𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑

Thursday : May 25th, 2000

It's been almost 365 days since the end of an interesting senior year. Now after having a really cool freshman year of college at Ohio State, it's that time for the semester to come to an end.

All over the campus students are seen packing up all their belongings getting ready to leave, while some were finishing up their finals before they leave. In her English class Debbie was busy on her last question.

She reread the question once again then who glanced up at the clock, realizing there's only only a minute left in the class. Debbie thought really hard then wrote down her last answer. The timer on Professor Milton's desk went off, he picked it
up and spoke up.

"Pencils down, the exam is finally over I hope you all did well on this exam. Come on pass them up." Mr. Milton Said

All the students got up from their seats and placed the exam down on his desk, Debbie lastly placed hers on the pile.

"Hope you have a good summer Ms. Richardson." Mr. Milton Said

"I hope so to, do you and Ms have any plans?" Debbie Asked

"Yup, we're spending three weeks in Europe. That's were we met and fell in love when we were 23." Mr. Milton Said

"Aw that's so sweet." Debbie Said

"Yeah, but this time we'll be bringing our two children let's see how this goes." Mr. Milton Said, slightly laughing.

"It should be fun, well I better go I still have to pack up some things. See you in August Professor Milton." Debbie Said

"See you." Mr. Milton nodded

Debbie exited the building and walked around campus, waving and saying hello to certain students she's had classes with over the year. As she arrived at her dormitory she reached inside her bag, taking out her keys then suddenly she feels arms wrap around her waist.

"Did anyone tell you that you look beautiful today."

A smile creeped up on her face as she turned to face the person behind her, wrapping her arms over his neck.

"Yeah my boyfriend told me earlier this morning." Debbie Replied

"Do I know him?" He Asked

"Yeah he's 6ft, has these beautiful blue eyes and—" He cuts her off with a kiss, "I was going to his name is Felix." Debbie smiled, giggling.

"Hey, babe." Felix Said

"Hey." Debbie Said, caressing his chin.

Debbie and Felix met all the way back at the beginning of the year, she was in the wrong class on her first day, so he was kind enough and helped her find her to the right class.

What started off as acquaintances then to a fast friendship, then one drunken night of hooking up on a Cabo trip during spring break led to a relationship.

"So how was the final?" Felix Asked

"Long but worth it because I gave that final my all." Debbie Said, as she unlocks her door.

"Ah. Let's just hope all those nights of ditching me pay off." Felix Said

"They will don't worry." Debbie Said

The two of them entered her dorm room, one side of the room is empty while on Debbie's side there's some boxes packed and half empty.

"I see your still not packed." Felix Said, as Debbie sighed.

"I'm halfway there I just got tired and stopped packing." Debbie simply said, setting her bag down on the desk.

"Hm, so when did Natasha leave?" Felix Asked, sitting down on her bed.

"Well right after you dropped of my coffee this morning and wished me good luck, her parents came by and picked her up." Debbie Said

"You know I don't think she likes me." Felix Said

"Well you did throw up on her during spring break." Debbie mentioned

"And how many times do I have to apologize." Felix Said

"I don't know being thrown up just does something to a person," Felix looks to her, "Speaking from experience of course." Debbie Said, sitting down next to him.

"Ah." Felix Said

"So my parents are excited to finally meet you, I know we got a five hour drive ahead of us but I'll finish packing." Debbie Said

"Right about that.." Felix Said

"What?" Debbie Said

"Well I don't think I'm going to be able to come to Michigan with you." Felix Said

"Wha-why not?" Debbie Asked

"It's my grandfather you see he's turning 80 next month, and he would really appreciate it if all his family could be there so my family and I are heading to Nashville." Felix Said

"Nashville...oh well that's really sweet of you, well do you know how long you'll be gone?" Debbie Asked

"Two weeks tops." Felix Said

"Two weeks." Debbie Said

"Yes I know Debs that might seem long, but don't worry I'll be back to spend a few weeks of summer left with you." Felix Said, as he kisses the back of her hand.

"Mm, okay." Debbie Said

"Okay, so come on let's get you packed in ready." Felix Said

He stood to his feet but she pulled him back down on the bed.

"That can wait I still have a few hours till I leave, but I know a way to kill some time." Debbie Said, unbuttoning his shirt.

"Oh yeah and what's that?" Felix Said, smirking.

"I think you know, but I'll call it something to remember me by." Debbie Said

She leaned in and kissed him while straddling his lap, Felix quickly took off his shirt and grabbed Debbie flipping her on her back as she let out a little sequel and giggled.

Thursday: May 25th, 2000

After spending a wonderful afternoon with Felix, soon the two got up and Debbie finally finished packing up her stuff. She gave Felix a kiss with a hug, and said goodbye to him then got on the road.

Five hours later Debbie finally arrived back in Grand Rapids, she drove her Jeep up the street then parked in front of her house. She honked her tire and the door opened, as Carla and Kelly walked out.

