It was after the death of a close friend that made Bruce Wayne keep a closer eye on her. After all, he made a promise that he would, he just didn't expect to fall in love. Nora Logan, is the late wife to Travis Logan, the late Avatar, mother to Sarah Logan, the current Avatar, and a retired Justice League member. Only the founding members and a few others know who she is and who she was when she was part of the League.

When the Reach comes to Earth, Nora's past and who she was makes itself known. Her relationship with Bruce comes to light and the problem of trying to tell her daughter about her new relationship gets even more difficult. But what's more, Nora will be facing her own personal demons of felling that she's betraying her late husband by moving on and facing the ones who could make her betray the ones who mean the most to her.
