14. How you spend Christmas

You felt the sun on your face the curtains where open just a little you groaned and curled up more under your covers, since it was Christmas day it had snowed a lot in the night you didn't wanna leave the warmth of your bed, soon you needed the bathroom and went you squeaked when your feet touched the cold floor, after the bathroom you checked the time 8 in the morning you yawned and went to the kitchen

You saw Sebastian there he said "good morning (name)" you said "hi, is my dad up?" Sebastian said "no, the master said to let the servants sleep in but you being up at this time is nothing unusual, but I would have thought you'd be up much earlier" you where half asleep and said "it's too cold to get out of bed, but I needed to" he chuckled and said "do you know what today is?" you yawned and said "a very cold day, too cold to leave a nice warm bed" you could smell cookies you said "cookies?" he said "yes for after dinner, since it Christmas day" you said "yeah, wait!?"

It hit you what today was, you ran out like a shot Sebastian chuckled you ran to Bard and Finny's room you jumped on Bard and got under the covers getting warm and putting your cold feet on his back, he let a scream go jumping out of the bed you curled up in the warmth he said "bloody hell (name)!" you stuck your tongue out and said "I'm getting your warm bed dad" he said "what's with the wakeup call kiddo?" you said "Christmas, I want a warm bed mines gone cold, ahh just nice but smells of fags, ugh how can you smoke in bed"

(Fags are what some English people call cigarettes)

He yawned and said "my choice, wait how come you hadn't done this at like 6?" you said "I didn't wanna leave my nice warm bed, plus I was asleep Ciel's being nice and letting you and everyone sleep in, except Sebastian he's already up and cooking" soon Bard dragged you out of bed, he had you over his shoulder you pouted crossing your arms and said "you're a monster! I was warm no my warm bed come back to me!" he said "suck it up, you're up now get dressed then I'll give you your present" you jumped off and ran, he chuckled

Once you were dressed everyone was up you wished everyone a Merry Christmas and they wished it to you, you looked for your presents when you found them you unwrapped them everyone got you something even Sebastian, this was because you were only young he didn't do it for anyone else, except Ciel you thanked everyone for their gifts while Sebastian made Christmas dinner you went out to play, everyone did except Ciel who watched from inside where it was warm by the time dinner was ready you where freezing and wanted in, when you saw Sebastian you clung to him he said "(name), what are you doing?" you said "your warm, your my hot water bottle Sebastian!" you smiled up at him and hugged his leg, you looked like a koala Ciel chuckled at this Sebastian still did his job even though you were glued to his leg

After dinner you played with your gifts and some games with Ciel while enjoying Christmas sweets, soon you were asleep by the fire curled up Bard put a cover over you even Ciel had fallen asleep by you, Sebastian took a picture that he'd develop later of this

15. You have a crush

Where travelling somewhere with dad and everyone, I wonder where? well it's better than being stuck at home I can finally see what's outside of London and the towns just outside London, after a few hours travel we reach a small village ohh this will be interesting somewhere new

We all get out of the carriage I stretch and say "dad how long were we in there? I think my but fell asleep" he laughed and said "a couple of hours, if you want to explore just stay nearby the hotel house or wherever this place is" I nod and say "kay, I'll stay in the area" he said "ok I don't want to lose you kiddo" I smile and say "you won't" he ruffled my hair, and I fix it so time to explore

I look around and soon smell something horrible, what in the name of hell is that! I run making sure I'm close to the place which I am lucky, I soon see a bakery its literally next door to where we're staying so I'm following what dad said, I see no customers if it tastes like it smells no bloody wonder, I go in the bell rings I hear "I'll be right there!" wow strong accent like he's been around the queen

I see a guy come out covered in gunk, that's all I can describe it as is gunk, not anything you'd do baking with, I blink he said "hello welcome" I say "um hi, did you bake whatever I could smell?" he smiled and nodded and said "yes, would you like some?" I flinch and said "n-no thank you, it might not be to my liking as it smells so......unique and only unique people can understand its flavour, and I'm not one of them" nice save (name) nice save, I mentally pat myself

He said, "Are you sure?" I say "for what I smelled yes, but I'll try something else" he goes into the back oh wow this place is dusty beyond anything, it's like he has no customers at all I run my finger oh my god this amount of dust is unnatural, I'm turning into Sebastian! But that isn't such a bad thing, is it? Good cook, good at cleaning almost perfect

