Axis, the strongest space magic user in a foreign world is always lonely. On his 30th birthday, he teleports himself to an isolated island and opens the gate to another world. Through the gate, he senses life energy and magical energy. Axis takes a deep breath and jumps into the space rift. As the rift creates a great disturbance in the area, after Axis went in, he uses all of his remaining mana to close the rift before losing his consciousness. 

Upon waking up, he finds himself turned into a little boy and is lying by a handsome young man in knight clothing. He looks like in his early twenties. He's got short black hair and is wearing clothes resembling those in RPG. Axis wants to confirm he's not dreaming so he squeeze.. the man's cheek. A pair of cold red eyes open wide and stare at Axis.

"How beautiful!" Axis is completely captivated by the eye color. The people in the world he lives in all have blue eyes so it's his first time seeing such eye color. 

"X#$%^%?" The man asks.

"Your eyes are so beautiful!" Axis doesn't understand what the man says but he replies anyway. 

"X#$%^%?" The man clearly doesn't understand what Axis is saying.

"Axis" - Axis points his index finger at himself then at the man's chest, waiting for him to introduce himself.

"Leo" - the man finally understands Axis through body language.

Leo said when he was travelling, he found Axis laying unconscious on a field, so he brought him along. Axis makes up a story about a space rift suddenly appeared and sucked him in. 

Before going back to sleep, Axis makes sure Leo understand what he said at the beginning. 

Leo gives Axis a gentle headpat and closes his eyes, pretends to be asleep. 

The red-eye knight finds it hard to sleep. His eye color is a curse, a reminder that he is not human. He was once a dignified imperial commander, admired by all. He worked his way from the bottom. He always tried the best he could to protect the people. Yet, the very same people who he sworn to protect with his life turned their back on him. After that incident, he was stripped of everything and chased out of the palace. He lives the life of a wanderer and a wanted criminal, a spy sent by the demons.

Axis' blue eyes remind him of his old self. He even compliments his demonic eye color. Leo feels as if a warm stream of water is filling up his heart. He's never thought he could ever be seen as "human" again. He wants Axis to stay with him, but he's also afraid the day when Axis finds out the truth. Leo thinks he's selfish, but he won't let go of Axis until he can get Axis home safely.

The blue-eye kid also finds it hard to sleep. His knowledge about space magic is still intact, but his mana pool has reversed to when he was 10. Axis thinks he won't be able to use his full power before adulthood. About Leo, he seems to be sensitive about his eye color. But Axis think he's a good person. Leo also saved his life so Axis decides to stick with Leo to repay his kindness.

Axis made Leo a hat to cover his eyes.

Leo is later revealed to be the descendant of the former Demon King.

Seeing how depressed the man became, Axis revealed his true identity to Leo.

"I'm the strongest mage in my world. If there's a time when there's no place for us in this world. I'll take you with me, Leo. ^_^"

For many years, the two visited many places, nations and foreign lands while avoiding the relentless pursuit of humans and demons alike. 

As Axis' body grew, he realized he had a thing for Leo. 

Axis tried to think of ways to seduce Leo but, wait, didn't Leo always do those things to him? 

Leo you sneaky bastard!!!

They had lots of "talking" that night.