"She's finally here." Kelly Said

"There she is." Carla Said, opening her arms.

"Hey Momma," She hugged her, then looked at her, "Ooh I see your sporting a new hair cut." Debbie Said

"Well I figured since it's finally summer it's time I switch it up a bit." Carla Said, flipping her new short hair.

"Told you the Bob cut suits you." Kelly complimented

"Thanks hun." Carla Said

"Hey sis," The two share a quick hug, "When did you get back home?" Debbie Asked

"Two days ago, my finals were tough plus I couldn't wait to get away from my roommate." Kelly Said

"What happened with Sarah?" Debbie Asked

"Let's just say she might've caught me making out with her "boyfriend" that I didn't know about, then she yelled at me then left our dorm." Kelly simply said, as Debbie nodded her head slowly.

"Oh okay." Debbie Said

Foot steps are heard as Kelly moved out the way, as Sam jumped in Debbie's arms.

"Debbie!" Sam Said

"There's my Sammy!" Debbie Said, as she spun him around in her arms.

"What took you so long, I've been waiting for hours?" Sam Asked

"I kind lost track of time I'm sorry, but hey I'm here now. To spend time with my favorite guy." Debbie Said, booping him on the nose.

"Good to know I'm still number one, now come on I've got to show you my new toys dad just bought me." Sam Said, taking her towards the house.

"That's cool but can I unpack first, and then you can show me all the toys." Debbie Said

"Okay, but hurry I almost forgot mom bought me a gold fish his name is Jerry and he's red." Sam Said, running back towards the house.

"You bought Sammy a fish aw how sweet." Debbie Said

"It was either a fish or rabbit, but I think he's too young to have a rabbit." Carla Said, then walked back towards the house.

"Kells you mind helping me with my stuff?" Debbie Asked

"Yeah sure," They walked towards the trunk, "So I'm going to ask the obvious question, um where's this boyfriend of yours Felix?" Kelly Asked

"Oh he couldn't make it, he's heading to Nashville." Debbie Said, picking up a box.

"Why?" Kelly Asked, picking up a box as well.

"Well his grandfather is turning 80 next month, and all of his family is going to be there." Debbie explained

"Oh how sweet." Kelly Said

"Yeah I said the same thing." Debbie Said

"How long is he going to be down there?" Kelly Asked

"About two weeks then he's coming down here to spend time with me for the summer." Debbie Said

"And I see you guys had some fun before he left." Kelly Said, giggling.

"What?" Debbie Said

"The hickey on your neck gives it away Debs." Kelly Said, pointing to the mark on her neck.

"Oh I didn't even notice that." Debbie Said, smiling sheepishly.

"Good to know your having fun little sis." Kelly Said

A few moments later the four of them were all sitting at the table eating dinner, Debbie picks up the bowl of mashed potatoes and puts some on her table.

"So girls what are the plans for the summer, Kelly?" Carla Asked

"Well my best friend Harley came up with an idea, she thought it'd be a cool thing if we all stayed at her parents summer house over in St. Joseph's." Kelly Said

"Wait Harley's parents have a summer house?" Debbie Said

"Yeah, her parents aren't going to be using it since they'll be in Europe for most of the summer so we'll be partying all over St. Joseph's, so can I go Mom?" Kelly Asked

"Well-" Carla Said

"Plus I already told Dad and he said he's cool with it, as long as I'll make good decisions this summer. So mom can I please?" Kelly Said

"What I was going to say was yes." Carla Said

"Wait really?" Kelly Said

"Really your going to let her spend a whole summer away from home?" Debbie Questioned

"Sure I will, Kelly's 20 years old even though she makes questionable decisions at times. But I know she can be responsible." Carla Said

"Yes! St. Joseph's here I come baby." Kelly Said

"Wait can I come?" Sam Asked

"Sorry Sammy only girls are allowed." Kelly Said, gently pinching his cheek.

"Plus remember you're going to sleep away camp this summer, aren't you excited about that?" Carla Said

"Should I be?" Sam Questioned

"Yeah sleep away camp was the best." Debbie piped up

"She's right when Debs and I used to go when we were young, we had so much fun plus it's only six weeks." Kelly chimed in

"I guess you're right, plus it will be me, my friends Ross and Bobby so it won't be too boring." Sam Said

"There you go, you'll be fine sweetie." She kisses his cheek, "Alright Deb's what about you any plans?" Carla Said

"Eh I don't really know yet, probably hang out with Valerie and the guys." Debbie Said

"Oh so do exactly what you did last summer." Kelly Said, taking a bite out of her chicken.

"Yeah...I guess." Debbie Said

"Don't worry Deb's I'm sure you'll find something to do this summer." Carla Said

Friday: May 26th, 2000

The next day came and Debbie figured it'd be nice to go out and get some fresh air, she arrived at the Smith residence then knocked on the door, it opened as Valerie smiled at her.