The guy comes back cleaned up and with some cakes or something, I look holy cow those eyebrows! How can a person naturally have those eyebrows, he said "try one of these" I take it and try to bite it, what is this rock cake? I say "a rock cake?" he gets a depressing aura, did I guess wrong? He said sadly "there meant to be scones" what in the hell! I say "still their good rock cakes" he looks at me, I nod and smile he gets happy soon I try all he's made, oh my god! I didn't think it was humanly possible to be worse than dad, but here we go here is living proof someone actually exists, who is worse than my father before he got better slightly better

I end up spending most of my time there getting to know Arthur, he's a nice guy a true English gentleman but..........cooking is not his strong point, when I'm around him I get a wired feeling I see Meyrin and say "mey" she looks and says "oh (name), did you need me?" I say "kinda, can you help me? I'm a bit stuck on something" she said, "what about Bard?" I shake my head fast and say "no! He can't know" she looks confused I say "girl talk, dad would blow it up you're the only girl here I can talk to," she said "ok" we go to the park and sit, she says "so what's this problem?" I say "well it's hard to explain, but what does it mean when you get this wired feeling around someone, like just the dumbest thing they say or do or even look makes you laugh and you enjoy being around them"

I look at her I'm so confused on this, she thinks and says "I think you love them" I say "l-love them!" she nodded and said "I think you have a crush on them" I say "like you with Sebastian" she goes bright red and says "you need to tell him" I nod and say "ok, but how?" she says "um just say" I say "ok thanks, that's helped me" she smiled I'm glad she's here she's like my aunt or big sister who I can come to for advice, but I guess it's because she's the only girl around the manor

16. You tell your crush you like them

I find out well be going back in a week so I need to get my but into gear and fast or ill regret this, and Meyrin told me not to regret this I go to Arthurs bakery he smiles seeing me I say "hey" he says "hello (name)" I say "so any customers?" he sighs and says "sadly no, I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I follow the recipe and yet" I say "goes south fast" he nods I say "tell you what, I'll give you a cooking lesson I'm still learning but I'm sure I can point out where you're going wrong, Sebastian gave me some great tips and tricks that would put the queens cook to shame"

He smiles gently and said "thank you" I say "so close up and meet me in the kitchen" he nods, I go through I should make something and tell him like that, it's the best way I go to the back and find an apron and put it on, (depending on your hair length you tie it up if long or leave it if short) once I'm ready and washed my hands I wait, soon he comes I say "so what do you want to make?" he thinks and says "well how about.....a victoria sponge?" I say "a classic, alright get all we need"

He nods getting everything I say "ok, now show me what you would normally do" he nods I watch, so far its normal like the instructions say soon I taste it blegh, I grab some water and say "you put salt in," he says "what?" I nod and say "tip label them or use different jars, that way this won't happen" he nods blushing he's kinda cute like that, after taking him through each step soon it's in the oven he says "I'll make some tea" I nod and say "alright, ill clean-up"

Soon he brings the tea over I have some he says "so, where are you from (name)?" I say "oh I'm from London, I live with my dad and his master in his manor" he says "oh I've been to London a few times" I nod and say "yeah" soon the cakes were done, I talk him through the rest of the steps if he did this he wouldn't be a half bad baker, but sadly maybe he's not meant to be

Soon we have the cake he says "wow" I say "this is what happens when you do exactly what it says to the letter" he nods and says "you're an amazing baker" I blush a little, and say "stop your exaggerating, I'm nothing like that I'm a beginner I've got a lot left to learn" he says "well your good and I mean that, a gentleman doesn't lie about complements like these" I give a small smile and say "um Arthur, can I tell you something?" he nods

Now or never I take a deep breath and say "w-well I um, I don't know how to say this but I l-like you" he smiles and says "me to" I say "n-no I mean like, like I kinda have a crush on you, I need to tell you because I'm going back to London soon and id regret never telling you, always wondering what would have happened if I had of said my dad always says never have regrets" I know I'm blushing badly but I had to say, I glance he's froze I say "I-I'll go I'll come back before I leave" I grab my things and leave before he can say anything

17. Do they return your feelings?

I'm froze, she likes me! oh my I don't know what to say but I need to think this over, can I see us being more than friends and if I can't I need to let her down gently, I go up to my room above the shop I'll take a couple of days to think this over and have my answer for when (name) comes

