The day after the elevator Killian was in a mood. He was on full lookout for Neal and of he saw him it would probably lead to a heavy beating on Neal's part.

We walked into work hand in hand and took the stairs to the top floor. There was no way I was going back in that thing after yesterday.

Once we were on our floor I had to practically drag Killian past Neal's office.

We got into our joining offices and I started reading through a YA fiction book someone had just submitted.

I was on the tenth chapter when a heard a knock on my outside door.

I slowly walked over to the door but not before hitting the button that would contact Killian.

Sure enough Neal was outside my door with a smug grin.

Before Neal could say anything Killian came in through our connecting door.

His face went a deep red when he saw Neal and he stormed over to us.

"I swear Neal if you lay a single finger on her I will make you regret it even more then your already gonna." He promised and finished the threat with a punch to the jaw.....then the nose.....then the eye.....then the stomach.

Before it could get any worse I pulled Killian off Neal and grabbed his hand.

He looked down with guilt and squeezed my hand as a silent sorry.

I looked down at neal who was laying on the ground holding his face.

"I would suggest you leave me alone and stay out of my office. As you can tell, Killian is serious about his threat and I won't stop him next time."

I pulled both of us back inside and sat down on my desk.

"Sorry for overreacting love. He just has a really punch able face." Killian apologized.

"Its fine. I just didn't want you to get in trouble. You already probably broke his nose." I chuckled.

"Good. Maybe it put it back on straight."

This time I couldn't help but laugh.

Killian winked at me and came over and placed a quick kiss on my cheek.

"As much as I'd like to stay with you I'm afraid I have to get back to work. If you need me just page me. If not I'll see you at lunch."

"Mkay. Love you."

"Love you too!"

Killian left and I got back to working.

Soon enough it was noon and time for my lunch break.

I jumped up from my desk and knocked on Kilian's door.

"Come in."

I opened the door and went to sit on Kilian's desk.

"Ready for lunch?" I asked him.

"Yup. Just give me a minute to finish something." He scribbled something down and then stood up.

"Alrighty! I'm finished now!" He said with a goofy grin standing up.

"Alright then. Let's go." I said grabbing his hand.

We walked out of the building and into the streets. We went to Granny's and got food to go.

Then we walked to the docks to eat our lunch.

When we both sat down I pulled put the food and handed him his grilled cheese.

I was drinking my hot chocolate when I began to feel dizzy. I stood up.

"Killian...something's wrong." I slowly said before my vision went blurry.

I blacked out and began to fall to the ground. The last thing I heard was Killian screaming my name.

A/N I know this story has been in Emma's POV but for the story to make sense the next few chapters will probably be in Kilian's perspective....I will let you know at the beginning of each chapter.

Kilian's POV

I was looking at the ocean when I noticed Emma standing up.

"Killian....somethings wrong." She said.

She started to fall to the ground and I jumped up to catch her.

"Emma! Emma please wake up! Emma!" I screamed praying for her to be ok.

When she didn't respond I leap up and ran to the hospital with her in my arms.

"Help me! I need a doctor!" I yelled barging in the door.

Several nurses ran up to me and took my precious swan from me. I grabbed her hand and followed the nurses.

We reached a corner and they lead Emma into a room and held me back.

"Let me go! I'm not leaving her!" I screamed at them refusing to let go of her hands.

"Sir we need to run some test to see what happened! In the meantime can you tell me what happened?"

"I don't bloody know! One moment we were sitting on the docks eating our lunch and drinking hot chocolate and then she said something was wrong and then collapsed!"

The nurse wrote something down and looked up.

"Thank you sir. We will let you know when you can visit or if she wakes up."

"Is she gonna be alright?"

"I'm not sure. Were gonna do the best we can to save her though."

Great. The love of my life was unconscious and her life was in the hands of a bunch of nurses I had never met.

I paced around the room staring at the clock for hours.

It felt like years but about five hours later a nurse came out.

"Are you with Emma Swan?"

I ran to her.

"Yes I am. Is she ok!?"

"We think so....but there is a slight issue."

"Which is what!?"

"She seems to have lost some of her more recent memories. How long have you known each other?"

"Ummm about a year and a half."

"Lucky for you she seems to still have memories up until ten months ago."

Thank god. She will still remember me. But what about everything that's happened since then? She won't remember me moving in, meeting Mary and David, or even the small moments.

"Can I see her?" I pleaded.

"Sure. We think she will wake up soon. And there's one more thing you should know. We think someone poisoned her drink. Is there anyone that would do that? Any enemies the two of you have made?"

"Neal Cassidy....he hates both of us."

"Alright. When the police get involved we will need you to talk to them."

I didn't bother to respond. I just ran into Emma's room.

What I saw made me want to fall to my knees and weep.

Emma was practically white and she had wires hooked up to machines all around her and an IV in her left arm.

I walked up to her and grabbed both her hands.

"Emma. I love you so much. I need you to wake up. Without you I'm nothing. You have to be ok. This is all my fault. If I hadn't punched Neal he may have left you alone. Im so so so sorry Emma." I whispered to her squeezing her hands and placing a kiss on her forehead.

Tears were streaming down my face. Emma was still unconscious and I couldn't even be sure she would ever wake up.

I pulled a chair next to her bed and sat down with her hand in mine.

I placed a kiss on her hand and another tear ran down my face.

I was losing hope every second she was still asleep so when I felt her small cold hand squeeze mine back I almost didn't believe it.

"Emma?!"

She slowly opened her eyes and looked up at me with a faint smile.

"Killian."

Hey guys! Sorry its been forever since my last update I have been extremely busy!🙄

Hopefully I will get another chapter out before Thursday because im going to Denver to meet Colin!!!!! Ekkkkk!!!! Im so excited!

If I don't get it up before then I will try to update next Monday😁
