Hayden's outfit on side

Hayden's POV:

I walk down the hallway heading to lunch, and my heart races at the thought of seeing Louis. We planned to hang out this Friday, but it was Wednesday. I could hardly wait, and that seemed to make the day slow down.

Casually, I fix my shirt as it starts to fall a bit. I do so as I pass Liam, and he stops me. "Hey, Hayden."

"Oh, hi Liam." I greet, confused as to why he is talking to me.

"You look good today."

"Uh, thanks."

"No problem, are you heading to lunch?" He asks, a small smile forming on his lips.

"Yeah, I'm meeting up with Louis."

"It's quite cute how close you two are. Has he mentioned his mom?"

My heart stops, "Excuse me?"

"Oh, my bad. Seems you two aren't as close as I thought." He taunts, smirking.

"No, what're you talking about?"

He starts walking past me, looking over his shoulder. "Nothing, really. Do me a favor, will you? Tell Evan I said hello, and to call me soon."

Confused, I walk to the cafeteria. How does he know Evan, and what about Louis mom? I sit next to Louis and he grins, "Hey, Hayden."

"Hey, Louis." I kiss his lips, and smile. "Where's Jas?"

"Getting lunch with Harry, they'll be here soon though."

"Can I ask you something?" My heart rate quickens.

"Of course, anything."

"How does Liam know Evan?"

He furrows his eyebrows, "They know each other?"

"Uh, apparently."

"Hm, I don't know. Oh, wait! I didn't even realize..."

"Realize what?"

"Liam gets some weed from a guy named Evan, but I didn't even..." Louis looks at me concerned.

"Are you kidding me?"

"No, I'm not."

My heart breaks, "Oh."
