Is there anything that lasts forever in this world?
... Nothing.
So that's why people say change is the only thing that never changes and in that, feelings are not an exception.
One day you want to kill a person who did wrong to you and the next day you might forgive him with your big heart.
It happens everywhere, every time and to everyone.
It might occur instantly or gradually...

Saturday evening, Sathya was waiting for Raghu at the bus stop. Today the sky is very beautiful and enticing to see, it colored in a mixture of mild orange, blue and red. Sathya looking that forgets her surroundings. She finished grieving for her father's death and started accepting reality.
Her mother has become normal while looking after her grandson she forgot her past life, struggles, and worries in his cute smile. And seeing the happy life that Raghu and Sathya living she can't help but feel so content. She has never lived a life that's considered as simple but it's enough to see her daughter who's living happily. Her happiness lies in Sathya's happiness.
Raghu resigned his high paying job ten days before. He's staying in the house and working on his proposal. He's working very hard. Day and nights his concentration is only on finishing it. He sleeps at midnight and woke up when Sathya's about to leave for her work. He used to drive her to the bus stop then return back to home and continues his work until she returns. Sathya's mom keeps the ambiance undisturbed so that he can work peacefully. In between, he used to play with his son and fall asleep in tired.
Their life is not at all perfect but yet they were living, catching the happiness which isn't easy to reach.
When Sathya was thinking about her life which is now going peacefully, she heard the horn sound. She turned her gaze to Raghu. He gave a weak smile and raised his helmet's shield.
She walked to him feeling so happy and excited, she always gets this emotion which is irrepressible.
Raghu gazed her face fixedly, Sathya can't help but ask him "What?"
"Shall we go somewhere. I am feeling too exhausted," he said and Sathya's felt there's something troubling him now.
"Hmm okay," she agreed and got on the bike.
Raghu drove the bike to the nearby beach. It has turned dark when they reached there. Walking to the shore Sathya held his hands which he forgets to do. It's not always a guy should show his love, right. It's her duty to give him compassion as well.
"Are you okay?" she cleared the silence.
He nodded no.
"Don't be stressed and don't think that you should finish everything fast," Sathya advised.
"I am scared," he said.
"Why?"
"I've sent my proposal to a company today?" he told.
"Is it?"
"Yeah. I don't know whether they will reply to me," he worried.
Sathya had a pleasant on her face and held Raghu's hand close to her.
"Don't worry, you've taken a big step today. Just forgot about the result and concentrate on your other work," Sathya said.
Raghu huffed hearing it. He knew she would say this.
"Is that a big company?" she asked.
"Yeah, one of India's largest automobile company."
"They will call you don't worry,"
He nodded seeing her assuring face.
"And look at you. You haven't slept properly for the past ten days," she worried.
Raghu smiled. "Sathya, is it okay if I fail?" he told his deepest fear to Sathya, he wants an assurance from her than anyone.
"Totally fine, even if you fail for thousand times, I will encourage you like this for the next attempt. "
"And I believe in you. You're an intelligent guy," she smiled and he smiled too.
"Throw this worry and fear from your face. It's not suitable for you. I always want you to be cool and happy," she gave a friendly pat on his shoulders.
Raghu got a separate strength after that. He held Sathya's hand firmly and walked to the water. The moon slowly showed up clearing the clouds aside.
"What Sanjay was doing?" Sathya asked.
"I saw him drinking milk when I left home."
"Oh, then he must have slept by now," she said looking at her watch. Sathya knew in which time he will sleep, and eat.
"How's your work?" Raghu asked and sat on the sand.
Today the beach isn't much crowded and it's calm.
"Okay, but the head chef was a perfectionist. Always kept shouting for even small mistakes. I don't like that man," she said and saw the man selling cotton candies.
"That's good for you so that you will learn some perfection in your life right," he chuckled.
Sathya glared him, "leave it. I need that," she whined pointing the candy floss.
"Panjumittaiya? (cotton candy?)" He taunted her with a laugh.
"Yeah," she nodded smiling widely.
"Seriously Sathya, you are still a child," he laughed and called the man who's selling that. He bought two packets for her and watched her tasting it in delight.
He can't help but smile seeing her. "You want some?" She asked in a concern.
He nodded.
