Negan looked at me with wide eyes after my request, blinking every now and then, and I suddenly found myself regretting ever speaking up. "Nevermind...that was a stupid thought," I stated softly with a deep sigh, and his eyes narrowed thoughtfully as he looked at me. "Maybe....maybe we could arrange that somehow, but only a short visit. Nothing more." he clarified in a gruff tone, and my head perked up as I nodded quickly, happy just to have gotten a 'yes' at all. He laid back down, stretching with a relieved sigh. "Alright then. We'll head out tomorrow morning. In the meantime...get over here," he grumbled out opening his arms for me to meld into. I did so with slight hesitation, still mad at him as I closed my eyes reluctantly. He wrapped his arms around me, holding me tight against him. I hated the way he made me feel....but yet I needed the feeling so desperately. What had my life become?
