Thursday : November 28th, 2019

A lot of years have passed since that hectic and eventful weekend back in 2012, but Debbie, Valerie and the boys have stuck to their word to always get together every once in a while.

With meeting up to hang out course there have been
more memorable times over the last seven years.
They would even go on various group trips to Colorado, Key West, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and hopefully more in the near future.

But when they're not catching up or planning trips with their friends, Debbie and Stifler have been busy building their lives together like they said they would. Since it's the holiday season it's a time to be around your friends and family, which is on the agenda for tonight's festivities.

Downtown East Lansing is super busy with the holiday's around, there's various people buying last minute things for Thanksgiving.

One of those people is Steve Stifler who's seen standing in line at the grocery store, holding a can
of whipped cream and a box of assorted pastries. He taps his foot impatiently, glancing around at the other shoppers then back down at his iPhone.

The person in front of him finishes getting rung up by the cashier, she smiled at the woman then looked ahead at Stifler.

"Next, please!" The Cashier Said, cheerfully.

Stifler steps up to the counter, placing his items down. The Cashier began scanning the items,
"Getting ready for the holidays?" She Asked

Stifler put his phone away, and smiled, "Yeah, you know how it is. Gotta have the essentials."

The Cashier laughs, "Absolutely. So whipped cream and desserts, can't go wrong with that. Got any big plans?"

"Just the usual family stuff. With the wife and kids, lots of food, football, and trying to avoid any drama." Stifler Said

"I hear yah, Hm sounds like a good time. That'll be $12.47." She Said, reading the register.

Stifler opened up his wallet then hands over a twenty-dollar bill, "You can keep the change."

She nodded then smiled, "Thanks sir."

"No problem, Happy Thanksgiving." Stifler Said

"Happy Thanksgiving to you too." She Replied

Stifler grabs his bag and heads out of the store, giving a nod to the cashier as he leaves.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Meanwhile back at the Stifler residence which was once a home shared with two people and Gus, is now a fuller house than before. Downstairs in the kitchen Debbie who's a lot more older now, has her hair is now longer and slightly curled. She's wearing light makeup with a burgundy turtle neck dress with long sleeves paired with light brown knee high boots.

The house smells delicious due to Debbie cooking in the kitchen. She's seen trying to finish her key lime pie that her family asked her to make this year for thanksgiving, while checking on the baby monitor in the kitchen which shows her youngest Vivian who's only a month old, is sleeping in her crib upstairs.

Percy the middle child who's two years old, is sitting in a high chair eating cereal and being to himself, while in the foyer Macey who's their second oldest, who's five is playing with her dolls having a tea party by herself.

As for Cameron their oldest son who's seven is seen running around the house with his red cape he's had since he was two, while holding his two action figures of Superman and Batman.

The door opens and in came Steve carrying a grocery bag, he sees an in coming Cameron running and scoots out the way.

"Whoa." Stifler Said

"Hey Dad!" Cameron Said, as Gus chased behind him.

"Hey Cam," Steve looked down and kissed Macy on the forehead, "Hi Macy."

"Hi, Daddy." Macy Said, sweetly.

Steve walked towards the kitchen area where he saw his youngest son who's eyes lit up when he saw him and kissed his son on the forehead as well, then moved over to his wife, "Hey, babe." Steve Said

Debbie turned around, "Hey, did you get the uh-"

"Got it right here, one whipped cream just for you." Steve Said, as he took the whipped cream out the grocery bag as Debbie smiled.

"Thank you so much, you're a life saver." Debbie Said, as he thanked him with a sweet kiss.

"You're welcome cause that was literally the last one, I snatched it out the fridge just as a couple of moms were arguing for it." Steve Said, as he unpacked the grocery bag.

"Yeah, we don't want a repeat of last year's thanksgiving, with you getting whacked in the face by a group of moms over some damn beer." Debbie Said

"My jaw still kidna hurts still from that." Steve Said, as Debbie chuckled.

