Johnny's prov

   I woke the next morning to see (y/n) fast asleep on top of me with her arms stretched out hugging both sides of me. My arms were wrapped around her small frame, I thought about what I saw on her phone last night. To tell the truth it made me so happy, I always another child and now I know she want's a family to. (y/n) soon began to stir awake and she opened to eyes to meet mine. 

"Good morning baby." 

"Moring sweetheart." She says as she pulls the covers almost over her head, so cute. 

"Baby? Ummm.....I just want you to know that I wasn't snooping on your phone, but last night I heard it buzz so I went to turn it off and I kinda saw that you were looking at baby clothes and blankets." (y/n) blushed. 

"Yeah I was looking at that......your not mad are you?" 

"No no no not at all (y/n). In fact I wanted to tell you that I want a baby just as bad as you do."

"You do? Oh Johnny!" She squealed and began placing kisses all over my lips. "You really want to have kids with me?" 

"Yes, I do, I love you (y/n) I know that you will be a wonderful mother. And we will have a happy family, you and me." I said as I cupped her face and kissed her four head. We laid back down and cuddled for a few hours just thinking about how wonderful it will be when we have baby of our own..............

  After we cuddled we went down stairs and had something to eat, after which and thought came to my mind, Lilly. She and I have been texting and keeping in touch and she had come to visit a few times. Yet, when ever she would come thought I would always show her my upmost kindness and respect, there always seemed to be and underline tension between us, she would scan me up and down and give me subtle unapproving looks now and again, and Johnny knew. We hadn't told her about our engagement yet, let alone the fact that we wanted to have kids. 

"What's wrong princess?" Johnny asked as he came over to sit next to me on the couch. 

".........I just don't....I don't want Lilly to be angry with me." I said as I looked at the floor. Johnny was silent for a moment, then he spoke. 

"I know, but we will have to tell her sometime, but I can promise that no mater how she feels about it I love you, and we are going to be husband and wife. I love Lilly very much, but my love for her is different that what I feel for you." He said as he placed a sweet kiss to my lips, I kissed back. That did make me feel much more reassured. 

"How about we invite her over this evening for dinner and games? We could tell her then." I said as I tried to make an honest effort to extend my friendship to her. 

"That sounds great baby, we had better get things ready." Johnny said back with a smile liking my idea. 

We spent the whole day getting ready for Lilly, we made her favorite food and her favorite games out to play, everything was ready. 

*ding dong* The door bell rang tight at 7:00pm. "Well she's right on time." 

"She always is, Hey Lil." Johnny says as he opens the door and gives her a hug. 

"Hey Dad, hi (y/n) its good to see you again." Lilly says as she gives me a smile that says she's trying to hold something in. 

"Hello Lilly you look lovely tonight, that shade of green really suits you." I said complementing her lime green blouse. We walking inside and sat down to dinner already. 

"Oh my gosh, lobster with scallops, my favorite thank you you dad.....(y/n)." I smile and nod feeling a bit dejected at her slightly mentioning my name. Dinner went well, we talking about many things, always keeping a light and happy mood. After we ate we played Jenga (her favorite), Poker, Scrabble. 

"What I fun evening I am so glad you invited me, I had a wonderful time." Lilly said happily.

"Lil.....there's something we want to tell you." Johnny said seriously as he held my hands in his. I was extremely anxious, I knew that Lilly's opinion meant a lot to him, but I also knew that we were going to be married regardless if she had an unfavorable opinion. It was troubling, I hope she didn't think that I was trying to replace her mother, I know she's a young adult but she would still be something of a stepdaughter to me anyways no matter how you slice it. 

And could be going on inside her head. She gave us a look that said 'I already know what your going to say', poor dear she's heard all this before, most recently with AH. She was scared, and she had every right to be. I knew she was a sweet girl, but she had been through so much. For all she knew I could be here only to harm her father and bleed him dry. Though it was not true, I love Johnny very much, and tried my best to show that I liked her. Dear girl. 

"What is it?" She asked inquisitively. 

"Well.....Lilly.....I've asked (y/n) to marry me, and we wanted to know how would feel about it." Johnny said calmly yet earnestly, like a father telling his child this why how things would be.

Lilly looked over at me and raised one eyebrow, I bit my bottom lip and looked at the floor hanging my head. I glanced up at her, her eyes pierced into me like darts. 

"Well....dad....you know that I love you very much.....you've made you decision......(y/n) dose not seem like a bad person, I guess don't mind. You have your life, I have mine. Thank you for the nice evening. Dad, (y/n), I wish you to all the best, goodnight." And with that she stood up and walked out, without saying anymore. 

"Oh Johnny." I said as I shook my head. "She didn't seem to excited about us at all." 

"I knew this was how it would go, but at least she kept her temper......but we should think about happier things like our wedding, our future children." Johnny said as he knelt in front of me, my hands in his. He gently lifted my shirt and pressed a kiss to my tummy, though I wasn't pregnant yet the very thought that he wants me to carry his baby was enough to make me melt.
