Noelle's POV

"I hired her here, dummies."

Finral said with his firm voice, his eyes fixed to Aiko. Why would he want to invite this peasan--- no, insect to the squad? Look at her, dressing like a crazy woman. Can't she have more common sense of fashion? She dares to dress like that in front of a royal? Pfft.

"Finral why would you do that?!"Gauche said with his surprised face.

" She looks adorable, to be honest."

"Finral, you idiot!"I said rudely.

Luck suddenly clapped his hands, really loud, giving his attention to us.

" Hey! Everyone calm down! The more members we have, the more stronger we are, right?" Luck convincingly said. "And, she looks strong!"

"I. . . agree. . with Luck. . ." Hazel said slowly.

Me and Gauche looked at each other, and looked at Yami.

"Whatever, Yami, your decision." I said, while flipping my hair.

"Tch. Marie would be better if she joined." Gauche said while scoffing.

It turned silent.

Just. Silent.

"Alright, you're in."

Hazel face lit up. She looks happy then usual. Is Aiko that special to her? Well, not my problem. Aiko. . looks cute, but. . never mind!

"Okay, Aiko, mission for you, I want you to go to this village;Deity and find this person." Yami said while putting a picture on the table.

It was man with black hair and he wears a mask.  Is he a killer...?

"Oh, and probably, you'll fight dangerous enemies on the way. So, I'm suggesting the whole squad should go."

Luck's POV

"Now, go to sleep, cause we will do this mission tomorrow."

"Hai!" As we all did our magic Knight salute.

We were riding in our brooms, while Magna carried Asta and Noelle with his Crazy Cyclone. We followed the map, and heading to Diety Village. For some reason, the girls are noisy then usual.

I decided to not mind their businesses.

Hazel's POV

"Hey, Noelle, can you give me some water? My bottle is empty." I said while lending her my bottle.

"Sure."

We were now at Diety Village, and I saw some interesting and cute stuff on the store. Oh, and some beautiful relics and accessories too. But for some reason. . . I feel. . . tired.

Same goes for the others, Noelle look like she was about to cry, Luck stopped punching air, and Asta talked softly, Gauche. . . his hands wobbly while looking at his beloved picture of her sister, Charmy eating more then usual, Grey, Internal screaming? I dunno. . and Yami started using more and more cigarettes then usual. Etc.

Then, I was finally gonna investigate.

"Hey. . Noelle. . try spawning your magic a bit."

"Oh. . sure . . "

Somehow, when she casted a spell, nothing came out.

"WHAT?!?"

"There's. . no. . magic coming. . . out." Asta said with his soft voice. "What's happening?"

"In this town, You have to lose without magic or fight without magic."

We all looked at the person. She had brown-ish
hair, wearing pigtails. She had glasses and an umbrella. Her clothes were old -styled, White shirt and a brown skirt.

She looks. . serious. .

"Sorry for startling you, but I'm Sapphire Holmes, the best detective in Clover Kingdom. I have come to investigate this town, but I also want to investigate this demotic mana I feel." She explained. " And it appears it has to be you." Sapphire said as she pointed to Asta.

"W-WHAT?!?! YOU CAME TO KILL ME?! NO, PLEASE!!!!!" Asta screamed, like a baby.

"No, No, of course not. I just want you help me find this killer. " She said while she slid out a picture from her pocket.

It was the same picture that Yami showed us.

"I-It's. . the killer. .." I said, startled.

"Yes, his name is Marco O. Navid he's magic is similar to copy magic; but I haven't figured out his magic yet."

"Wow. . . !" Asta said while his eyes turned red as blood.

"Eh?! Asta! Your eyes!" Noelle said while a dragon spawned put of nowhere.

"Wow! Noelle, a dragon! " Luck said while there were bright lightings surrounding him.

"What?!?! Luck you--- what?!" Magna said while a fireball spawned in his hand.

"No need to be scared, it's just my magic."

"My creation magic can also produce powerful mana for your magic. And my magic can only be used in this town. But when I give you guys powerful mana, Your magic will appear again in a certain time." She discussed.

"Ooooohhhhh!" Everyone said.

"But it appears wolf species, I can't give the powerful mana to them."As she glared at Aiko.

" I-It's okay. . I could just k-kick or p-punch them if I w-w-w-want." She stuttered.

"Aiko. . ." I said, worried.

"Well, it's my mission, so I gotta take the damage!" She said confidently.

"You all will be great Wizard king or queens someday."As Sapphire smiled.

"Boss! I have found him!" A man said while walking up to Sapphire.

"The killer?!"
"Yes! He's staying in the dark alley, but I think he's going away! We gotta hurry!"

"Okay then, let's go!!" Asta shouted.
"Time to fight the bad guy!"
"This will be epic."

We all ran to the dark alley that guy said. Yeah, he was correct. It was kinda dark. But when I was about to take another step, someone bumped into me.