Soon she comes back, I have to give her my answer she says "I'm going home the day after tomorrow" I say "alright, want some tea?" she nods and goes through, I make some and sit with her I say "(name)" she looks at me I say "whatever my answer you'll accept" she nodded and said "yes, I know there's a chance you won't return my feelings, but id regret not saying at least I have my answer" I nod

I say "I'm sorry but I don't, it's not that you're not a wonderful person you are, it's just for me personally I cannot see us more than friends, but I know you will find someone but that's not me" I gives a small smile I say "I'm sorry, it took a lot of courage to say what you did, and I wanted to let you down gently" she nods by the end we remain, friends,

18. You have a secret admirer

You were walking around London and noticed a new hotel, you peaked in the window to see it was fancy you said "Woah fancy, I know Ciel will come here no doubt Lady Elizabeth will drag him here" you saw a lot of guests who were noble or looked noble

Soon you heard "oh who's this cutie here?" you jumped a mile and looked and saw a guy with a ribbon on his arm, he said "spying" you said "no, I happened to pass and look in, there is a difference" he said "oh?" you said "yes, so what's this place? Its new I've never seen it in London" he said "hotel Libra Sincera" you said "thanks" you got talking to him and found out he's the cook and his names jack

You didn't realise you had another set of eyes watching you, soon you left and headed back seems you had two with eyes on you, a few weeks passed and you had started to get letters and things you were confused as you didn't think anyone would be interested in you, plus you didn't know many guys

19. They tell you how they feel

(His pov)

She's coming back, I need to tell her how I feel maybe cook her something, she's so nice yes that's what I will do cook her something, I go into the kitchen in and hear "no out" I look and say "why?" they say "my kitchen is still recovering from the last time you cooked" I say "I am not that bad" he says "yes, yes you are" I leave maybe after hours and make her something

Once the hotels closed I go into the kitchen and make her something, a few days I see her I go over and say "hello miss (name)" she looks and smiles and says "hi" I say "would you like to join me for some tea in the salon?" she says "are you sure?" I say "of course" I lead her to a private part of the salon

She sits down I say "no one will interrupt us here" she nods, I say "so what has gotten you interested in my hotel?" she chokes on her tea and says "yours?" I chuckle and say "yes, you see my brother and I own this hotel I'm more of a free spirit you could say, as I like to travel and explore a lot whereas he is very happy and content working here and running the hotel, I do help after I come back from my trips"

She says "oh I see, and to answer your question your cook" what does she like him she says "he's an amazing cook, almost as good as Sebastian" oh good I say "so you want to learn to be a better cook?" she says "yeah, but I don't know if that's what I want to do with my life, but for now I want to cook and learn more" I see I say "I see, well your welcome any time to see him but I would be careful" she looks at me I say "he likes to flirt with girls" she says "oh, don't worry I can defend myself, someone similar knows Sebastian and I can always slap him"

I chuckle at this, she is an interesting girl not afraid to speak her mind and also not afraid to get her hands dirty, soon I say "please try one" she looks at least they turned out good, I say "I have something I must tell you" she looks at me I say "well......I like you miss (name)" she looks and blinks, she says "y-you like me?" I nod and say "yes very much, getting to know you and you regularly coming to the hotel has helped"

I slowly see her blush she says "re-really, you like me" I say "yes, I will let you take your time in deciding if you do return my feelings, but if not then I will respect that and not force you to be in a relationship with myself" she gives a small nod she goes to try what I made then I hear "no don't!" I see her arm pulled away I see my brother he says "whatever you do don't eat that! You'll die!" I say "she will not, don't exaggerate," he says "no I am not, please miss (name) for your health and your life don't eat it, last time he cooked I had food poisoning and was in the hospital for a month"

I say "it was not that bad" he says "oh yes it was, your banned from the kitchen permanently" she laughs we look, she says "sorry it's just he can't be as bad as how my dad used to be, he would literally blow the kitchen up use flamethrowers dynamite he's gotten better" really a person did that?

20. How you spend your birthday

It was a few days before your birthday Bard had forgotten, Meyrin said "Bard" he looked and said "yeah mey, what is it?" she said "what are you gonna get (name) for her birthday? Or have you already got her a present?" Bard said "that's a while yet, I've got time" Finny said "no it's in a few days" Bard laughed and said "no, I know it's a while" Meyrin said "no Finny's right look" she showed him the calendar with your birthday circled and in big letters, DON'T FORGET (NAMES) BIRTHDAY!!!! Bard choked and said, "Bloody hell it's soon!"

