Leon P.O.V
I had to rush out of that room, I had no idea what was happening to me. That celestial creature had enchanted my senses in every single way. When I held her in my arms, I felt like I owned the world. Then and only then, I knew that I found my match. Yet, that scared me, there was this darkness surrounding her.
And that moment I felt something, something I never could understand. Because I knew that she wasn't so innocent... She looked like a royal, she even acted like one. But the instant she stepped into my chambers, I started to discover another side of her.
There were fear and pain in her beautiful eyes. The kind of fear that I couldn't understand. Then I felt that the walls started to close in, I felt like I was a prisoner in my own chamber and that's why I hurried out.
I took a fast shower and stalked back into my chambers, praying that she was still there. I was praying that she ignored my harsh words.
But the instant I pushed the door, I was welcomed with an empty cold room. I slammed my fist against the wooden door, trying to breath.
My dear angel was so beautiful with her rich golden locks and those light blue eyes. Her lips were full and delicious, her skin was perfect. She looked like an angel.
I ducked my head and rested it against the door. I've known so many woman's before her, but it was what had happened in my chambers that I couldn't forget.
But why do I feel that there was something so wrong here? I could always read people easily. I knew that she was a liar, a harmless one. Or could I've been wrong?
"Leon, the evil Queen is on the move." Shouted Ardal, trying to reach me fast.
When Ardal was close enough, his eyes narrowed as he gazed at my bleeding hand.
"What's wrong? What happened to your left hand?" Said Ardal, searching the dark room. When he didn't find anything, he fixed his eyes on me once again. "Leon, you better pull yourself together... Your mother is coming to your chamber. It looks like your time is up." His eyes held sorrow as he spoke his following words. "I'm sorry..."
"Not now." I growled, searching for my mother. Until, my eyes were fixed on her.
"Give me a name, Leon." She said in a low voice. Her face was emotionless and her eyes were cold. This was a side I rarely saw and I always hated it.
"I- I really don't know her name, mother." I stated as I thrust my hand back through my hair.
My mother didn't speak for a while, I knew that she was trying to choose the right words. But as soon as she spoke I wished she didn't. "Then you leave me no choice, boy. You are to marry Elsa, she is a royal and a well mannered-" I didn't allow her to finish.
"There is no way in hell. I will not marry that crazy woman! She speaks to herself, mother. Did you know that they called her "crazy Elsa." I snapped back.
"Too bad for you then... It looks like "crazy Elsa," is your bride to be, my dear son." She said smirking. "You were the one who force me to do this, Leon."
My mother was about to leave my chamber, but I stopped her. "You can't force me into this marriage, mother."
The Queen stood right before me once again, staring me in the eye. "Then prove me wrong... Show me what you can do because this marriage will happen."
"I will not marry that woman! There is only one woman for me and I'll be damned if I wed another." I snapped.
"Leon," A loud roar disturbed the quite castle.
He was here, my father. And the powerful black Dragon. "Speak to my Queen, and your mother like this once again and I will kill you right here." He stated in a cold voice.
"Then ask your Queen not to shape my life!" I roared back.
I must've said something wrong, because the next thing I know was being pulled closer to my father. "If you don't want to follow your mother orders, build your own kingdom!" He barked as he pushed me roughly. "Get the hell out of my kingdoms and try to survive, Leon. " He hissed. "Build a kingdom from scratch if you can and control your life..."
"No, Leonidas please don't do this." Cried my mother, but it was totally in vain.
"You heard me, boy." Said Leonidas. "You want this freedom so badly, then earn it and survive alone. And then and only then I might be able to look at your idiotic face." He said, drawing my mother away from me.
But before they were gone, he turned to face me. "You better be gone in the morning." Those were his final words. However, my mother's face was covered with tears and pain.
My father might love her, but if he wanted something, nothing can stop him not even his beautiful Violet.

"So what are we going to do Leon? Where are we going?" Ardal didn't speak a word all this time, but it appears that now he woke up.
I raised my head from the maps that I was studying on my wooden table. "There will be no we Ardal... You will stay here. After all, I was the one banished, my friend." I stated, thrusting my hand through my hair.
"Absolutely not! If you are leaving this place we will never stay here. Do you know what will happen if the guys found out that you will leave without them?"
"Ardal," I said in a depressed voice. "This is a lost war! I can't promise you and the guys anything."
"Who said we wanted you to promise us anything Leon?" Asked Art in a low voice. "Did you think that we will turn our back on you?"
I closed my eyes because I knew that the remainder of the party was here, since Art was standing right before me. "I know that you and the guys will never do such a thing! Its just my fate is still unknown... For the love of god I still don't know where am I going! Or what I will do."
"And that's why we need to be with you, Leon. You can't imagine that you can build a kingdom alone... Even your father had seven knights, fighting with him when he burned everything in his way." He added.
"So where are we going?" Asked Cavan, staring at the maps that were spread out on the wooden table.
"There is a great deal of empty land on the western side-" I wanted to go on and explain more, but Cain stopped me.
"No, there is no need to build anything from scratch... There are a lot of kingdoms overseas and I have one in mind, my friend."
I held a deep breath because I knew what he was talking about.
"Are you talking about-"
"The Ancient Maze..." Said Cavan, with a smirk covering his lips.
