The questions deeply rooted in janaki's mind. Meanwhile, Janvi was looking at the illusion which was getting created infront of them. She felt that she knew what was going to come next. Her guess didn't go in vain.

"We decided to turn back our ship towards Mayankpur. You will be deboarded in your nation, Princess."Mano said.

"It's not needed, Mano bhai. You already helped us a lot. Deboard us in your next stop and we will get back to our place."Janvi said. Janaki nodded her head in affirmation. Hearing a word which depicts relationship, Mano's heart stumbled back.

"You are sick, Princess. And, after knowing your life is in danger, I can't leave you like that. There are values to be upheld. Let's put a full stop on this topic."Mano said with a smile. Janaki and janvi felt more indebted towards him.

Janaki chuckled while looking at the scenario in front of her.

"Really what a dumb I am!! Look at this Janvi ."Janaki said while pain enriched in her voice.

Janvi didn't turn towards her sister. When everything prevailed, she would be the first one to answer her sister's questions.

The sun was set much sooner on that day and Kush was in deep slumber because of medicines. He got fever in a shock and Luv was taking care of his ailing brother. He was putting the wet cloth on his brother's head.

"He will be fine, Luv. I will do it from now and you go and sleep."Janvi said.

"Ranjan bhai is a very good person among all of us. But he acts like heartless. Don't mistake him."Luv said in all of sudden.

Janvi might have bought his words on any other day but after witnessing the ship collapse, she wasn't ready to buy his words and she didn't want to let him know about that. She just  caressed his head .

"The water needs to change. I will get it."Janvi said and left the room. She passed through all the workers and took water in a vessel. While she was going back, Ranjan pulled her into corridor.

Janvi looked at him angrily as the water fell down from her hands and she had to walk for it again.

"The ship is returning back to Mayankpur."Ranjan said in a serious tone.

"Yes, I already know and Mano told me about it."Janvi said.

"But he didn't tell you regarding the danger that we have to encounter in Mayankpur especially twins."Ranjan said.

"What is the danger which you are speaking about? Even you told janag to take them to Tanishkant. What is happening here, Ranjan?"Janvi asked.

Ranjan's hands went through his hair. He was tensed , much more tensed than any other day.

"Twins are the princes of Mahishmati Empire. We are running for almost ten years to save them from crown prince. And your brother is a close friend of Mahishmati crown prince. It will be much dangerous for us. "Ranjan said.

The information was quite high to process in her mind.

"I think that's enough bhai."Luv's voice distracted both of them. Ranjan gave a helpless look to Luv.

" Nothing will happen to them. And if your destination is Tanishkant, I will get you to Tanishkant. That's my promise. And, my family always upholds my promise."Janvi promised.

Janvi walked back towards kitchen to get water meanwhile Luv stared Ranjan deeply.

"You know about their identity."Janaki asked.

"I know di. I even told about it to Emperor."Janvi said. The illusion changed into another.

Mayankpur palace stood majestic infront of them. The Palace was completely decorated to celebrate their princess return and to welcome the new crown princess.

Janaki and janvi hugged Empress Parvati. Crown prince RamPrasad was standing with teary eyes. Rishivallabh welcomed the guests meanwhile. Janaki was astonished to see the other two new people infront of her, a lady and a man.

Ram held the girl's hands."Janvi, Janu, She is sujata, your sister-in-law."

"And, this is Rudra veer, Crown prince of Tanishkant, your would-be husband."Ram grinned as he got what he wanted to see. A shy smile crept on janaki's face and she stuttered. Her eyes didn't even meet rudra's. Rudra smiled towards her. Sujata's smile disappeared when she saw the twins.

"Would you have seen his face, you would have known what a fake person he is."Janvi mumbled. Janaki gave her confused face as she couldn't understand .

At night,

In the court of palace, Emperor Rishivallabh was sitting on the throne . Crown prince Rudra veer and Ramprasad were on their seat. Janvi and Sujata were standing on the floor. Mano and Ranjan guarded the twins when Sujata stepped forward to see them.

Mano and Ranjan were shocked when they knew the truth about the sisters.

"Papa, I gave them a promise. That, I would help them to reach Tanishkant king."Janvi informed.

"I will uphold her promise, Mano. In a week, my daughter's marriage will happen at Tanishkant temple. At that time, you can meet Tanishkant king. It will be safe you to travel with us rather alone."Rishivallabh said.

