lun teased.

"It was required reading." He objected.

"Only the first book was." She sang leaving his room and closing the door after her. He got dressed and ran down into the cramped down stairs. 

"Blueberry pancakes." His mother Burnet Said giving him a plate of the berry goodness.

"Thanks." He said through a mouthful.

"Ew, don't speak with your mouth full." Luna said next to him.

"Well at least I said thank you." Blue said back.

"The bus is here out you two." Burnet interrupted, they rushed out to the bus stop, the bus doors opened and they got on with Swordtail their neighbor and Luna's boyfriends, Luna and Swordtail sat at the front together, but Blue went to the back to sit alone.

A couple of stops later, the prettiest girl he had ever seen came to sit next to him, she had honey blonde hair and brown eyes, gold rimed glasses, and wore a camp half blood shirt.