Meyrin nodded and said "you'll need to work fast" he said "you're a girl, what would you get if it was yours?" she blushed and said "oh no I can't say, no I can't" Finny said "what would you like mey?" she pushed her fingers together and said "mister Sebastian wrapped in a ribbon na-mph" Bard covered her mouth and said "you don't need to know the rest Finny, but I mean as a girl what do girls like to get, normally she tells me or gives hints"

Finny said "what about Sebastian mey?" she got Bards hand away and said "never mind, but maybe flowers, chocolates, teddies, jewellery as long as it's from you Bard (name) will love it" Finny said "she likes cooking, maybe that like what she got you for father's day" he said "yeah, I'll go to town tomorrow to get her something" the next day he went to London and looked around he said "she should be easy right? I know (name) the best she's my daughter" he looked around at things he knew girls liked, he came to a cooking shop

The old woman said "how can I help you sir?" he looked and said "I'm looking for a gift" she said "alright, who for sir?" he said "my daughter, she likes to cook" she said "I see, tell me about her age and things" Bard nodded and told her she said "I see she wants to be like her father" he rubbed the back of his neck and said "yeah, though I'm not too good hehe" she said "one moment let me look in the back, I might have something she may like" he said "sure" she went into the back Bard looked around

About 10 minutes later she came back and said "how about this sir" Bard looked it was a beginners case with your own tools, apron and other things everything you need he said "Woah! where'd you get this?" she said "I've had this a while, but haven't put it out we did these when we first opened but seemed that they became less popular" Bard said "how much?" she told him he checked and said "ah nuts I'm short 10" she said "tell you what, well do a payment plan that you pay what you haven't got off a bit a week" he said "great!" she said "I'll make sure it has everything and it's just right" he nodded and said "thanks, can I come back in a few days?" she said "of course, I'll have it all ready for you then" he said "thanks"

Bard left and went back to the manor Meyrin said "so did you get something?" he said "yeah found the perfect gift, I'm gonna go get it in a few days" soon it was your birthday you had a little party, you got gifts from everyone Meyrin got you a new dress, Finny some flowers, Tanaka a Japanese cookbook, Ciel a chef bitter rabbit, Sebastian some funtom sweets you thanked everyone happy with the gifts, Sebastian said "what is your gift, Bard?"

He put a box on the table you opened it and saw the starter set, Ciel thought 'that's a one of a kind limited edition set! by the most famous cooking shop in the world, chefs dream of having that set even one piece, how did he get it?' you said "dad" he said "I know you like to cook, even if it's for fun and might not want to be a chef when your older but you can at least have the things you need to cook" you took the layers out one by one, knives spices anything and everything a chef starting out would need, even a very basic cookbook

You hugged Bard and said "thank you!" he hugged back and said "glad you like it kiddo," he said "I do dad! I'll be careful I know I can't use the knives just yet, but I'll use them when I am" he said "sure" there was a personalised apron with your name on it that the old woman had done, Sebastian brought the cake out he said "make a wish" you blew the candles out Bard had made it, he'd asked Sebastian to help him he wanted to make you your cake and decorate it, he felt proud that he made the cake and didn't blow the kitchen up

He said he liked me, he's the owner of one of the most exclusive hotels in London! he should be with a lady, not me I'm the bottom he's near the top he's like Ciel a businessman, probably some lord or something I lay on my bed and sigh, I bet he's engaged to some pretty lady or something, I turn on my side and close my eyes as I do I see his face, his light blue hair that fades to a light yellow, his green eyes that have speckles of yellow

My eyes shoot open, what in the world do I like, like him? Or is it just a crush like last time? Ugh! I put the pillow over my face and scream I hate my life at the moment, ugh stupid emotions makes life complicated I hear "everything ok?" I look and see dad he feels my head I say "what are you doing dad?" he says "seeing if your warm, your face is" I say "no I'm not" he nods and says "so what's wrong?" I say "nothing, its girl things and I'm not going to tell you because you wouldn't understand, I'm going to see mey" I lave I know if I told dad he'd grab his gun or even flame thrower and go hunt him down

I see her and tell her she says "well, do you like him back?" I say "I don't know mey, that's the thing" she spends the next hour talking me through different things to see if I do like the guy more than a crush, at the end she says "yep you like, like him" I say "great, so how do I even tell the guy I like him back? I mean it's not simple" she says "how so?" I say "well he's like Ciel, he's a businessman owns that big hotel, the Libra Sincera" her eyes go wide

