So This is a creation I made for Hazbin Hotel. He is a mad scientist that is the CEO of his, Pastetails Horned Corporation of Death. He is well known for killing, taking, and torturing other demons for fun, but he has a soft spot for women. This is only because his father was an abuser and his mother was the only one to take care of him as he would get beat of an inch of his life for 18 years. He then left and found a new place to live for 15 years. That was until he died getting shot by a U. S. Seal.

Now, this was done in three stages. I will be showing them to you and see how he was designed for the final stage.
