Prologue

It had been two days since Blaze defeated Flame. The memories of that day flooded her mind, and they were very painful. Blaze never thought she would have to take her own brothers life, but she did. If she did not then there would have been a lot of deaths in the world. Blaze wanted to forget the day Flame died but she knew she would never be able to. Especially since she now had a red scar on the right side of her face running from her forehead down to the middle of her cheek. That scar would forever remind her of that day.

Blaze continued on her walk through the forest. She had left the burnt part of the forest the day of Flames death. She wanted to be as far away from that place as possible. She had no idea where she was going to go, but she knew it was going to be far away.

As Blaze was walking through a forest, she saw something small whip past her and hit the tree behind her. She quickly turned and saw that it was a round silver plate-like weapon with sharp pointed blades out all the sides of it. The weapon was stuck in the tree. Blaze then heard the sounds of footsteps approaching her. She quickly turned and hid behind the trunk of the tree.

Blaze stayed silent and looked for where she heard the footsteps, and that's when she saw a tall guy somewhere around six feet tall. His eyes were blue and his hair was a dirty blonde color. The man walked over to the tree where she was hiding behind. He reached for the weapon and grabbed it out from the tree.

The man turned and walked away from the tree, he stopped when he was multiple feet away from some trees. He then threw the weapon again and it hit a different tree with ease. Blaze watched as the man took out a pocket knife and he threw it at a different tree and once again, it hit the tree with ease and stuck in it.

Blaze watched the man throw the weapons at the trees for a while. It seemed like he was practicing his throwing and his aim. Blaze wanted to know why he was practicing, but she knew she couldn't just walk out and ask him.

As she was watching him she heard a beeping noise come from his pocket. The man took out what was beeping and it was his phone. He answered it and spoke. Blaze unfortunately couldn't hear who was talking to him through the phone.

After the man finished his phone call, he grabbed his weapons and left. Blaze wanted to find out who he was and what he was doing but she decided it wasn't important, her mind kept going back to thinking about her brother and how she had to kill him. She tried so hard to not think about it, but that didn't work, her brother was all she could think about. Every time Blaze saw the now burnt forest where she fought him, the memories would come right back.

After a while of constantly having these memories, Blaze decided she needed to go somewhere else. She needed a change of scenery, and somewhere that she wouldn't be constantly reminded of her brother. However, Blaze had no idea where she would go, all she knew was that she had to go far away. So Blaze took the little things that she had and she left.

Blaze approached the city where she once worked with Chris and Silver, more harmful memories came back of when she saw that Chris was burned alive from Flames fire powers. Blaze shook her head and started to walk faster, she needed out of the city and far away from it. As she was walking she came across the store where she met the strange Chinese man. She glanced down the alleyway at the store, she remembered that the store was very different inside, nothing was normal like everything else in the city. That's when an idea struck her, she would go to a place just like the store was themed as, but she had no idea where a place like that would be.

Blaze walked up to the store and she walked inside. The Chinese man that had made her custom outfit was standing by a glass case that was full of knives. When he heard the door close he looked over to see Blaze. "Welcome back, how are you liking the outfit?" He said in his thick Chinese accent. "It's been a great outfit, thank you." Blaze said in a soft tone. The man could tell that something bad had happened based on her new tone of voice.

Blaze walked over to the case that held all the knives where he was standing. She looked down and saw some of the knives had dragon designs on the handles, just like some of the other decorations in the store.

"Where did you theme this store after?" Blaze asked. "It's based on the country China, where I was born." "I see." Blaze stared down at the knives. She immediately thought that they must be able to fight well in that country with knives. She knew nothing about the place, but it interested her a lot, and if she could sharpen her fighting skills there, incase she had to fight someone else like her brother, it would be worth the journey.

"How do I get to China?"
