This is a new to me writer. I found her through comments on another's book and I had to follow. Here is why:

That cover!

I love seeing Black love! When I see a Black man and a Black woman embraced on a cover my heart beats faster. Hence why I still love the cover of Hook an Angel (and loved the old cover of Err'thang About Ya). These covers take me back to the 80s-90s romance book covers I used to read.

Except they were white couples. Not a single one Black or even IR. I never wrote IR myself (not including my soap operas). Times have changed a lot, but I still love the couple embraced on the cover of a book. I don't know why it just does it for me.

I have yet to read this book because I just found it, but I can not wait to dig in.