Mano and Ranjan nodded their head in affirmation.

"I promise their safety once they enter my nation."Rudraveer promised.

Mano and Ranjan smiled at each other as they finally got a safe place for their princes.

Janvi couldn't control herself and she walked into the illusion and grabbed Rudraveer's throat in her hand.

She lifted him in air meanwhile Janaki also walked into the illusion.

"What are you doing, Janvi?"Janaki yelled at her sister meanwhile the illusional world turned into darkness.

Janvi looked at her sister and janvi closed her eyes tightly.

"She won't tell, Princess Janaki. But, I can show."Vrushali said.

Vrushali snapped her fingers again. Another illusion played infront of them.

Janaki was smiling while seeing her face in front of mirror. She was looking beautiful in her bridal dress and her mother and sister-in-law were smiling at her.

"Maa!!"She looked at them with teary eyes. She had to leave them once her marriage was over but she felt heaviness while thinking about it.

Parvati kissed her daughter's forehead as she understood what was running in her daughter's mind.

"I am going to meet your father. Sujata, be with Janaki."Parvati said and then left the room.

"Ok maa."Sujata said with a smile. Meanwhile , Ram Prasad entered into the room and his eyes searched for his wife.

"I will be in balcony of the room."Janaki said and move towards balcony. As soon as she entered , a strong hand gagged her mouth and one hand pressed her throat.

"I am sorry, Princess."The voice said. She knew this voice. It's belongs to... Mano. She realized who the person was and when her mind realized, she lost her unconsciousness.

Janaki opened her eyes and saw herself on a horse, caged in between two strong arms. The Sun was going to set and she started to struggle in his hold.

"Stop struggling now."Mano's voice demanded.

"Why did you do this to me? We trusted you."Janaki said and his heart bleeded because of her question.

At the time, an arrow struck at his arm and Mano fell down. Janaki took over the horse and stopped it.

Durgaprasad stood there with a worried face and came towards them in his horse.

"Are you fine , Lady?"Durgaprasad asked gently.

"I am fine."Janaki said then durgaprasad looked at Mano with red eyes. His lips smirked and he took his sword out.

"How could you try to misbehave with a lady?"Durgaprasad yelled and raised his sword.

"Please let him go."Janaki pleaded and held durgaprasad hands in the process.

"I can't let him go easily lady. He did wrong and he has to pay for that. I won't kill him but he needs to be imprisoned."Durgaprasad said.

Janaki walked towards Mano.

"I really trusted you much enough to let you stay in my palace. But, you kidnapped me and even stopped my marriage. Why did you do this to me?"Janaki asked him.

"I wanted to marry you to get a place in Mayankpur..."Mano's voice stopped inbetween as her hands planted a fresh mark on his cheek.

"Never ever cross your path with me. And if it happens, I will be the one who takes your life."Janaki said while Durgaprasad signed his soldiers to take Mano from the place.

"You seems like coming from a noble family. Tell me about your family. I will take you there and explain everything even if your fiancé refuses."Durgaprasad said.

"Now everything is over. My fiancé is a king of Tanishkant and I am sure that he won't accept me. Not only he, no one would accept me. I tainted my family's name with my choice of trusting a wrong person. But Mano was good. Why does he have to change?"Janaki thought.

"I can't go back to my nation. My family will accept me back but I will be just a burden to them. And I am sure, My fiancé won't accept me back. No one would accept me"Janaki said.

"I am Emperor of this nation, lady. And you seem to be confused . Taking decisions in this state won't be good. Stay in my palace for today and lets decide about you later."Durgaprasad said and asked her to take horse.

"Is it the real face of Durgaprasad, Janaki?"Vrushali asked Janaki but Janvi interfered.

"It's not."Janvi mumbled and the memories revived in her mind.

A day before Janaki's marriage with Rudra veer,

Emperor Rishivallabh along with his family was staying in Ganthanam, the nation which was under the control of Mayankpur Empire and shared the border with Tanishkant.

Janvi was searching the twins in the new place but they were not to be found. Then, she met Ranjan and Mano.

"Have you seen the twins anywhere?"Janvi asked.

"They got kidnapped by Mahishmati's crown prince. And, he is asking Princess Janaki to let luv and kush alive. They told us to meet at the tri nation point."Ranjan said.

"but how did they get kidnapped? I am sure about their security."Janvi mumbled.