Ardal eyes widen as he stared at us as if we lost our minds. "You know that it's a maze... And the city is protected with a deadly maze?"
"Yes," I swallowed my frustration because this might be what I needed to stay sane.
"Leon... So many people tried to force their way into the maze and all died! How are you planning to reach it." Argued Ardal.
"Do I have to remind you that we have gifts?" I challenged him. "Did you forget that we can enter it like that?"
"Umm- Leon, that might not be wise..." Added Art.
"And why is that?" I challenged.
"Because no one knows our secret and if they see that they are dealing with dragons... Hell will break loose. Do I need to explain more."
I started to laugh and I don't know why I felt like I was acting like my father. "I will agree with you for the time being. But when we reach the forests surrounding the Ancient Maze, we will come up with something."
They nodded in agreement.
"We better leave before my father decides to kick me out himself," I said, placing my armour on then pulled my sword.
"Are you going to take that?" Asked Art, referring to the sword.
"Yes, but don't worry, I will hide it well." I understood what he was talking about this sword was so expensive and it was impossible for a peasant to have such a weapon.

The sea was like a rippling blanket of jewel blue and its hunger was endless. Each wave was so greedy slamming against the other. And the horizon was edged with a line of nickel-silver. The sea sweet old lullaby was soothing my aching heart.
I shut my eyes and breathed in the air that was pregnant with the smell of salt. Then her image began to cover my mind, as if she was the only thing that I knew. My sweet, mysterious angel. I was wondering if we will ever meet again... Will I ever see her beautiful face again.
Suddenly, I was drawn away from my own beautiful world. When I heard Ardal voice.
"Are you all right?" He asked with a distressed voice.
I opened my eyes slowly, gazing up at him. "Yes, I was resting my eyes... We don't know what is awaiting us in that forest."
"Leon..." Ardal didn't ask me right away. Instead, he was thinking carefully, calculating his following words.
"You can ask me Ardal... I can see that whatever you're thinking about is eating you alive..."
"What did you have in mind when you said earlier, 'that you won't marry anyone else but her'?" He asked staring back at me.
All at once I drew in a deep breath. How can I explain this, I don't even know anything about her, let alone her name. She might belong to another kingdom, who knows...
" I met someone last night and I'll do everything in my power to find her." I stated.
Ardal eyes widen in disbelief. "So you were telling the truth?"
I laughed bitterly as I heard his words, "Of course I am stating the truth. I actually thought that I won that round, but I was an idiot and asked her to leave."
We never had the opportunity to finish this conversation because Art came rushing toward us. "We are nearly there guys, get ready... We might need to change our appearance. After all, we don't want to get anyone's attention."
"You are right Art. Our arrival is suspicious anyway... They aren't expecting anyone, that's what the captain explained minutes ago." I said removing my silk shirt, replacing it with a worn out leather tunic and dark leather trousers. And finally, placed my black cloak.
I hid my sword well, and placed my bow on my back. "All ready?" I demanded in a low voice.
They nodded.
The ship began to slow down and soon the town lights were clear, the once wide sea started to narrow as we started to approach the old harbour. Minutes later we were there.
The town was old and ancient, old vendors were filling the space. And before we even know anything, all the eyes were fixed on us.
"Give it a minute or two and they will mind their business once again." Hissed Cavan. And he was right once they got word that we were regular people, they focused on their work once again.
I looked about me trying to analyse the town. But all I could see was the worn out shops that surrounded the harbour. Then I saw it, there was a sharp ramp going up.
"What's up there?" I asked.
"Let's find out!" Said Cain, but Cavan pulled him back.
"No, don't rush anything! Take it easy guys we don't recognize this land or its nature. Let's check these streets first and then we'll get up there." He argued in a low voice.
"You are right, but where is Art? Wasn't he here minutes ago..." I asked in confusion.
"I'm here," said the devil with a smirk covering his face. "I was just trying to know our location..."
"And you know now?" Asked Cain sarcastically.
"Actually, I do," He said tripping Cain. "We are on the main harbour to the ancient kingdom." He added.
"Are we inside?" I asked him.
"No, but this is the closest you can go without an invitation," he said pulling me slowly up the ramp. "Do you see that gate? That is the gate to hell. If we don't have an invitation, then we can't enter..."
"And you know this because?" I asked him with narrow eyes.
He smirked once again and nodded toward a red headed beauty standing near a vintage shop.
I rolled my eyes, "You don't waste your time... Do you?"
"Learning from the best..." He answered back.
"So what are we waiting for now?" Asked Cain. "Should we change form and break our way in?"
"Will you shut up!" Hissed Cavan. "This guy is trying to get us killed." He whined.
"No, Cain we can't do this right now. Cavan's right, we need to observe this gate and we'll find a away into that land through that gate." I said drawing in a deep breath. "This will require patience and perfect timing."
"Then what do you suggest, Leon?" Asked Ardal.
"We will hunt in those woods, the one facing the main gates and we will keep an eye. Every move they make we will know about it... I'm certain that they need to go out at some point. We'll wait and when the right time comes we will fight our way in or sneak in. It will be settled when the right time comes. It's a game of patience now, so keep your eyes opened dragons."
I will own this kingdom, and I will control the maze... I knew it was just a matter of time.