"No no no, you shouldn't say like that. Open your mouth. I will definitely get a stomach ache if you kept watching me like that," she said and shoved the candy to his mouth. He's tasting it after so many years and it's good.
"You know what, I used to love this when I am studying school. There's a great friendship behind this candy," Sathya exclaimed.
"What is it?" Placing his hand on his cheek Raghu asked.
"Okay. It was when I am studying in my fourth grade. There was a guy in my class named Anbuselvan who sit beside me. We are not friends initially then after sitting for two months he's become one of my close friends that time. He used to buy this every day which sold in front of our school since he's from a rich family and always have money in his pocket and while we are walking to our house he eats that in front of me. I always wanted to taste it but he never shares a single piece. Such a cunning boy."
"Why? Don't you ask money to your mom?" Raghu questioned curiously.
"No, she won't give me a penny unnecessarily," she replied and continued her memories.
"And then one day, I helped him finish his maths homework that he doesn't know how to do it and we all have to submit the notebook by evening."
"I successfully made him complete giving my note and we both submitted on time. He escaped from getting a beating from our teacher because of me."
"That evening he bought two cotton candies and gave one to me in gratitude. That's the first time I tasted it and I fell in love with it."
"Then I started pestering my mom every day to give money to buy it and she occasionally gave me two rupees but most of the time she won't telling it's not good for me."
"Those times Anbuselvan buy me one in his money. We were friends until fifth grade then he transferred to another school because his dad transferred to another station I think, he's a police officer," Sathya said.
"So whenever I see this cotton candy I remember those days of my life. I remind my friend, my school days, the roads I used to walk and the air I breathed in those times. I can never forget," Sathya smiled telling that story and she looked Raghu who instantly changed his expression like he's bored.
"I feel like sleeping, Sathya," Raghu just teased her but he's so delighted to know her memories. She has so many things in her heart and its very rare to find a woman who is girlishly strong.
"I won't tell you anything hereafter," she frowned but she knows he's just playing with her.
And he knows she told that to change his mood and it happened, he's now feeling so relaxed inside. She's really having magic.
"I told that for fun," he said and pulled her arm to get her attention.
Sathya gave up and smiled.
Some people who were walking saw their lovey-dovey moments and Sathya got a grip and cleared her throat to remind that they are public.
"We should go home," Raghu said knotting his eyebrows in a mischievous grin.
"Ah, okay," she nodded.
He got and gave his hand to Sathya. She stood holding his hand for the support.
"Sathya do you think my belly is grown," he asked patting his stomach while walking back to his bike.
"Ah, you're so perfect except that beard. And please don't start that I am spoiling you with food," she told that in tired. He kept telling her to cook the food not too delicious so that he eats without a limit.
"Tomorrow I am going to make biryani for you. Now tell me are you going to be in a diet?" She widened her eyes in warning and Raghu nodded in No fearing her.
"I will go for a run," he suggested another way.
"Yeah, do that. But don't avoid my food, then you will face some bad consequences," she warned and laughed.
They went home and Sathya's Mom was holding Sanjay in her hip and waiting for them at the entrance.
"Sanju," Sathya went to her son and kissed his all over the face.
He started to call her Amma and but still trying to say Appa(dad).
"Are you going somewhere?" Sathya asked her Mom.
"Hmm, I am going to temple taking Sanjay with me," she said.
"Oh,"
"Do you want to come with me?" Her mom asked and Sathya nodded no.
"Come soon, Amma," she told her mom and headed inside with Raghu.
There's a reason for her, no, once they are in their bedroom she looked at Raghu in a way that only he could understand. It's been so long since they made love and today Sathya couldn't resist her desire for him or either Raghu.
He came and stood before her and leaned in to kiss her lips so gently and they both stumbled on the bed in the process. Sathya giggled and encircled her legs around his hip.
.
.
Breathing heavily Sathya kissed Raghu's cheeks and held him against her tightly like he's her property after their passionate moments.
"Are you feeling better now?" She asked and he raised his head up to meet her face.
He stared her like she's a wonder.
"Sathya. Sathya," he smiled whispering her name in his deep voice, his fingers caressed her smooth cheeks and he pressed his lips on hers.
He can't help but feel happy for getting someone like Sathya and she hugged him feeling so serene seeing his smile.
