One Afternoon

F/n was seen watching the various students talking with their parents. That being said, he refused to go towards or even LOOK at his own family, who was chatting with his "cousin" and "sister".

F/n:Tch. Just pathetic. They don't even bother coming near me at all. That proves that nobody gives a shit about me.

F/n decided to take out a book and began to lean against the wall as he read it. Then suddenly...

???:F/n!

F/n sighed heavily and looked up to see...his "mother".

F/n:*sighs* *goes back to his book*

Quill:F/n, it's me. I want to talk to you.

F/n:Tch, talk to me? Ha, as if I ever want to speak to you at all. I can't even LOOK at you.

Quill:Son, I...

F/n:Shut up! I'm not your son! You never treated me like one at all! I've experienced nothing but abuse and neglect all because of you all!

Quill:F/n, you know it wasn't always like that.

F/n:That was when Dad was still alive! Well, he's gone! That being said, YOU were the one who started all of it for me! I attempted suicide because of your dumbass!

The rest of the family came, much to F/n's dismay.

Summer:F/n! Don't talk to your mother like that!

F/n:*gets upset* This bitch is NOT MY MOTHER! How can you all not understand that?

Tea:F/n, that's no way to talk to your family!

F/n:Family? How about this? I DON'T NEED ANY OF YOU! Females have been bullying, neglecting, insulting, harassing, beating, and robbing me because of your SELFISH ASSES!

F/n then stomped away from them to go back into the academy, only to be followed by Ruby.

Ruby:Brother, Mom just wants to...

F/n stopped her by putting his hand behind him.

F/n:Tell her to shut the fuck up and keep my name out her mouth.

Ruby:But...

F/n kicks her down.

F/n:I! don't! CARE! Now, leave me alone!

F/n then went to his dorm and came back out before leaving. Ruby just sighed sadly and left the empty corridor.

F/n was seen relaxing in the water of Beacon's empty pool, enjoying the silence.

F/n:*inhales* *exhales* This is much better. Those bitches have the nerve to so much as try to get near me after what they've done to me. I'm trying to keep my sanity.

Before he knew it...

Thinking quickly, F/n dived into the pool and went down to the bottom before sitting down.

F/n:*in his mind* I swear to Oum...

F/n looked up and saw his family looking at him through the water, gesturing for him to come up. He just shook his head in response. However, they never left the next ten minutes. Groaning, he swam back to the surface and looked at them with annoyance.

F/n:What the hell do you all want!? Why are you getting on my nerves today!?

Quill:Son, I just want your forgiveness. We just want you to forgive us.

F/n:Why!? You think you all deserve it!?

Yang:Yes. We're trying to make it all up for you.

F/n:Tch! A simple apology is NOT going to make me forget everything that has happened to me for about ten years. TEN YEARS!

Ruby:But, F/n...

F/n:I don't want to hear it! You all think you can just blame me for my father's death, abuse me, and call me a "worthless child" and shit and think I'll just forgive you all!? You all are fucking stupid!

Raven:Watch your tongue, boy!

F/n:Or what? You gonna stab me like you used to have done to me? Or use Dust to electrocute me? Or freeze me? Or burn me?

Raven fell silent after hearing all that.

F/n:That's what I thought! Now, get out my face!

Quill:F/n, I...

F/n:You know what? You all obviously don't know when to stop! I'm done!

F/n got out the pool and dried himself off with a towel.

Tea:What do you mean you're done?

F/n:*glares at her* Mind your business, Tea Bag!

That insult stung her enough to shut her up completely. F/n then left his hurt "family" and went into Beacon.

F/n:Since you all want to be annoying insects to me, I'm leaving. I'm gonna go finish my goal of becoming a Hunter somewhere else! Somewhere where I'm HOPING to be treated correctly!

F/n took out a duffle bag and began to pack all his things up. His own Lien, his clothes, his weapons, his cleaning supplies, and...a photo he had that showed child him and his parents. Frowning, he tore the part with Quill on it off and dropped it to the ground. Afterwards, he grabbed his bag and left his dorm. When he made it to the courtyard...

Ozina:Mr. L/n!

F/n:Oh my Oum! *snaps at her* WHAT!?

Ozina:Where are you going?

F/n:I'm leaving, woman.

Ozina:What?

F/n:I'm going to a different academy. I'm finishing my goal of becoming a Huntsman somewhere else, somewhere where I'll be accepted and as far away from THEM as possible.

F/n pointed towards his family and their friends as they looked hurt by that.

Ozina:Are you...

F/n:YES! I want to be like my father and as far as I'm concerned, you guys will be in my way. So, I can't be bothered associating with any of you. So, I'm leaving. You got that?

Ozina:*sighs* Whatever it is you want, young man. I wish you the best of luck.

F/n nodded to her and walked through the courtyard, passing by his female peers. All of them looked at him with hurt looks, which he just responded to with a nod and nothing else. When he got to the airship, he looked out to see...his "family" and his peers look at him with hurt looks. F/n simply gave them a salute for goodbye and walked in the airship as the door shut.

Quill just collapsed to the ground as Summer went to comfort her.

Quill:*quietly* If I could, I would rewind time to change everything.

Summer:*hugs her* We all do.

On the airship, F/n sat down on the empty vehicle.

Pilot:Where to, kid?

F/n:Vacuo. Transfering to Shade.

Pilot:Sure thing.

As the airship flew off, F/n put on his headphones and put some music on as he looked out the window and saw Beacon disappear from his sight.

F/n:*sighs* I hope life is different than at Beacon.

F/n then put this song as he rode off to Vacuo.
