Bucket Of Wonders.

600 A.D London.

It was a cold morning, birds chirping in the corridors and horses galloping everywhere.

A girl with brown hair and brown eyes emerged from a small apartment. Her navy blue dress waved in the wind as she walked towards a stable. She paid the stable keeper 3 pence and got on a cream colored horse. She was off to work, over at the enchantress's remedial shop. The girl jumps off of the horse and ties it to a post. Her brown hair flew in her face as she raced into the small building.

"Sorry!" She called out in the store. "I overslept again."

From the back of the store, emerged a girl with long white hair and dazzling purple eyes. This girl was the Enchantress. The Enchantress looks at the brown haired girl and smiled.

"It's alright Emma, you are always early even when you oversleep." The Enchantress spoke in a soft tone.

The girl named Emma smiled a bit. She nodded to herself and made her way to the back of the shop. The shop was full of medicine, it cured a lot of diseases and in no way was magical; well that's what Emma thought. Everyone in town called the owner the Enchantress. Emma always thought it was because she was the best at making medicine, yet sometimes she even thinks her boss is hiding more then she seemed to show.

Emma starts stalking some medicine, then her eyes got caught on a red bucket. Curious, Emma made her way over to the bucket, it looked like a normal bucket of water and a rag. For some reason she wanted to place her hand in the bucket, so whilst she was still in a daze she reached for the bucket, but then the Enchantress came in.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." The Enchantress spoke.

Emma snapped back into reality and looked over at the Enchantress. "What do you mean?" Emma asked.

"Well, all I am saying is you might see something that you would regret." The Enchantress spoke. "I won't stop you though."

Emma looked at the Enchantress, it felt like the Enchantress was basically asking her to place her hand in the bucket, despite her saying not to. Emma looked back at the bucket and thought for a moment. 'It's just a silly old bucket! It's not like anything bad will happen to me.'

Emma then slowly placed her hand in the bucket. Everything around her then began to change, colors of gold and lilac clouded her vision, that was until she appeared at a bar, she was by a girl, and two boys entered. Then she appeared on a green hill, she was sitting on the grass watching the sunset, it was beautiful. The colors made her feel happy and relaxed. Yet Emma knew she was in some sort of daydream.

"Man I wish I had this sort of free time," Emma spoke as she pulled her knees to her chest.

Emma felt a presence behind her, she turned around to see a pixelized blonde boy. She couldn't see his face, but just by looking at him she felt as if she knew him for a few months or so. Emma smiled to herself as she patted the grass by her.

"You are more than welcome to sit down," Emma said. The boy then sat down by Emma and they both turn to look at the sunset. Emma smiled again, "Beautiful, isn't it?"

It was silent for a bit, then there was a sound of static that seemed to have come from the boy by her. Emma looked over at the boy and he was staring at her. Emma squinted a bit, she wondered who this boy was, and why she couldn't see his face. Emma then noticed the male had a dagger behind his back, she looked at the dagger and back at him. Then as clear as day she heard the boy spoke.

"Til we meet again, my love."

He then plunged the dagger into Emma's heart. Emma felt a great pain she never thought she would ever feel. Emma's eyes filled with tears and she glared at the stranger. The boy then took the dagger and plunged it into his own heart. Emma's vision began to turn dark... the boy's voice echoing into her ears.

Emma sat up, she was on the cot at the back of the Enchantress's shop. The Enchantress smiled at Emma, handing her a cup of water.

"So, what happened?" The Enchantress asked.

"Nothing but a silly dream. A boy murdered me and himself, and apparently, we were a thing cause he called me his love?" Emma replied with a shrug. "Nothing realistic."

The Enchantress laughs a small laugh and gets up. "We have a customer, please take care of him while I finish brewing some medicine.

Emma nods and gets up, making her way to the front counter. There was a blonde boy about 2 years older than Emma. He was cute, blue eyes, freckles, and a nice smile. There was some sort of familiarity Emma saw from on him or was it because he was cute? Emma shook her head, knowing well enough the boy in front of her would never fall for a girl like her. So Emma smiles at the boy.

"Hello, are you here to pick up or order?" Emma asks.

The boy smiled and moved a part of his golden hair from his face. "I am here to pick up please."

Emma nods at the boy. "Name?"

"Daniel." The boy spoke.

Emma smiled at the boy and handed him a container of voice cleanser. "You must be trying to be a musical artist, correct me if I am wrong. I only ever see people get this if they are a singer or something."

The boy named Daniel laughed. "No, it's for my sister, but you're not wrong about the musical artist thing." The boy said with a wink. "Anyways thank you and good evening and til we meet again!"

With that, the boy left the shop. Emma stared at the door for a moment, as the words in her dream came back into her head. 'It can't be.' she thought.

"I doubt I'll ever see that boy again," Emma said to herself.

Yet as the day went on, her mind could not shake the feeling, maybe... maybe that boy was gonna cause her death in the near, near future.
