Archie's POV

"Finally! I thought you two were never going to come down." I sighed as Ronnie put her head on my shoulder.

"Just making up for the last couple of weeks, I haven't really been myself. I'm starting to finally feel a little better though." Betty said as she laid on Jughead. I rolled my eyes uncomfortably enough for Veronica to notice tension in the room.

"Why don't we play a little game in the hot tub. Clothes off swimsuits on." Veronica said we all went into our rooms to change. We met in the backyard walked down the steps to the jacuzzi. "Alright, I'm sure we're all well aware of the elephant in the room. Archie and Betty's kiss was quite a shock I'll admit. But in the end, I bear no ill will towards my beau or bestie. But I do feel we should even the score. What do you say Jug?" Veronica said as she stared at him. Betty laughed at her.

"V you're not serious, are you?" She said shocked.

"Come on Betty it will be fun. Archie what do you say in sports? Level the playing field or something." Jug said to Betty and me.

"But you're not mad Jug, right?" Betty asked him.

"No, but I'm human." Jug said back to her. She nodded understanding why she had no right to be upset. I don't care I still was.

"Jughead!" I yelled.

"Come on, what's the matter, Archie? It's just a kiss. It doesn't mean anything right?"  Jug said as Veronica walked up to him. After they kissed Jughead walked right back over to Betty. She seemed to be completely unphased by it. I, on the other hand, was internally freaking out. It wasn't just a kiss. Not at all. What happened between Betty and me was something different completely. 

That night when we all went up to bed I could hear Jughead and Betty next door talking. Maybe she realized she was feeling the same way as I did. I had to get my mind off of our kiss so I started doing push-ups. "Not that I don't love the show you're putting on Archiekins, but it makes me think you're trying to prove your manhood. The kiss between Jughead and I was strictly to break the Bughead tension." Veronica laughed as we got into bed.

"I know V, I was just trying to get in my daily workout. " I said as she turned to face me.

"Well, in that case, I have the perfect workout we can both enjoy. " Veronica said as she leaned into me.

"I've tired Ronnie, good night V." I said frustrated as I pulled the covers on me.

"You're kidding right?" Veronica scoffed frustrated. She was about to turn off the lamp when we heard noise coming from next door. The sound of the bed springs on the mattress bouncing up and down. "Well, clearly Jug and I'd kiss turned Betty on." Veronica laughed. Suddenly all at once, I wanted this weekend to end as fast as possible.
