I breath a sigh of relief as I finish my work in the manor. As I walk down the stairs, Sebastian calls me over to the door.

He hands me a note and says, "YN, can you take this up to the young master?"

"Sure, who's it from?" I ask in curiosity, and he shrugs.

"I'm not sure. A name wasn't signed."

With that he took his leave, and I went back up the stairs towards the young masters study.

My curiosity getting the better of me, I unfold the note and read it. My heart drops, tears flooding my eyes. Dropping the note in front of the study door, I run down the hall and back down the stairs. I sprint into my room and lock the door behind me.

I slide down the door and wrap my arms around my legs, my face in between my knees as I sob.

A love letter was written to a Ciel.

Normally this wouldn't hit me so hard, but it's from someone who he's apparently been seeing for a while now. A girl that I never knew about.

I know this because the note specifically said:

I can't wait to see you again, baby.~

Sniffling, I stand up and grab my pillow, shoving my face into it. I scream into it until my throat becomes raw.

When I'm done, I start coughing. My head aching as I finally stop, I see the blood and navy blue flower petals in my hands.

Feeling my heartbeat picking up, I race to my bathroom and wash away the evidence.

I will not tell anybody.

I will not tell anybody that I have Hanahaki Disease.

I lock myself in my room and only leave for snacks. Nobody has been able to get me out.

Loud knocking can be heard from my door, and I visibly flinch. I hear Ciel's voice on the other side, who sounds...worried?

"YN! Please let me in and talk to me! I know that you saw the note, and it's not what you think! Just give me a chance to explain. Please.."

He sounds so desperate...that's not like him.

I clear my throat, "You- You can talk from there.."

I can hear him sigh before continuing.

"YN, I'm sorry. That was a girl who hadn't been leaving me alone for weeks. She thinks we're a couple and that we've met before, but she's delusional. I swear on everything I own and everything that I am, that I do not have any connections to that girl. I don't love her."

There's a pause.

I start coughing, more blood and petals coming out. He hurriedly shouts so I can hear, "I love you!"

I suddenly stop coughing, and then spit out the flower that detached itself from the back of my throat. I smile weakly and stand.

Holding the flower in one hand, I unlock the door with the other and open it. I wipe away the blood when Ciel can see me, then say, "I love you too."

Ciel smiles and pulls me into a hug, making me feel safe as well as warm and fuzzy inside. I whisper against his chest, "Thank you."
