All heads turned back to their places when they heard the footsteps. As he entered in the office every eye was on him. Countenance he knew that he will get after all, "THE SHRAVAN MALHOTRA" got married yesterday night and today he is back to office. But shravan, he neither cared what people think about him nor he will do it now. Because he is done pleasing others and why should he? Its not like i will get a reward or something for this.

In these 2 years he mastered one thing, straight face, he know he is pro in it now. So doing that he directly went to his cabin and called his PA

"Dont allow any one to come in my cabin and i dont want any phone calls. Do you get that any!!! I wont repeat again n i m sure you know that. Right?

"Sure sir!" She said a bit shuttering but who cares.

This is his 50th PA who started here just 8 days ago n soon realised what a gaint and aggressive boss she has. 50th PA in 2 years beacuse he started his practice 2 years ago in his father's law firm. That means around every 15 days, either the PA resign or he fired them. Because Shravan Malhotra does not want any mistake even if it was nnot intentional but a mistake is a mistake. As he always say "There is no place for sorry ,either you do what i say or you surely knows where the door is"

He needs everything perfect! But as you all know nothing is perfect not even him, he painted his canvas in monochrome to hide the colours of his life which he used to live at some point of time in his life.

This Shravan Malhotra is so discrete from the Shravan Malhotra he used to be 2 years ago and all this is just because a girl dumped him. A god damn breakup did this.

This Shravan Malhotra always have a perpetually grumpy face. He did not remember the last time he laughed, but his family knows he did not even smile in these 2 years forget about laughing.

When he thinks about his ex flame he know it was love atleast from his side but not for her obviously otherwise he wont get dumped. Love always fuck things up i should have known it before.

But the years helped him to move on a bit. A bit means just a freckle here but the only thing that comes to his mind is "why?"

Does not he deserve a closure or at least the reason of the split when everything was going on track smoothly. They were the perfect couple. He was the caring boyfriend n she was the loving girlfriend.

How ironic it is! The one who fall in love first, who proposed first the one who said those magical words, left him in a fraction of second while he was waiting for her at the altar. Yes you heard it right as the altar!

He never wanted a lavish wedding just her. Mutually they decided it will be a cosy wedding just with the family members.Family was not an issue, all were happy. Every thing was set even he gave her a boyfriend kiss on her forhead which he thought he will miss after being her husband. But she did not came to the pavilion. He was waiting for her there, even when he got informed by her family that she eloped. I waited for 24 fucking hours but she never came.

That day gave him the lesson of his life to never trust anyone and to never be so vulnerable in front of anyone that they will take it for granted not even caring how you will feel. Now he know how to mask his vulnerability and of course his love.

Back to the present, right now sitting in his cabin he is thinking how his life took a sharp turn n within a week he is married, that to with a girl he does not know a speckle and definitely does not like. What is there to like in her, she is a real pain in the ass.His meetings with her before the wedding did not go well.He can not stand her for even 10 minutes. Dont know what does god want from him. When will i have peace in my life?

The one he wanted to marry dumped him and he wanted to dump the one he got married. But he wont do that because deep inside he know the pain n agony from which he once went.

No! He was not forced to marry. But what would you call it when your dad comes to you who have seen you going through the pain, the darkest phase and say

"I never imposed my decisions on you but this is just one thing i want from you son. Can you do this for me?"

And he did what his dad say because now he do not have people to loose. He had never seen his mom. He was 3 when she passed away. If he did not have her old photographs, he wont even knew how she looked. But his dad always tell him stories about his mother which is one of the reason he is so close to his dad.

According to his dad, his mom was a selfless and independent woman who know well how to handle her home n her lawyer life together. She had fought so many cases and she never lost. His dad says that he is just like her mom;Emotional, kind hearted and straight forward.

But the women Shravan had seen in his life always dissapointed him. His Kamini chachi always think of her own sons as if shravan was never her family. His vandy bhabhi could not see other than brands name n beauty products. And the one he loved. Lets not just talk about her. She was the most selfish girl i had ever seen.

So he made an opinion about women that he knows , will never going to change because no one can remind him of the sketch he made of his mom in his head. She was the one and only. No one can be just like her.

And now he is stuck with a girl for his life time. But one thing he knows that nothing will going to change. He will not change himself for anyone now.

He spent his whole day in his cabin doing nothing. Still he was having a headache. Even my body is not in my control.

He went to home when the whole office left n watchman needs to lock.

He entered his home which is dark and silent knowing everybody must be sleeping. He went straight to his room. He just peeked inside. Now i can not barge in my own room.He saw her, she was sleeping on the right side of the bed.

He went to take a cold shower so that it can relief his heating head. When he came out he saw food on the table. He did not eat since morning amd he heard his stomach growling. He remove the plate covering n took a bite. Its taste repressed his senses n he hogged on food like he never did before.

It was so tasty n aromatic that he licked his fingers which is very unlike him. He looked at her if she is watching. He start licking again seeing her sleeping. You can do anything when no one is watching,right?

When he was done. He went to wash his hands and came back to sofa. He spread his legs which were half dangling from it. His headache almost gone, he looked at her sleeping figure which reminded him their first meeting.

The first time he meet with this stupid girl was 3 weeks before when he was going to court for a hearing in his car when he heard a loud thump

"What the fuck?" He turned his head behind and gritten his teeth. Taking out his seat belt he get out of the car. His face went red and he fisted his fingers. He looked at the car that hit his car and then he looked at the owner he gritten his teeth. Looking at his face one can say that a tooth can definitely break today.

"I so knew it." He said looking at the owner who came out with a shocked face

"I m really really sorry. I dont know how

"Yeah you girls dont know anything. Why dont you girls hire a driver when you dont know how to drive" he shouted

"Listen i m saying sorry why are you shouting?"

"Sorry my foot. Who gave you a driving liscense bloody learner?"

"Mind your tongue okay. I m apologising does not give you right to say anything that you want"

"Oh so you can hit my car and i cant even say. Yeah what else can i expect from people like you?"

"People like me as in?"

"People like you who are middle class"

"Where the class came from dude? And let me tell you one thing the way you are behaving is not at all showing your high standards"

They look at the traffic and the people who are telling them to go as they are getting late.

Shravan looked at his watch and saw the time. He was getting late for his hearing. He again gave her an angry look and went back to his car while he was opened the door to get inside he heard her

"Get your mouth a filter dude because i hope your mom raised you better than that" and that hits hard

His fist turned red which was holding the door. It was nearly possible that the handle could break if he applied a little more pressure. He saw her going from there not more giving his a better-luck-next-time smile.

Get yourself some sleep. He shook his head and turned his head to other side of sofa. He closed his eyes and let sleep engulf him.

We are at the end of first chap and we can say Shravan Malhotra is not a good guy here.

Now how will he deal with his life crisis?