"Even, I don't know. Yesterday , we got into deep slumber. And at morning, they were gone and a letter with Mahishmati royal stamp was kept inside."Ranjan said in his helpless state. He couldn't betray the people who were helping him for the past week.

Mano was looking at Princess Janaki's room.

"I will act as Princess Janaki. No one has seen her from outside."Janvi suggested.

"I can't let you put your life in danger."Ranjan opposed.

"I promised I would keep them safe. Lets do this and in this way, we can save both of them."Janvi said.

"What about you?"Ranjan asked.

"I will be safe. Trust me."Janvi said and Mano dragged her out while Ranjan was following both of them.

With in two hours travel, they reached the tri-nation point, the point where Mahismati, Mayankpur and Tanishkant border met. Mano tied Janvi's hands loosely.

Durgaprasad , the crown prince of Mahishmati , was giving his sinister smile to the trio.

"Welcome Princess Janvi. I was waiting for your sister but I never thought I would be honored with your meet."Durgaprasad said while shocking the trio. Mano instantly tore the bindings of Janvi and gave her a sword. Their fight was intense with the soldiers of Mahishmati.

"Aaah!!"Kush's crying voice got their attention. Kush and Luv both were hanging from a branch of tree. Twins arms were bleeding as arrows hit their arms. Luv was trying to control his pain but kush couldn't. He yelled in pain and the trio eventually surrendered by putting their weapon down.

"Good job, dear friend."Durgaprasad said and clapped his hand. Janvi and others were dumbfounded by looking at the person in front of him.

"Prince Rudraveer!!!"Janvi murmured and the betrayal hit her hard. Losing all her control , she ran towards him with an intent to kill him.

An arrow came towards her and in a moment, Ranjan took over her and took the arrow on his chest. The wound wasn't deep but the poison at the arrow started its work.

"Mano, I am giving you another chance. Go and get Princess Janaki here and I will release the twins. Even , I will treat your brother. And, this time you have only three hours. I can give you more time but your brother doesn't have much time."Durgaprasad said and mano left after glancing at his brother.

Janvi took his head in her lap.

"Why did you betray us?"Janvi asked Rudraveer angrily.

"I never betrayed anyone of you. yes, I promised I would keep the twins safe once they enter my nation. Even, I am telling the same now. But they didn't enter my nation till now."Rudraveer said.

"And, I promised my friend"Rudraveer paused as durgaprasad put his hands on his shoulders.

"He will help me to get the throne and Princess Janaki. Even this marriage is just a part of our plan to get the twins and Princess Janaki here."Durgaprasad said.

"Janvi..."Ranjan mumbled.

"I always love you..."Ranjan's confession got her attention but he didn't speak a word after. His eyes fixed at her and didn't even tremble.

" I thought he would withstand another five more minutes."Durgaprasad pitied.

His men started to drag Ranjan's body.

"Ranjan!!!"Janvi yelled while some other soldiers restrained her. Her cry and yell made Luv understand what happened to Ranjan. She never loved him but she was affectionate towards him, for all his help even after seeing heartless man mask.

"Just for you, I accepted to take Mayankpur's help Ranjan bhai, not to hear your death news."Luv thought.

Janvi was trembling and janaki held her tightly. Its still in her memory even after thousand of years.

"Why did you do this, janvi? Why did you get involved in this? He never thought to involve you from first. Why do you always think about me rather than yourself?"Janaki asked her sister. Her heart was throbbing in pain.

"You are my sister. And, you also kept me first than anyone."Janvi answered while holding her hands tightly.

It's been a month that Janaki was staying in Nishag palace, a nation which came under Mahishmati Empire.

Durgaprasad fed her a lot of lies most importantly she was told that Mayankpur Empire announced a price to her head. That's enough to break her and manipulating a broken person was an easy task for the person like Durgaprasad. Breaking her was much easy to Durgaprasad and once he did, he asked her for marriage.

"I can't marry anyone, Prince. I still love my fiancé. I can't betray you."Janaki said.

"I believe you can be a good queen to my empire. You are kind and at the same time, you are brave. And, I would never touch you without your permission. I am a king and I keep my promises, Janaki."Durgaprasad said softly.

"And, I would have never asked you about this. But, I have to be crowned as Emperor soon. I can't trust any other and already some of the kings are behind my crown."Durgaprasad continued with his fake emotions. His talks were going on and Janaki nodded her head positively but kept her condition as she said before.

