I wore the warmest clothes today . It was so cold . But the snow covered streets looked so beautiful I wore my favourite pink coat today . I smile having some breakfast and grabbing my bag . " Bye mom !" I yelled . " Socks !"She shouts back making me chuckled . Yet I checked my legs before walking out the door .

" Bye bye Mr. Mochi " I whispered looking at my window . Yesterday I found him freezing out on the house patio .So I took him to my room covered him up in my little basket and gave him his dinner . 

"Maybe you should try a different colour " I look at Simon and huff ," I think it will look better after its done " He chuckled nodding , I was painting a abstract painting , totally opposite of what Simon did , He actually drew meaningful things like humans , animals and emotions within a person . Whereas I on the other hand drew what I could think and express my feelings in the colour . 

Today my painting was pink and black . I could never understand how my teacher liked what I did , It was just me randomly striking brushes on the canvas . But she said she found it intresting hence asked me to take classes . 

"Hey !" I look over behind Simon to see three guys waving at him .  " Yo " He greets back . " Wow , You got a girl with you ?" I bite my lip . "This is my drawing mate , Iris " I wave at those guys who smiled at me . We were standing near the lockers packing our stuff when I noticed that most of the people were his friends , He was really popular for  some reason . 

"Maybe you should bring her for your birthday party " They said and he looks at me . " Umm ..I am throwing a party at my uncle's club for him . There will be a lot of people you are always welcome to join " I chuckled . " I-I am just seventeen " I reply and they laugh . " We know flower ! Its okay We can get you in . " I look at Simon unsure . 

I mean . I have never had friends before . I never went to a birthday party also . Maybe my mumma will let me go . I am big enough right ?. 

"I would really like if you come . No pressure though " I look at Simon and watch him run his hands through his hair and keep it behind his neck then look at me . I smiled . " That's so sweet of you Simon . Of course I will come " He nodded . 

It was hard for me to choose . I did not have any idea what I could wear at this party . My dresses were all either pink ,black or white . I found a rose pink dress and I grin . 

" Mom can I go to a birthday party this evening ?" I ask , She just stares at me . " What birthday ? Who's birthday and where is it ?" I frown . " Its just Simon's birthday , They said It in a club or something " She gasps . " A club ? My innocent child its a worst thing for a girl to be in . No . You are not going . Are his parents responsible if something happens to you ?" I pout . 

" But his friend said His uncle owns the club . And of course his parents will be there . Which parent does not go to their's birthday party mumma ?" I stated and she stops her work . "If you conform his parents are there then I might think about it . But until the its a no no . Boys make you drink . You are not allowed to roam around with those partying people " 

I huff going back to my room . I cannot ask my father . He will never say yes when mom has a strong disapproval . I lay back in my bed to disappointed . I was so excited about this party . I haven't eaten a cake in so long . I really wanted to have some fun . 

What a bummer . 

I heard voices downstairs and I frown . I twist the nob of my door walking out . I gulp looking down to see mother talking to someone . I gasp as I see Simon .

"Common Mam . I'll bring her back safely . Besides there aren't gonna be many people since he has the whole place booked for us " My mother noticed me walking down the staris .

"She has never being to any party . I know she will enjoy . The moment she feels like she wants to come home I will bring her back . I will be With her the entire night with my sister ."

My mother sighs . "I want her back before nine " He nodded smiling at me . I smile back running to mom amd hugging her . "Thanks mumma . I'll go change " I said .
I put on the rose pink dress which dad bought for me . It was a very beautiful and cute dress .

As Simon opened the car door I noticed his two friends in the back seat . "Hey there Iris . Took you long enough "

It was evening when Eric realised he was suppose to work the night shift at WestBrook . He ran his hand through his hair taking the last gulp of his beer and having a shower . Her wore his black jeans with a black T-Shirt he didn't even glance at the women laying on his couch .

"Leave before I come back " He said making her nodded silently .

"Eric " The Boss acknowledged and he nodded standing by the doors of the club . "I have some company coming . Lead them direct to my office . " He nodded once .

The boss knew never to repeat twice to his bouncers . They were smart enough .
