I sighed as I flew around. So much has changed since I left Central City for two years and now I have finally returned.

My two years were spent studying magic from all around the world and becoming well verse in myself.

I finally knew my limits, my abilities, and myself much more than I ever had before.

I was finally the Sorceress Supreme I was always destined to be.

Once I landed in my home I was greeted with a hug from Oliver, who I had made sure I kept in contact with while I was away. He caught me up on everything I missed.

Sara had been resurrected, Barry and Iris were finally together and him and Felicity were together finally.

I was happy to be home.  

This is the first chapter in Blackbird, the sequel to Nightingale. I made Nightingale as a backstory to this one. That way Veronica's story was explained and I had her planned out.
