[the next day]

Taehyung sighed deeply as he rested his forehead against the marble tiles in his large shower. The water hit the top of his head and cascaded down his god-like body.

Jae was still asleep in his bed, wrapped up in his sheets. Taehyung didn't do anything to her after claiming to be tired. It wasn't a lie that he was tired, and he could have easily kept going, but he chose to respect her for the night. Of course, Taehyung would eventually have sex with her.

While Jae was taking a shower, he ended up falling asleep last night. Jae walked back into the room, refreshed and cold. A maid brought her pajamas. Jae didn't want to bother Taehyung by using the blow dryer, so she decided to sleep with wet hair.

Jae didn't want to sleep on the bed with him either. It was impolite, seeing as she was only a slave. She decided to sleep on the loveseat placed in the corner of Taehyung's room. He woke up at two in the morning and carried her to his bed. She immediately curled up in the comfort of his blankets. Taehyung went back to bed immediately after that.

Taehyung turned off the shower and waited a while for the water to finish falling down his back and into the crevices and dips of his body. He tilted his head back and ran his hands through his hair to comb it back and shake some water off. He walked out of his shower and wrapped a towel around his waist, walking into his room.

Jae was awake now and was sitting on his bed. It looked like she was waiting for him. Her head tilted from side to side as she stared at the floor.

"We should go shopping to get you some new clothes," Taehyung suggested. "Here, take this collar. My parents always have extras of these for shapeshifters."

Jae leaned forward and took the collar from his hand, clasping it around her neck and hearing the jingle of the small bell on it.

"Perfect," Taehyung purred. "Now, you really are my kitten."