I say "yeah, he should be with some lady not well this" she says "(name) if he loves you he won't care, I know there's the rule the noble marry noble and the lower class marry their own, but at times there are those who don't care, I mean take Cinderella she was like me a servant, but she ended up as a princess" she's right there, I better tell him the longer I leave it the harder it'll be, I say "thanks I'm going to tell him, if my dad asks" she says "with friends" I nod and leave

I get to the hotel and see him I go over and say "um" he looks and says "yes" I say "c-can we talk in private please" he nods and takes me away to the library, once there he says "now what did you want to tell me?" 22. You get a boyfriend

You and Rupert had been seeing each other for a while dating, you would spend days off at the hotel curious about his work he would also show you different things from other countries, you were always happy to hear about his travels Rupert was thinking of making you his official girlfriend, so he planned a nice night for you, at home you were getting ready Meyrin said "(name) what's going on?" you looked and said "oh um"

She said "your boyfriend?" you had a small blush and said "h-he's not that, he hasn't asked yet so for now just dating ugh" you couldn't do it right, you weren't the most girly girl Meyrin went over and helped you do your hair and makeup, you thanked her she smiled soon you were going to the hotel you got there and saw Rupert, he took you to the restaurant put a private room there for special events

You sat a maid served the food you blinked it was unique, the only word that could describe it Rupert said "I made this" you said "I'll give it a try" it was soup but, was like custard mixed with jelly and the colour was purple, you let a little bit touch your tongue you said "it's unique" he smiled, you couldn't eat that at all there was no way you could, it could possibly kill you when jack saw he took them away and said "Rupert!" you mentally thanked him and said "Rupert next time, how about we cook together? It'll be more fun" he nodded jack then went and brought out what he cooked

Soon it came to desert you found jacks food amazing, Rupert said "(name)" you looked he said "there's something I want to ask you" you said "what is it?" he held your hand and said "would you like to be my girlfriend?" your face went bright red he chuckled and said "I will take that as a yes then"

23. Your dad meets your boyfriend

You and Rupert had been boyfriend and girlfriend for a few weeks now, and dating for a few months you knew Bard had to meet him, but you had visions of him killing Rupert and you didn't want that, one day you Bard and everyone where going somewhere, you wondered where you watched the scenery change soon you arrived, it was a small seaside town you got out and went to explore you were staying in a hotel

You noticed it was a nice town, a few days later you went to the beach in your swimming costume you were lying on the beach and heard your name you looked and your eyes went wide, Rupert was there you said "what are you doing here?" he said "I took a little trip, you?" you said "oh my dad with everyone from home" he raised an eyebrow, you said "my dad's a chef for a lord, so everyone is here from home there's only 7 of us, including me I don't know why but all I know is free holiday, and it beats being bored at home also if I went to the hotel to see you, you wouldn't be there" he says "yes"

He sat with you what you didn't see was Bard and the others were at the beach he said "who's that with (name)?" Meyrin and Finny looked, Finny said "maybe she's made a friend?" Bard mumbled "friend, more like boyfriend" you laughed at something Rupert told you, he said "so when do I get to meet your father?" you said "um I need to prepare him, for the fact I'm dating" he nodded

Soon Bard was behind you and Rupert you didn't know Rupert then kissed you, you kissed back it was then you felt something, you slowly turned around and saw Bard you said "dad!" he was froze Meyrin and the others where there Sebastian said "(name) who's this with you?" they were all in their costumes, you got up and said "oh this is Rupert, and Rupert this is who I was telling you about, the man at the front is my dad Bard" he nodded

Meyrin blushed seeing him, Rupert said "it's nice to meet you all, (name) has told me all about you when she visits," Ciel said "visits?" he nodded and said "yes at my hotel," Finny said "hotel?" Rupert said "yes, me and my brother own a hotel in London and one or two around the world, but our main one is in London it's the hotel Libra Sincera" Ciel's eyes widened at this and looked at you, he saw you and Rupert holding hands he said "(name) are you and him?" Rupert said "yes we are courting, I'm her boyfriend" it was then a thud you looked and said "dad!"

Meyrin and Finny said "Bard!" you ran over and said, "dad, hey dad you still with the living?" Sebastian said "I believe learning you're seeing someone, and he's your boyfriend did it," you said "oh" Bard kept mumbling about how you where his baby girl and how he's losing you, your growing up and things like that you thought 'better than the worse outcome I pictured'
