Tomorrow was the day. THE DAY. Easter. Branch, Floyd, Clay, and Spruce love Easter. John Dory on the other hand.. Let's just say, he's the Easter Bunny for them.

The four boys were sleeping, while one square was somewhere else.

{In Grandma Rosiepuff's bedroom}

JD: They are going to LOVE! The baskets I made for them!

RP: Definitely! You're so sweet, spoiling your brothers with goodies.

JD: Ah, thanks Gram! Anyways, would Clay prefer a toy car or the latest comic?

RP: Both..?

JD: Ooh yes! Nice thinking!

Grandma Rosiepuff chuckled. 

JD: Look at these! 

Five baskets were lined up and filled with goodies. 

RP: Wow! They are spectacular! I'm sure they'll love it! 

JD: Yep. And I also made sure to add all square things to my basket because I gotta make it seem real. 

RP: What do you mean?

JD: They call me a square and they said that the Easter Bunny would give me square shaped items and you know what? I want to prove them right. They deserve it.

RP: Thats sweet of you John, now, you better be off to bed! I gotta hide the eggs- I mean help the Easter Bunny hide the eggs!

John Dory laughed and went back to his and his brothers' bedroom.

He dozed off dreaming about eggs and candy.

{The Next Day}

A loud scream could be heard.

F: EASTERRRR!!  AAHHHHH!

B: EASTER EEEEKK!!! EGGIES!!!!

F: LETS GO GET EGGS!!

The two rushed down stairs.

C: WAIT FOR MEEEEEE!

Clay jumped out of his bed and sprinted downstairs.

S: WAIT- CANDY? EGGS? I smell.. EGGO WAFFLES?! EGG SHAPED? OH YEAH!

Spruce followed after Clay.

John Dory woke up by the cheers from his brothers. He smiled. What a lovely morning.

He walked downstairs.

RP: Good morning! Happy Easter!

Floyd was dragging Branch across the living room. He was looking from side to side. 

F: EGGS ARE EVERYWHERE! EEEK! BRANCH LOOK! BASKETS!

RP: Yup, you guys can get eggs once you eat breakfast!

S: BREAKFAST!!! GET OUT OF MY WAYYYYY!!!

Spruce runs past Clay, but Clay trips Spruce. 

S: AAAAHHHHHH- OOF- EGGO WAFFLES HERE I COME!

Spruce ran up to the table. 

S: Yummy.

C: Save some for me you beast.

S: Mhm, okay, yeah, thanks, MODELING CLAY.

C: *GASP* I'm a model? Nice.

S: Did not come out how I expected.

F: I wanna get eggs!

RP: You have to eat first okay? 

F: But Branch wants to get eggs too! Right Branch?

Floyd looks around. 

F: Branch?

Branch was already at the table filling his plate up with waffles.

B: FOOD IS ALWAYS FIRST FLOFLO!

F: I guess you're right.

John Dory finally arrives downstairs and grabs waffles.

They finish eating and start the egg hunt.

B: CROCO EGG! 

F: Ooh it is! Grab it! 

Branch and Floyd laugh and run around the pod, filling up their baskets.

C: MY EGG!

Clay snatches the giant golden egg before Spruce could.

S: HEY! THAT WAS MINE!

C: Let's share. 

S: Fine.

They crack open the egg and see forty bags of skittles.

C: Sick!

Spruce finishes counting.

S: Aight, twenty for me, twenty for you.

C: Great!

John Dory walks around picking up eggs.

F: John! John! Lookie! I found a lego block egg and it reminded me of you! Have it!

JD: Okay..

John Dory took the egg and opened it. Candy. Lego candy to be specific.

JD: Dang.

The five boys finally finished the hunt. 

RP: Let's see what the Easter Bunny put it your baskets! 

Grandma Rosiepuff winked at John Dory.

F: I got bubbles! And bubble wrap! Ooh ooh! And a flute! And a bag of.. heart gummies! Yaayy!

B: Me next! I got.. ooh! Croco puzzle! And bubbles!! And and.. a bounce ball! Ooh and.. Marshmallow.. Peeps..?

JD: They are just marshmallows with sugar.

S: Loaded with sugar. Absolutely disgusting.

JD: Hey! We keep our opinions to ourselves, thank you very much.

Spruce scoffs.

C: MY TURN!!!!

Clay grabs his basket.

C: I got.. a car! YESSS! 

S: Real? 

C: No.

S: Sucks to suck.

C: I can't even drive.

S: Still.

C: OH MY GOSH! THE LATEST COMIC? THESE HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE! THANK YOU BUNNY!  THANK YOUUUUUU!!!!!!

S: Okay..

C: Ooh and more candy. Heh. Gonna get sugar rush today.

Clay rubs his hands together.

S: You're creepy. My turn now.

C: Mhm. Like you even see yourself.

S: Whatever. 

Spruce looks in his basket.

S: Ooh a mirror! Nice, Candy, nice. And what. No way. THE NEW ANTI AGING SKIN CARE! WHAATTT?! I LOVE YOU EASTER BUNNY! YAYYYYY!

C: The heck-

JD: Uh, lets just move on..

John Dory looks at his basket.

JD: Square, Square, Square, and Square. Wow I love it all..!

F: I KNEW IT!!! 

B: YEAH!!!

C: BAHAHAHAHAHHA

S: PFFT- HAHAHAHAHHAHAH

John Dory smiled and laughed. What a lovely Easter.
