Chapter 15-We are going to look hella cute at the sleepover!

Lucy's P.O.V
We all decided on what to do for the day, well Mira said we were going to Daybreak Mall so that was final, but no one had a problem with it. Evergreen said she couldn't come because of personal issues, but she would be there for the sleepover so that's good at least.

Mira, Cana, Levy, Wendy, Juvia Lisanna and I piled into Erza's mini van, she's the mom of the group so she had to get a mini van.

Erza was driving, Mira was in the passenger seat, Cana was behind Erza, Levy was in the middle, Wendy was behind Mira, Lisanna was behind Cana, Juvia was in the middle and I was on the other side of Juvia.

"Levy don't forget to text the guys that the sleepover is at Mira's house," Ezra said with a stern tone.

"Don't worry, I already did it," Levy said as she was getting out a book.

"Good job!" Ezra said to Levy.

"So Lucy, how are you and Natsu doing?" Mira asked with a smirk.

"W-what do you mean how are we doing? W-we aren't together" I replied with a very red face and a somewhat disappointed tone.

"Aww come on, we all know you have a thing for each other" Cana added teasingly.

"B-but we just met!"

"There is a thing called love at first sight" said Erza while looking back at me in the rear view mirror.

"NOT YOU TOO!" I sunk in to my seat muttering about how mean they were.

Narrator's P.O.V
While the girls kept teasing Lucy about Natsu, Lisanna was feeling guilty about keeping secrets. She wanted to tell her sister about Bickslow and tell Lucy about Dan, but she couldn't bring herself to do it.

Soon enough they arrived at the mall and they all headed in chatting up a storm with each other as they headed to a random store.

"So do you guys have an idea of what you want to get?" Lucy asked as they looked around a store.

"I want to get some new pajamas for the sleepover." Levy replied while looking in the pajama section.

"Oo, we all should get new pjs! We are going to look hella cute at the sleepover!!" Mira squealed excitedly.

"Ah, I am in dire need for some new sleepwear" Erza said nodding her head approvingly.

"Why don't we go to the new pajama shop that just opened up?" Lisanna suggested.

"That's a great idea Lisanna!"everyone said bursting with excitement.

They left the store that they were currently at and headed to Pajama World, which was on the top floor.

"Wow! It's amazing!" exclaimed Wendy, who was amazed by the gigantic store.

"Why is there a store this big for Pajamas?" Lucy questioned as she tilted her head to the side a little bit.

"I don't know, but don't question it!" Cans yelled eagerly to get pajamas.

"Alright we will meet up back here in an hour. Understood?" Erza instructed us with authority.

"Yes ma'am!" they saluted her and then they all headed to different sections of the store, except Wendy and Cana since they went in the same direction.

~Time skip to an hour later~

Lucy's P.O.V
I was on my way to the entrance of the store when a dude with reddish brown hair and a weird smile came up to me.

"Excuse me miss, I just wanted to tell you that I think you are THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!" he shouted at me making me flinch and step back.

"O-oh w-well thank you?" I said unsure of my words, but he didn't seem to notice.

"Would you to go on a date with me Lu-I mean lovely lady?" he smiled widely showing off his extremely white teeth and wide smile.

"Umm sorry, but I have plans this weekend" I said nicely, trying to let him down gently.

"Well that's okay! We always have next weekend to go out!" Dan exclaimed  still wanting to go on a date with me.

"I-I also have a boyfriend and I don't think he would like me going on dates with other guys." I lied to make him go away and when I said that his eyes flared with rage, but it left in a couple of seconds. He didn't talk for a couple of minutes and neither did I, it was very awkward.

"If you have nothing else to say I'm going to go. So bye" I tried to excuse myself as I saw all my friends walk to the entrance of the store, not noticing me as I was talking to this creepy guy.

"Wait, I never got your name and a beautiful lady must have a beautiful name. So what's your name?" a smirk played at his lips as he looked at me.

"Gertrude" I blurted out without thinking.

"Gertrude?" he asked as if he knew that wasn't my real name.

"Gertrude" I stated firmly.

"W-well I-umm-that is such a b-beautiful name, I am at a loss for words" he stuttered out as he looked uncomfortable and angry.

"I really have to go now. Bye" I ran off before he could say anything else.

As Dan stood there for a few seconds I felt as if he was watching my retreating figure and mumbled something incoherent.

As I ran up to the girls I yelled out "H-hey, sorry I'm late!"

"Please explain the reason you were-" Erza checks her watch"-4 minutes and 35 seconds late?"

"W-well you I was stopped by this guy-" I tried to explain, but I was cut off.

"A guy? Did you get his number?" Cana asked as she nudged me in my side.

"Well I will tel-" I was cut off again before I could start explaining.

"Wait, was he cute?!?" Everyone except Wendy, Erza and Lisanna exclaimed.

"GUYS! I will explain everything to you, but first let's go to the food court."

*Time skip after everyone got their food and sat down*

Third Person P.O.V

"Okay Lu-chan we are all sitting down and we have our food so tell us!!" Levy shouted out with glee.

"Alright so he came up to me and said-" Lucy started as she explained her strange encounter with Dan. "And finally, he is not cute and I won't date him," Lucy finished off her story with a disgusted look on her face because just retelling it made her feel sick to her stomach.

Everyone was left speechless because that is not how they expected it to go, they were all very disturbed. Lisanna made a mental note to call Dan and ask him what the hell he was doing talking to Lucy.

"Lu-chan, I had no idea he was a creep," Levy said sincerely, "We wouldn't have kept pestering you about him. Sorry."

"It's alright guys, I know you had good intentions," Lucy smiled warmly at the group, "Well it's about time to leave for the sleepover because we still have to get ready, we have to look our best."

"Yes Lucy! You are absolutely right, onwards to Mira's house!" Erza shouted as she put her leg on the chair and pulled out a sword that was pointing to the exit.
