We've made it to Day 24! I can't believe the month is nearly over. The shortest month and it flies by. Hope everyone has found some new reads.

I am trying to add a variety of writers with different genres, not just romance. I also wanted some Black male writers, and I have a few I follow, they just did not seem to fit for what I was trying to do.

I was trying to find writers that needed the push either in reads or follows. Also, their characters are majority Black (which is sometimes hard to gauge by blurb, cover, and hashtags). Also wanted to pick active writers, someone that updates on a regular and hasn't ghosted the app.

That said, some of the writers I had pre-planned didn't fit the criteria so it got harder to pick writers to highlight. I still have enough, just had to loosen up a bit.