The day of marriage of Janaki and Durgaprasad finally came. That was going to happen in the shiv temple of nearby sea shore as she wanted a simple marriage in Nishag.

Janaki was getting ready in her bridal attire and her previous marriage day kept on flashing in her mind. She asked her maids to leave her room for a moment. Her eyes turned teary.

"Janaki di..."Janaki turned as soon as she identified the voice. Her sister was standing before her with dirty clothes, her lips were bleedings and her health also not so good.

"Janvi!!"Janaki rushed towards her sister.

"What happened to you?"Janaki asked while checking her sister for any other wounds.

"Di, we have to escape. Durgaprasad isn't a good person. He kidnapped the twins and forced Mano to kidnap you and get you to him."Janvi said while glancing around the room to get away.

"If only he didn't betray us, we wouldn't have been in this state."Janvi mumbled to herself.

"What are you telling?"Janaki asked. She was confused and she was worried about her sister.

"First we will leave this place."Janvi said and held her sister's hand.

"Where are you going , Princess Janaki?"Durgaprasad said with a smirk. Janvi's face turned pale by seeing him. She held her sister's hand in fear. This durgaprasad was completely new to Janaki. these expressions she never saw in his face. He held Janaki's hand and dragged her towards underground jail. Janvi was following both of them.

Durgaprasad pushed her inside of cell and janaki closed her nostrils because of a bad foul stench.

"Luv! Kush!"Janaki mumbled once she saw their decomposed body when she identified their unique neck chain  on the neck of their bodies inside the cell.

Janvi lost at her memory which created a parallel illusion world and dragged them inside.

In the underground jail of Nishag,

"Where is my brother?"Mano struggled against his shackles.

"He died ."Durgaprasad said.

"And, I am going to punish you for trying to outsmart me."Durgaprasad said when both the twins shoved inside the cell. Durgaprasad took his sword out and swung towards Luv's chest but in a nick of moment, Kush pushed his brother and came in front.

"Kush!!"Mano cried while Luv was frozen at the happening. He knew his life was going to end one day. But he never expected his twin would die for him.

Kush wasn't much complex as Luv and so he smiled at the thought that he saved his brother. Luv held his brother in his lap and made him look at his eyes while holding his wrist in his hand. He knew what was running in his twin mind. And, durgaprasad slashed Luv's skin from back. Luv neither made any sound when durgaprasad slashed his skin again with his long sword nor broke his eye contact with his brother until Kush's pulse dropped down completely. Durgaprasad was getting angered as the boy didn't make any response for his stabbings and he finally stabbed his sword on the boy's heart directly and Luv made a feeble gasping sound. When durgaprasad took his sword back, Luv's lifeless body fell on kush's body.

"Luv! Kush!" Mano cried. Their lives were his life motto. He was almost running ten years just to save them and now everything ended in void.

Janaki and Janvi were pulled back to the previous illusional world.

"He tried to outsmart me just to save you. Look at his state now, Princess Janaki. He lost everyone. He doesn't even know he was dying slowly because of infections. Do you want the same happen to your beloved sister?"Durgaprasad asked silently.

"Luv! Kush!"Mano was whispering the twins name and speaking with then in his own world and his body was having a lot of slashing wounds with worms hovering on it.

Janaki looked at Mano. His smiling face, kind words and supportive words , everything was flashing in her mind. Just few months before, they were smiling in the ship happily. She controlled her sob and took the sword from durgaprasad in a swift. While Durgaprasad was getting ready in defensive mode, she stabbed Mano right in the heart broking all the rib cages in her force.

"Aah!"Mano mumbled before taking his last breath. "Neither I nor you deserve a life like this."Janaki thought and she took the sword back. She decided to give him and herself an honorable end and executed half of it.

She pointed it directly on her chest . Before she could stab herself, Durgaprasad held her wrist and tightened his grip on her wrist. She tried her best to stab herself while Janvi looked at her in horror.

The sword fell down from Janaki's hand and then durgaprasad shot a dagger towards janvi's hand.

"maa!"Janvi yelled in pain. Janaki tried to run towards her sister but durgaprasad held her tightly. His another hand took the blood from Mano's body which was nearby and filled it in Janaki's forehead

"Get the mangalsutra now."Durgaprasad ordered and the priest came inside with the nuptial chain.

"Put their bodies on fire here, now."Durgaprasad continued his orders while janvi lost her consciousness , not able to take the stress. The soldiers stacked the bodies of luv, kush and mano and then put the fire on their bodies.