"Good Now that I have my whipped cream I can finish my pie." Debbie Said

"Wait so no pumpkin pie this year?" Steve Asked

"No Stefanie's making it remember, she said that for once she wants to try and bake one instead of buying one." Debbie Said

"Hm let's see how this goes cause no offense, Matt's wife is not the best when it comes to baking desserts." Steve Said

"I know, but I'm giving her a chance while I'll bake my delicious key lime pie." Debbie Said, as Stifler looked as she was whipping the pie with the cream.

"Mm, looks delicious-" Steve Said, as he tried to dip his finger but she smacked it away.

"Hey, no pie till later." Debbie Said

"Whatever-" He sniffed the air of a familiar smell, "Oh boy, looks like someone did a number 2." Steve Said, looking over at Percy who was chewing on his hand

"Hey you mind changing him, I've still got a lot to cook." Debbie Said

"Nah I got it, you go ahead and finish up I'll take him." Steve Said, as she half smiled.

"Thank you." Debbie Said

Steve went over to take Percy out his high chair and sniffed his butt, "Ooh, yeah let's go Perce." Steve Said

As Debbie starts whipping the cream for her pie, Macy wanders into the kitchen, clutching one of her dolls.

"Mommy, can you come play tea party with me?" Macy asks, her big eyes hopeful.

Debbie kneels down to her daughter's level and gently brushes a curl from her face. "Oh, sweetie, I wish I could, but I have to finish cooking. How about later, okay?"

Macy pouts for a moment before turning to her dad. "Daddy, can you play tea party with me?"

Steve, holding Percy's hand as he prepares to take him upstairs, shakes his head with a smile. "I'd love to, kiddo, but your little brother here needs a new diaper. Tell you what—" He spots Cameron zipping by and catches him by the cape. "Cam can take my spot until I get back. How's that sound?"

Cameron groans. "Do I have to?"

Macy, ever the sassy five-year-old, plants her hands on her hips and replies matter-of-factly, "Yes, you have too."

Cameron narrows his eyes, thinking. "Fine, but only if I keep the cape."

Macy frowns, crossing her arms. "It's a tea party. How many times do I have to say Cameron, there's no capes at tea parties!"

Channeling his inner Stifler, Cameron smirks. "Girly, either the cape stays, or you're drinking tea alone."

Macy sighs dramatically, shaking her head. "Fine."

Triumphant, Cameron grabs his action figures and says, "Gentlemen, today we drink tea for a change." He follows Macy toward the foyer, trailing his cape behind him.

Debbie and Steve exchange amused glances, both smiling at their children.

"Your kids," Debbie says playfully.

"Our kids," Steve corrects with a grin, then heads upstairs with Percy.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Upstairs Stifler carries Percy into the nursery, a cozy space painted in soft pastels with whimsical animal decals on the walls. The room is shared by Percy and his baby sister Vivian, who is still napping peacefully in her crib. Setting Percy down on the plush carpet for a moment, Stifler tiptoes over to the crib to check on Vivian. He leans over the rail and smiles as he sees her tiny chest rising and falling steadily.

"Still snoozing, huh, little princess?" he whispers, tucking the blanket snugly around her.

Turning back to Percy, who is already trying to wriggle out of his socks, Stifler picks him up and places him on the changing table. "Alright, buddy, let's see what kind of mood you're in today. Happy Percy or 'kick-dad-in-the-face' Percy?"

Percy giggles, his toothy smile revealing he's in good spirits.

"Ah, happy Percy! My favorite. Alright, let's get this diaper off before your mom starts wondering why it's taking me so long," Stifler says, unfastening the diaper.

As he works, he keeps Percy entertained by making silly faces and exaggerated sound effects. "Whoa! Is that a dinosaur? No, wait—it's just Percy the Pterodactyl!" He flaps his arms like wings, and Percy bursts into a fit of laughter.

"Okay, now let's wrap this up before your sister wakes up and decides to join the party," Stifler says, expertly securing a fresh diaper. He scoops Percy up and nuzzles his cheek, earning another giggle. "All done! Easiest change ever. Let's go tell Mom we crushed it."

