We made it back to the ship and I sighed sitting down in the first seat.

"You okay Roni?" Ray asked as I took off my shoes.

"I'm fine." I told him smiling. Leonard rolled his eyes at Ray's over protectiveness.

"She fine Raymond. You know you didn't once mention how beautiful she looks." Leonard said smirking. I rolled my eyes when Rip came in.

"Oh, gentlemen, I trust everything went according to plan at the Bolshoi?"

"Piece of cake. Made contact with Vostok and swiped her badge." Ray said happily.

"Thanks to me. Pretty boy just froze his ass of." Leonard replied smirking. Mick, Stein, and Jax came in. Jax was bleeding.

"What happened?" I rushed over to them.

"Chronos."

"Jax here was...." Mick began when Stein interrupted.

"Almost got himself killed."

"And we need to get you to the Medbay." Rip said taking Jax from Mick.

"Ah, the Medbay, where a morphine drip awaits me." Mick looked at me and smirked. Leonard walked away to follow Mick and I grabbed my shoes to head to my room. Once I was in my room I sighed trying to unzip my dress.

"Why didn't I chose a slip on..." I whispered trying to reach the zipper.

"Knock knock need help?" Leonard asked walking in with Mick.

"Sure could you get Sara for me?" I asked blushing a little.

"We won't look." Mick said sitting on my bed. I sighed and nodded letting Leonard unzip the dress. Once he got it to my lower back I smiled before grabbing my shirt and jeans. I turned to look at them.

"Alright we'll be right outside. Come on Mick." Leonard said and they walked out. I sighed in relief and slipped off the dress. I pulled on my bra and then my tank top. Once I got my jeans on I opened my door and they came back in.

"Wow you change fast." Mick asked sitting on my bed again.

"Yeah." I sighed sitting next to him. My feet were cold so I placed my blanket over my lap. "So what do you both want?" I asked smiling.

"Just wanting to hang out with our favorite blonde." I rolled my eyes at Leonard and he smirked leaning on the bed. "Did you enjoy the play?"

"Ballet and yes I did. It made me miss actually doing ballet."

"Ah yes that reminds me, Gideon pulled up Veronica Melody Swan Lake."

"Of course." I gasped and glared at Leonard.

"You didn't..."

"Oh I did." He smirked and the clip played. "You were 15 right?" I nodded and Mick grunted.

"You look better at that than the main dancer."

"I was....she was the director's daughter." I whispered. That was my last dance. "I twisted my ankle that night because she missed a step. After that I stopped dancing."

"You shouldn't have given up so easily." Leonard said as the clip ended. I shrugged and smiled at them both. "Are you coming with us to the lab?"

"Sure." I told him smiling.

"I'd get ready then." I nodded and kicked them out. I pulled on a jacket and two quivers this time, one on my back and one on my waist. Once my bow was in place I went to join the team going to the lab.

While Stein went to the basement I was with Ray and Leonard. Leonard knocked out all the guards making me pout.

"Sorry Blackbird." He smirked. I shrugged and he smirked at me.

"Remember, Dr. Palmer, that shutting down the core incorrectly can lead to the creation of..."

"Strangeness, black holes, and uncontrolled fusion reactions that consume the universe? See? I was listening during class, Professor." I rolled my eyes and leaned against the door frame.

"How are we doing, Boy Scout?" Leonard asked Ray getting impatient.

"Uh, point of fact, I completed all 21 merit badges, including nuclear science, so I'm an Eagle Scout." I tried not to laugh at Leonard's unimpressed face. "Uh-oh we got a problem." I saw Valentina across the way walking towards the door to the containment. "Valentina's headed toward the core containment unit. The radiation Stein's about to unleash...I...if she opens the door."

"We're here to stop Savage from building a nuclear-powered superhero. Saving some commie broad ain't on the agenda."

"Ray we can't save everyone." I added.

"Even if the radiation doesn't kill her, Savage will, the second he finds out the lab's been sabotaged. Look we gotta get her out of here." Ray said trying to plead with us.

"Well, who's gonna shut down the core Raymond? I skipped that merit badge."

"Raymond, why is the thermal core still running at full power?" Stein asked and I sighed.

"I'll handle the core. You handle Valentina. Roni...I need you down with Stein."

"You're willing to risk the mission for a woman you barely know?" Leonard asked sighing.

"Be helpful to others. It's the Scout motto." Leonard sighed pushing Ray down.

"30 seconds. I'll get Vostok, you kill the power for Stein, and Raymond, promise me." Ray nodded and Leonard walked over to me. "If anything happens get out of here. You can't survive in this prison."

"Alright. You better be careful too." I whispered and he smirked kissing my cheek. I tried to hide my blush but failed.

"You're cute when you blush." I rolled my eyes and flew down to Stein.

Once Stein came out we were surrounded by guards. I held out my bow but I knew I couldn't shoot them all before being shot.

"Professor Stein, your comrade here tells me you know quite a bit about this project of mine. Very good, you and I have much to discuss." The guards grabbed Stein and me. I looked up and saw Leonard pissed.

"Where are you taking us?" Stein asked and the guards didn't answer. We were taken outside. They had captured Ray and Mick as well. I was pushed in front of Mick.

"Maybe she should ride with me." The man watching us all said touching my face. I moved away and he grabbed my chin before slapping my face. "Put her with the others."

"You better kill me now! If I ever get my hands on you, I'm gonna get all 'Rocky IV' on your ass." Mick yelled at the man as I was placed in the back of the truck. I heard a slam. "I'm gonna remember that, comrade." Mick was put in the back with us. I tried to reach over to him but I was placed farther away.

Valentina and Stein joined us all and then the truck began to move.

"Now then what to do with the lot of you." She said smirking. I rolled my eyes and noticed Mick had his eyes on me. I nodded telling him I was okay. We reached the new place and they separated us from Stein.

"Put her in the jail with the other two. Let's see how long until she begs for my company." The Colonel said smirking at me. I scoffed and was pushed with Ray and Mick. 

Sorry it's shorter than the others. I was having so much fun writing the last chapter that I ran out of enough plot to make this longer.