Durgaprasad tied the mangalsutra around janaki's neck , took her in his hands and then took the pheras by taking seven rounds around pyre of his step brothers and their guard.

Once the pheras were over, Durgaprasad pushed her to the floor.

"Try to do anything over your body. I will make your sister's death worse than any of one whom I killed till now."Durgaprasad said and left the cell.

Janvi and Janaki's heart hardened once again. Those were dark pages of life and both of them knew it didn't get end here. Once again, they saw an illusion which formed infront of them.

Durgaprasad took both the sisters to his capital and even did his coronation along with Princess Janaki in the new name of Ratnavati. He made sure that no one except Rudra veer knows about janaki and janvi. It's been a week after coronation and Janaki was always silent and looking after her sister's health.

"Still, how many days you are going to look after your sister?"Durgaprasad asked. Janaki knew what was his intent behind his question.

"You promised me that you would never touch me without my permission."Janaki stuttered while looking at her sister.

"How could I forget? I promised you. Ain't I?"Durgaprasad asked with his special smirk and held her wrist tightly.

"Leave me."Janaki tried to get out of his grip while he dragged her towards the door of the room. Durgaprasad pushed her out of the room and closed the room in front of her face. Janki banged the door with huge sound and soon enough, janvi's pleading joined in the sound and left in the middle. Janaki cried and pleaded her husband to leave her sister and after nearly half an hour, Durgaprasad opened the door.

"You choose the lady with whom I can spend my night."Durgaprasad muttered which hardened her from core.

She ran inside and saw her sister in naked position. Janvi's eyes didn't show any emotion.

"Let's die together, di."Janvi mumbled once she felt her sister's embrace. But Janaki couldn't nod her head positively. She had to save her sister anyhow from this hell.

It had been four months after the incident. Durgaprasad raped his wife on every night and she was waiting for a correct time to make her sister escape. But their destiny was much crueler. Both she and her sister were pregnant with durgaprasad baby.

"I don't want this baby, di. He will be cruel like his father. He will be a womanizer. He will also destroy a lot of lives like his father."Janvi said when the pregnancy news was announced to her.

Janaki held her hands tightly before janvi could harm herself.

"We will give everything to our babies, EVERYTHING! .We're not heartless unlike Durgaprasad."Janaki said.

Durgaprasad overheard everything when he was coming to his wife's room. He signed the announcer to not announce and eavesdropped the talk. Whatever Janvi said was a truth, but it pained him to hear. He killed a pregnant lady, mother of the twins, when he heard about her illicit relationship with his father behind the back of his mother. After that , he never felt guilt in killing people and their taunts never bothered him. And now it's bothering him again.

He was quite shocked when Janvi was ready to kill her own baby just because of that was his baby also.

He went back and sent a maid to get his wife. Janaki entered into his room.

"I will fulfill your three wishes. Tell me your wishes other than going to our nation."Durgaprasad ordered.

Janaki took a deep breathe.

"Till the birth of our child, I want to be with janvi."Janaki said and then continued,"And I don't want you to touch me or my sister till our delivery."

"And then, what is your last wish?"Durgaprasad asked.

"I will tell you when the time comes."Janaki said and then looked at her husband.

"When you never fulfill any of the promises, why are you asking me, your highness?"Janaki asked him before leaving him alone in his room. Durgaprasad stared at the way she left.

After two days,

Janaki was looking at the medicine she prepared. It was a medicine for the pregnant women but she knew how to make it as a poison . A poison which would destroy the mother's body completely and make the baby's body much more masculine in natural.

Janvi entered the room and put her hands on her sister's shoulder. Janaki gave her a smile and fed her the medicine then janvi did the same to her. Both the sister's knew what would be the end yet they continuously had it. But, only Janaki knew how to turn the medicine as Poison and she made her sister believe that her sister was having poison, in reality, it was opposite. 

The illusions were changed instantly and now, Janaki and janvi were in their ninth month. Janaki was much lean contrast to her food in-take. Durgaprasad stayed away from the sisters in all these months.

Durgaprasad surprised by seeing Janaki in his room. He didn't call her and she came by herself for the first time.

Durgaprasad stood from his seat and walked towards her with an intention to help her. Janaki flinched once but stood in her place.

"I know I am cruel.But not cruel enough to torture my pregnant wife."Durgaprasad said but his words never made any change in her heart.