Back downstairs at the tea party in the foyer, Macy is carefully pouring imaginary tea into tiny porcelain cups while Cameron sits cross-legged across from her, still wearing his red cape. His two action figures, Superman and Batman, are perched precariously on the edge of the tiny table near Macy's dolls.

"Would you like more tea, Mr. Batman?" Macy asks, holding out a teapot.

Cameron sighs dramatically. "Sure, but make it quick. Batman has to save Gotham in five minutes."

Macy narrows her eyes at him. "Superheroes don't rush when it comes to drinking tea."

"They do today," Cameron says, grabbing his cup and raising it to the action figures. "Gentlemen, to tea. May it give us the strength to fight crime."

Macy giggles, clinking her cup against his. "Fine. But no fighting at my tea party!"

Meanwhile, Debbie stands at the counter, her phone propped up on a stand as she FaceTimes with her best friend Valerie. Debbie is finishing the whipped cream on her pie while Valerie, who is at her parents' house, appears on screen with a bright smile.

"So how's maternity leave treating you?" Valerie asks, leaning back in her chair while chaos unfolds behind her—kids running around, and someone shouting about mashed potatoes in the background.

Debbie smiles, smoothing the whipped cream. "Honestly? I'm enjoying it. Vivian's such a good baby. Nothing like her other three siblings at this age."

"Lucky you. Travis is still keeping me up at night," Valerie says, referring to her one-year-old.

Debbie chuckles. "Well, give him a year or two. Percy's a little tornado, but at least he sleeps through the night now. How's everything over there? You surviving Thanksgiving prep?"

"Barely. Damien's trying to wrangle Zane and Sasha while I'm watching my brother's kids. It's like a zoo over here. But hey, at least I'm not pregnant this year!" Valerie laughs.

"I still can't believe when we were both pregnant at the same time with Zane and Macy, that was kind of cool," Debbie says.

"Oh really cool," Valerie agrees. "Our kids being born just days apart? I'll never forget it. Speaking of which, do you miss work yet? Or are you fully embracing the stay-at-home mom life for now?"

Debbie pauses, glancing toward the foyer where Macy and Cameron's tea party is in full swing. "I love my job, especially since the promotion. Being an executive is everything I worked for. But honestly? This break feels...necessary. I needed it."

Valerie nods knowingly. "Good for you, Debs. You deserve it. And don't worry, work will still be there when you're ready."

Debbie smiles. "Thanks, Val."

The two women continue chatting, catching up on family and Thanksgiving plans as the lively sounds of their children fill the background. Later it came time to head out over to Jeanine's as Stifler and Debbie agreed to spend it with her this year, The car pulls into Jeanine's driveway, its trunk packed with securely wrapped Thanksgiving dishes. Stifler parks and cuts the engine, glancing at Debbie.

"Well, let's get this circus inside," he jokes.

Debbie chuckles, unbuckling her seatbelt. "Careful, that circus includes your brother."

"Come on, Matt's matured..enough." Stifler Said

They both get out, opening the back doors. Cameron and Macy unbuckle themselves and hop out excitedly. Debbie heads to Percy's side, lifting him out of his car seat, while Stifler carefully unbuckles Vivian from hers. The one-month-old stirs slightly but stays asleep as he cradles her against his chest with practiced gentleness.

"Alright, troops, let's move," Stifler says, closing the car door with his free hand.

The family walks up to the door, Cameron leading the way. He knocks loudly, and within moments, Jeanine opens the door. Her face lights up when she sees them.

"Grandma!" Cameron and Macy shout in unison, rushing toward her.

Jeanine kneels to their level, enveloping them in a warm hug. "Oh, my sweethearts! I missed you both so much!" She kisses their cheeks before standing to greet Debbie and Stifler.

"Hi, honey," Jeanine says, hugging Debbie and giving her a kiss on the cheek, then kisses her son's cheek. She turns to Percy, kissing his round little face. "And there's my Percy! Getting so big!"

