As Wanda was making her quick exit from Poe's room, she was conveniently met with the General who had the intention to find the girl anyway.

"I have some good news," the General smiled. "We were able to set up a transmitter which will hopefully let you access your team."

Wanda didn't exactly know what to feel. She loved the idea of being able to talk to her team again, but had remorse for not having told Poe yet. "T-that's great. Could you take me to the transmitter?"

"Of course, follow me."

Wanda followed the General to the same meeting room where they discussed the plans to destroy the Starkiller base.

Wanda looked to the center of the room to find a giant hologram.

The General pressed some buttons and swiped some things. "Now, all we need is maybe a number or a way to send a signal to your team."

Wanda nodded in understanding. "Where should I type a contact number?"

The General pointed to a typing pad that looked like a keyboard for a computer—simple enough. There, Wanda typed Tony's emergency number he had provided her awhile back.

Please work. Please work. Please work. Wanda repeated the mantra in her head.

Her eyes widened in relief and shock as she was met with Tony's tired and confused eyes. Somehow—Wanda had no idea how—they were able to communicate through holograms from completely different universes. It was a miracle.

Tony jumped out of his seat as he got closer to the hologram, not believing his eyes. "Wanda? Kid, is that you?"

Wanda laughed, "It's me, Mr. Stark."

Tony still had to process everything going on. "H-how were you able to contact us? Where are you? Is everyth—," Wanda interrupted Tony who was getting ahead of himself.

Wanda breathed as she prepared herself to tell Tony. "It seems I was transported to a completely different universe, and with the help of some new allies I was able to get a hold of you."

Tony took in Wanda words carefully. A different universe?

Wanda noticed Tony's quietness and asked, "So, how's the plan of getting me back coming along?"

Tony sighed, "It took awhile, kid, but with enough time we were able to dissect the device and figure out how to channel the correct energy and time waves to get you back here in the right universe. You should be back with us in no time."

Wanda put on a fake smile as she didn't want to leave the people who had been so kind and welcoming to her. They were her new friends. "Right, that is great!" She really did her best to sound excited, but she didn't know how well she was doing.

Tony was going to respond, but the hologram started to twitch and transfer into a static screen. "No! No! Damnit!" Tony yelled as he hit the damn machine.

Wanda went to ask the General what had happened but before she could utter a single word she heard a sad but angry voice behind her, "So, when were you planning on telling me, huh?"

Poe wouldn't make eye contact with Wanda, he refused to. "How much—,"

Poe interrupted the expected question, "Enough." Then he walked off without another word. Wanda used her powers to turn off the hologram completely, almost frying the thing with how much energy she used.

She felt Leia rub her back. "You didn't tell him, why?"

"I was afraid it was going to ruin everything," Wanda breathed.

"But deep-down you knew him finding out this way would be much worse," the General noted wisely.

Wanda just nodded, looking down at the bland ground. She had a tendency to do that.

"You did jeopardize a lot by not telling him, Wanda, but Poe is still one of the most understanding people I've ever come across. There's still a chance with him, and I think you know that already."

Wanda looked at the General with sullen looking eyes, "What should I do?"

Leia chuckled, "Well first of all, I don't know why you're still standing here with me." The General started nudging the girl out of the room playfully, "Go talk to the man."

Wanda just shook her head, giggling softly at the General's actions. She made her way out of the room, using the General's words as motivation.

Leia looked at where Wanda had just exited with a far off daze. "I remembered those days," she breathed out in nostalgia.

After searching for quite some time, Wanda finally found Poe on the flight deck working on one of his X-Wings. He was messing with some buttons in the cockpit, one of the switches jammed causing him to let out a frustrated growl before throwing his oil-stained towel down.

"Frustration won't help, you know," Wanda said as she looked up at Poe.

He still didn't make any eye contact and he kept silent, not wanting to talk to anyone at the moment.

Wanda breathed out, expecting this reaction from him. She didn't blame him. "If you were wondering, I was planning on telling you."

Poe stopped what he was doing, more anger rising up in him. He looked over at Wanda, turning his head and looking down. "Yeah? Was that before or after you found out you were going home?"

Wanda rubbed her temples in stress. "Before," she whispered.

"What was that," Poe asked with more attitude than necessary.

Wanda outstretched her arms by her sides as she yelled at him. "Before! Before, all right! But you know what?!"

"What," he yelled back.

"You were the one who was trying to distract me with your-your sexual advances in the bedroom," Wanda said, fire in her eyes.

Poe jumped down from his X-Wing, landing in front of Wanda as he looked down at her intimidatingly. He chuckled darkly, "Oh, so now you wanna put this on me? You could have told me to stop, told me that you had something important to tell me."

Wanda stood still, not moving or making a sound.

"But I guess I just have so much effect on you that you can't seem to even formulate words when I do this to you," he laid his hands on Wanda's hips, more rough than the last time. He face inching closer to hers. "I'm too much of a distraction is that it? Is that your excuse? As if you weren't enjoying what I was doing?"

Wanda didn't do a thing to stop Poe as his lips moved to her neck, nipping and kissing and licking at the soft skin.

"Well guess what," he moved away from her neck as he started whispering. He stared her down, "That excuse ain't gonna work." And with that, Poe walked off leaving Wanda in the state she had left him just hours ago, giving her a taste of her own medicine.