"I want you to marry my sister before the delivery of her child. That's my third wish."Janaki said. Her words were much clear and durgaprasad looked at her in surprise.

"She is carrying your child. And I want her child to get every right as my child."Janaki continued.

"If she also wants that, I will marry her."Durgaprasad promised.

"I don't want her marriage to happen on the dead people. In our tradition, Marriage will happen at the Kali temple in Trinity Point."Janaki said and turned as she was going to leave the room.

"I am sorry. I have been always cruel towards you and your sister."Durgaprasad apologized just with his words.

"I forgive you, Durgaprasad. For whatever you did with me, I forgive you. But, I can't forgive you or myself for whatever you did with my sister. I won't."Janaki muttered and then left the room.

After a week,

Durgaprasad got married in the Kali temple meanwhile Janaki cited her health as a reason and stayed back in the palace of Nishag. And, Rudraveer's marriage was fixed with Kalyani, a lady from a noble family and was going to happen in a week. Mayankpur royal family arrived at the palace of Ganthanam to participate in the marriage.

"It's time for letting you go away from this hell, Janvi."Janaki kissed her sister's forehead who was in deep slumber. Janaki knew her sister won't wake up atleast for a day. Soon, four soldiers entered into the room.

"Take her to Ganthanam. At the entry, show this ring. They will let you enter."Janaki said and let the soldiers take her sister.

"You will be angry with me Janvi. I know but it's the only way I got to save you."Janaki mumbled herself.

Everyone in the palace was focused on their emperor's marriage and his safety. Through the secret ways, the soldiers left Nishag.

Durgaprasad entered into the palace with his newly wedded wife and Janaki took his aarti. After all the post marriage rituals completed, Durgaprasad left with his newly wedded wife. From morning even during the marriage , he didn't get a chance to see his wife's face. He removed her veil as he had to do as a part of ritual and shocked to see a stranger instead of Janvi.

"Who are you?"Durgaprasad roared. His room door flew open and Janaki entered into the room.

" Her name is Annapurna. She is your head minister's daughter."Janaki answered while Annapurna looked at both of them shocked.

Durgaprasad turned and walked towards Janaki. She didn't flinch and just stared at his eyes.

"You tricked me."Durgaprasad said while trying to suppress anger. He didn't want her to hurt at this time but he couldn't control himself. He yanked her hairs and said the same.

"I am fulfilling my promise, Emperor. I promised you that I will be a good Empress to your Empire."Her answer shocked him as he couldn't understand. he loosened his grip on her hair.

"I selected her as my successor. After my death, she will be the Empress." Janaki said like she was announcing.

"Nothing is going to happen to you. I have great doctors..."Durgaprasad was cut off by Janaki.

"No one could save my life, Durgaprasad. What do you thought? I would live as your Empress forever. My decision never changed from the day when I killed Mano and tried to stab myself."Janaki said.

"But, I have to save my sister. Just for that, I continued my life. But what did you do? 'Let's die together.'that's what my sister said after you raped her. You destroyed her life. From that day, I have only one thing in my head; Saving my sister from this hell and later, make her baby fully belongs to her. And, I did today."Janaki said proudly.

"She will live with her son in my Empire. And, my family will make sure you won't get near her or her son. My family will heal all the wounds which you gave to her."Janaki said and paused. She felt a pain in her abdomen.

"And, I could have escaped also. But my promise didn't let me do. Everynight I spend with you, both of us know I never wanted to do that. But I let you take my body. I can't let my sister go through the same torture. I traded my body to save my sister. That's the reality Durgaprasad and you reduced me to that level. And, I don't have any intention to continue that."Janaki said and she felt a pain in her abdomen again.

Durgaprasad went numb for a moment.

"Didn't I say I won't forgive you for destroying my sister's life?"Janaki asked.

"Empress!!"Annapurna and maids ran towards janaki but she sat on floor , not able to withstand the pain. Her body who was already weakened by poison , couldn't take more when her son broke her pelvic bones to see the world.

"Maa!!!"Janaki yelled for the last time and her son came into the world with a crying sound. Maid took her son near to her face. Except Annapurna and Durgaprasad, maids knew about her state.

"Empress!! Your son!! He is as healthy as you expected."One of the maids told her.

"Lakshya!!"Janaki mumbled and that was her last word. Another maid clipped the umbilical cord and separated the baby and janaki physically. A long tear left janaki's eyes and she stared her son's face as she was departing from the world.