Finally, her gaze lands on Vivian, nestled securely in Stifler's arms. Her voice softens. "And this little angel... Oh, she's just perfect." Jeanine gently strokes Vivian's tiny hand, which twitches in her sleep.

Stifler smirks. "She's a quiet one—for now. Don't let her fool you."

They step inside, the warm, inviting scent of roasted turkey and pumpkin pie filling the air.

"Who's here already?" Stifler asks as he looks around.

Jeanine smiles, closing the door. "Just me and Jonah. He's in the kitchen putting the finishing touches on the sides."

At the mention of his name, Jonah appears from the kitchen, wiping his hands on a dish towel. A tall man with salt-and-pepper hair and an easy smile, Jonah greets them warmly.

"Hey, everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!" he says, stepping forward to hug the kids first.

Debbie shifts Percy in her arms to hug Jonah. "Happy Thanksgiving, Jonah."

"Happy Thanksgiving," Jonah replies, patting her shoulder. He waves to Percy, who gives him a shy smile. Finally, he shakes Stifler's hand.

"Steve," Jonah says, meeting his stepson's eyes.

"Jonah," Stifler replies with a firm nod. Though it had taken time for him to accept Jonah into the family, Stifler now genuinely respected him. Jonah was steady, reliable, and clearly loved Jeanine. That was all Stifler needed to see.

They move into the living room, where the kids immediately gravitate toward the coffee table, eyeing a bowl of Jeanine's famous caramel popcorn.

Before they can settle, there's a knock on the door.

"I'll get it!" Jeanine calls, heading back to the entryway. She opens the door to reveal her younger son, Matt, now 32, standing with his wife, Stefanie. Stefanie carries their 11-month-old son, Drayton, on her hip, while her older son, Joey, trails behind.

"Mom!" Matt greets her, leaning in for a quick hug.

"Matthew!" Jeanine exclaims, kissing his cheek before turning to Stefanie. "Stefanie, sweetheart, it's so good to see you." She kisses Stefanie and coos over Drayton. "And look at this handsome boy!"

Jeanine ushers them inside, and Matt immediately spots his older brother.

"Steve!"

"Matt!"

The brothers exchange a quick, teasing hug, complete with a few light punches to the shoulder.

"Hey, there Dray, still can't believe you're a dad now," Stifler jokes, eyeing Drayton.

Matt smirks. "Yeah, well, I've been a step dad for a few years I got used to it. Thanks to you dude, but I'm still the cooler brother even as a daddy."

"You fucking wish." Stifler Chuckles, slapping his brother's arm.

Debbie steps forward to greet Stefanie with a warm hug. "Stef, It's so good to see you. How's everything been?"

"Busy, but good," Stefanie replies. She nudges Joey toward Cameron and Macy. "Go say hi to your cousins, Jo."

Joey hesitates for a moment but he eventually waves. Cameron and Macy wave back, and within moments, the three kids are chatting like old friends.

As the adults settle into the living room, the house fills with the sounds of laughter, chatter, and the promise of a warm and lively Thanksgiving.

After dinner was over and everyone is now relaxed and stuffed. In the living room, the kids are happily entertained. Cameron and Joey are engrossed in a card game, Macy is flipping through a picture book with Drayton babbling beside her, and Percy, sitting in a walker Jeanine had bought "just in case," is gleefully banging on the attached toy buttons, which light up and play cheerful tunes.

In the Kitchen at the breakfast table, Stifler, Matt, and Jonah sit with drinks in hand, the mood light and easy.

"So," Matt says, taking a sip of his beer, "work's been steady. The beer and sports department isn't exactly boring. Just wrapped up a campaign for a new IPA. Apparently, hops and touchdowns are the perfect mix."

Stifler chuckles. "Yeah, beer and sports. Real creative. You're really breaking boundaries there, Matt."

Matt smirks. "Hey, it pays the bills."

