Title: Be My Valentine

Your P.O.V

You wandered down the corridor towards your locker, the only sound being your shoes tapping on the recently polished tile floor and the music blasting in your ears. As you reached your locker you hadn't even noticed that you started singing, nor did you notice the handsome teenage boy, otherwise known as your crush, standing nearby with a rose in his hand. "I'd chime in with a 'haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door, nope, its much better to face these kinds of things with a sense of poise and rationality'..." You continued humming to the tune of the song, swaying your hips from side to side thinking that the hall was empty aside from you and your thoughts. Suddenly your buds were tugged out of your ears and you nearly screamed at the boy standing before you with a bright blush tinting his pale cheeks. "U-uhm... Y-you have a really nice voice," Finny stuttered sweetly as he rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment. "Thanks," you mumbled, your gaze avoiding his as your cheeks started to burn right red. Shutting your locker door you felt a tap on your shoulder and you turned to see Finny holding a beautiful red rose in his sweaty hand, stumbling to find the right words for a minute before he took a deep breath in and bravely said, "Be my valentine..." He looked down, "please?" Giggling a little you accepted the pretty rose, allowing him to place it in your hair as you nodded happily, a bright smile on your face. Leaning forward you placed a gentle kiss on his soft cheek, feeling his breathing cut short as you did. "Thank you, Finny!" You shouted, skipping down the hall towards your class, not caring if you got a detention for being late.