"There's my favorite blonde." Valerie Said

"Val, oh it's so good to finally hug you." Debbie Said

"I know, god I haven't seen you since Christmas break and that already seems too long." Valerie Said

"Tell me about it," They both entered the house, closing the door behind her, "Where's your parents?" Debbie Asked

"Where do you think it's three in the afternoon on a Friday there at work." Valerie Said, as they walked into the kitchen.

"Ah, so how was college Val?" Debbie Asked

"It was so fun plus I dropped my psychology class, and now I'm taking art which I can admit was the best choice." Valerie Said

"Mmm, good for you." Debbie Said

"Oh and when I got back home yesterday, Aidan surprised me with the best thing. His parents just invited me with to their family trip to Lake Tahoe next week." Valerie smiled

"Oh um that's cool, Lake Tahoe I've always wanted to go there." Debbie Said

"I know right oh I wish you could come Debs." Valerie Said

"Yeah maybe I should, better than sitting home being bored." Debbie sighed

Valerie furrowed her brows, "What's wrong Debbie?"

"Nothing it's just it seems that everyone has plans this summer, and I don't even know what I want to do yet." Debbie Said

"Well you've got a whole summer to think about it." Valerie pointed out

"I know it's just..the first two weeks of summer, Felix is going to be away and I really wanted to spend time with him." Debbie Said

"Oh Debbie it's okay to miss your boyfriend, but he said he'll be back right? It's only two weeks, before you know it he'll be here to spend time with you." Valerie Said

"Yeah." Debbie Said

"Hey I know what will cheer you up." Valerie Said, smirking.

"What?" Debbie raised a brow

"Tonight there's a party I just got invited too, and what's a better way to start off our summer after college then partying.." Valerie Said

"Cool who's throwing the party?" Debbie Asked

"Oh just a friend of ours." Valerie Said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Who's the friend?" Debbie questioned

"Okay it's Stifler's party." Valerie admitted

"Stifler," She laughed, "Yeah no thanks I'll pass." Debbie Said

"Come on Debbie look I get it, you're still baffling at the idea you two had sex but come on everyone will be there." Valerie Said

"I don't know Val." Debbie shrugged

"Please I'd rather be outside on Friday night than inside watching Tv and eating ice cream." Valerie Said

"You see now that sounds fun." Debbie joked

"Please come on Debs." Valerie pleaded, clasping her hands together.

Debbie playfully rolled her eyes, "Okay, okay fine we'll go to Stifler's party."

"Yes okay, because I bought this cute dress that I've been dying to wear so now I'll get to wear it." Valerie Said

"You're so lucky I love you." Debbie Said

"I know." Valerie Said, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Later on that afternoon the boys invited Debbie and Valerie out for lunch, the girls arrived at Dog Years entering the restaurant only to see them sitting at a table.

"Hello, Boys." Debbie and Valerie greeted

"Hey guys." They all said

Debbie and Valerie all each hugged Jim, Chris and Kevin then took their seats.

"How have you guys been?" Jim Asked

"Great, I've taken a liking into art." Valerie Said

"Really?" Chris Said

"Yeah I know, but yes I'm actually good at it now." Valerie Replied

"What about you Debs?" Kevin Asked

"College was great really fun, especially since I have a boyfriend now." Debbie smiled

"Oh yeah." Kevin Said

"Good for you Debs." Jim Said

"So what's his name?" Chris Asked

"Felix Gallagher, he's a sophomore and he's majoring in journalism." Debbie Said

"Never would've pictured you dating a aspiring journalist." Chris Said

"Neither did I Oz, neither did I." Debbie Said

"Well I'm glad schools out, it's gonna be nice to hit Stifler's tonight after exams." Kevin Said

"Yeah did you get through 'em?" Valerie Asked

"Mhm." Chris Said, nodding.

"They were a bitch." Jim sighed

"Tell me about it." Debbie Said

The door opened and in came Finch, wearing a green and red kimono shirt.

"There's the mystery man!" Chris Said

"There's our boy." Debbie Said

"Pauly." Valerie Smiled

"Finch, how are you?" Kevin Asked

Finch held out his hand and greeted them all in Japanese, as they all looked at him incredulously.

"It's Japanese. It means ''hello.'' Hello." Paul Said, then sits down next to Kevin.

"Finch, what happened to Latin?" Kevin Asked

"Oh I met a Japanese girl at the art museum, changed majors. I wanted to understand the things she was moaning." Paul Simply said

"You got laid in an art museum?" Valerie Said

"The Met." Paul nodded, "And the Guggenheim with Francesca."

"The Guggenheim?" Jim Said

"And then my social-psych professor in Baskin-Robbins." Paul trailed on

"All right, enough Finch." Jim Said

"Look at you Paul, you're a stud." Debbie Said, patting his shoulder smirking.

"Yes but I'll tell you, none of these women even compare to-" Paul Said

"Stifler's mom." They all said, shaking their heads.

"Stifler's mom is a goddess." Paul admitted