Stifler leans back, swirling his drink. "Well, you know what doesn't just pay the bills? Party planning. My company's killing it. I've got this insane New Year's Eve party lined up—gonna be over-the-top, even for me. Think rooftop fireworks, ice sculptures, and, get this, a live DJ and a live band."

Jonah raises an eyebrow. "Both? Isn't that overkill?"

"Not if you stagger the sets," Stifler replies, his grin widening. "You've gotta keep the energy up all night. I'm thinking a countdown at midnight with a synchronized drone light show."

"Drone lights?" Matt snorts. "Since when did you get all high-tech?"

"Since it became cool," Stifler says, grinning. "Speaking of which, if you've got any ad connections for premium liquor sponsors, let me know."

Matt and Jonah exchange a glance, then Jonah leans in. "You know what you need? A VIP section with heated outdoor seating. Michigan winters are brutal, but people still love the open-air vibe."

Stifler snaps his fingers. "See, Jonah, that's why I tolerate you. You're a genius."

In the Dining Room at the same time, Jeanine is chatting with Debbie and Stefanie, her tone warm and curious.

"So, Debbie, how are Carla and Jax doing? And Peter and Arabella?"

Debbie smiles as she adjusts Vivian's bib, now holding her on her lap. "They're all doing fine. Mom's spending Thanksgiving in Oklahoma with Jax's family this year. Kelly and Daniel are at my dad's house with their kids and, of course, Tyler. And Sam...well, he actually came back home this year."

Jeanine's eyebrows lift in surprise. "Really? He's always so busy."

Debbie nods. "Yeah, he's been working like crazy as an engineer, but he decided to make the trip back. And get this—he's bringing his new girlfriend."

Stefanie leans forward, intrigued. "Wait, Sam has a girlfriend? Who is she?"

Debbie grins. "Her name is Kara Blake."

Jeanine's eyes light up with recognition. "The Blake girl? The one he had a crush on when he was little?"

"That's the one," Debbie confirms. "It's such a sweet story. They've been friends forever, and Sam always liked her but never had the guts to say anything until senior year. She turned him down gently back then, but I guess over the last year, something clicked. They've been dating since June but kept it low-key."

Jeanine and Stefanie exchange smiles. "That's adorable," Stefanie says, resting her chin in her hand. "I love a good childhood romance."

Stifler walks in from the kitchen just in time to overhear. "Took the dude long enough," he quips, leaning against the doorframe. "I mean, what was the hell was waiting for, a sign from the heavens? 'Hey, Kara, I've been in love with you since the third grade, wanna go steady?'"

Debbie rolls her eyes but shoots back with a grin. "Oh, like it didn't take you forever to admit you liked me. What was it? Five years? Six?"

The room bursts into laughter as Stifler holds up his hands in mock surrender. "Hey, I had to make sure! Can't rush these things."

"Right," Debbie teases, her smile widening. "Good thing I was so..so..so patient."

Jeanine shakes her head fondly. "You two really are perfect for each other."

The conversation shifts back to lighthearted chatter as the women finish setting up the table, laughter and warmth filling the house.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

When it came time to head home Debbie and Stifler said goodnight to everyone, and told his brother and sister in law to get home safe. The soon returned home as the kids, exhausted from the day's excitement, are ready for bed despite the holiday weekend.

It was time for bedtime and Stifler is in the bathroom, making sure Cameron and Macy are brushing their teeth properly. He stands over them, arms crossed, as they brush. "You missed a spot, Macy," he says, giving her a playful but firm nudge.

"I didn't!" she protests, scrubbing her teeth with determination.

"Oh, trust me, I see it," Stifler grins, before turning to Cameron, who's already done but has a mischievous look on his face. "Cameron, don't even think about it. I see you trying to sneak out of here without washing your hands."

"Aw, come on, Dad," Cameron grumbles, rolling his eyes but obediently washing his hands.

After a few minutes of cleaning up, Stifler finally gives them both the all-clear. "Alright, time for bed, you two." He leads them to their respective rooms, where they playfully wrestle and giggle for a few minutes before Stifler tucks them in, pulling the covers tight and kissing them goodnight. The kids, exhausted from the day, quickly settle down, the excitement finally wearing off.

Once that was done after making sure the older kids are settled, Stifler heads into the nursery where Debbie is gently rocking Vivian in her arms. Percy is already sound asleep in his crib, the soft sound of his breathing filling the room.

Stifler enters quietly, pausing at the door. "You okay?" he asks, his voice soft but concerned.

Debbie nods, smiling. "Yeah, just need to burp her, then she'll sleep."

Just as she finishes speaking, Vivian lets out a tiny burp, followed by a soft coo. Stifler chuckles. "Well, there you go." He leans down and kisses Vivian on the forehead. "I'll see you downstairs."

Debbie watches as he leaves the room, and after a few moments, she gently places Vivian back in the crib. She quietly turns on the baby monitor, setting it up on the dresser, making sure it's connected to their bedroom and the kitchen downstairs. Keeping the nursery door cracked just a little, she slips out and heads downstairs.

In the living room Stifler is lounging on the couch, his phone in hand. He's scrolling through Instagram, clearly looking at something that's caught his attention.

Debbie sits next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder. "What's so interesting?" she asks, curious.

Stifler looks over and shrugs. "Just checking my emails, then got bored. Decided to see what everyone's been up to today." He turns his phone toward her, showing her a picture of Jim, Michelle, and their kids—Evan, who's 10 now, and Willow, their 5-year-old daughter. They're all smiling in front of a Thanksgiving spread.

Debbie smiles. "Cuties."

Stifler scrolls further. "Yeah, it's funny. Everyone's growing up. Here's Kevin and Ellie with their kids—twin daughters Amelia and Madison, and their son Christopher." He shows her another picture, this time of Kevin and his family, looking cozy in front of a fireplace.

Debbie taps through her own phone, going to her Instagram feed. "Oh, here's Oz and Heather. Cute picture of them with their triplets—Liam, Jesse, and Melanie. They're so adorable."

Stifler raises an eyebrow. "Triplets, huh? That's a lot of diapers."

Debbie chuckles, scrolling through a few more pictures. "And here's Finch and Selina with their two kids, Lucia and Nicholas. They're spending Thanksgiving with her family this year."

She pauses for a moment, then says with a smile, "Can you believe it? Between us and all our friends, there's 17 kids now."

Stifler's eyes widen a bit. "Seventeen? Really?"

Debbie nods, amused. "Yep. Between Val, Michelle, and all the others, it's like we're all popping out kids left and right. You guys won't give us a break!"

Stifler looks at her with a playful grin. "I'm sorry, but it's kind of hard to control myself when my wife looks this good." He leans over and kisses her softly on the lips.

Debbie pulls back slightly, smiling. "Thank you," she says, her voice warm. "Did you have a good Thanksgiving?"

Stifler leans back against the couch, nodding. "Yeah, it was definitely a good one. We had all the people I needed, and then some."

Debbie thinks for a moment, then looks at him excitedly. "You know, maybe we should host Thanksgiving next year. We've got a whole year to plan it!"

Stifler raises an eyebrow, feigning hesitation. "That sounds like a lot of planning, Deb."

Debbie shrugs, already excited. "Well, you are a party planner. And we've got plenty of time!"

Stifler rolls his eyes dramatically, but his grin betrays him. "Yeah, I can see this is already happening."

Debbie keeps talking, her excitement growing as she plans in her head. Stifler leans over and interrupts her with a kiss, pulling her into his arms. She smiles against his lips. "What's that for?"

"You were getting a little carried away with the planning," he says, smirking.

Debbie laughs, her voice muffled as she smiles. "What a nice way to tell me to shut up."

Stifler's grin widens, and he looks at her with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "I have another idea." He leans in suggestively, and she giggles, continuing to kiss him as the night stretches on, the warmth of the moment settling over them both.

And You've now reached the end of this thank you for choosing or continuing to read my book. I really appreciate it, love you and see you next time 💋
