⋆The Plan⋆

Juno and Stiles both sat at their own table in the cafeteria where they mapped out next possible victims of the Darach. As they were so busy invested in the case that the two shouldn't be solving, they didn't notice Allison and Lydia creep up behind them.

"What are you guys doing?" Allison asked. Juno and Stiles both jumped at the same time, and looked up at the two girls. They both suspected Juno was oblivious to the Supernatural world, so the two girls assumed that Juno spending so much more time with Stiles was because of a brewing crush on him rather than the two trying to solve a crime. Despite them not knowing of the crime solving, they were definitely right in the crush department of things, although Juno would never admit that even to herself.

Juno began to stutter; she had no idea if Lydia knew anything about what was going with the Supernatural, so she was afraid to come clean. However, Stiles knew that both Allison and Lydia knew about the Supernatural, so he was honest with no hesitation.

"We're just trying to figure out the patterns with all of these murders," Stiles brushed off. He smirked at Juno as she sent him a death glare, then looked back up to Allison and Lydia who both looked a mix of annoyed and shocked.

Allison began to hesitate, "s-so you're into crime solving?" She asked Juno, trying to stray away from the topic of inhuman creatures as she wasn't sure if Juno knew about them or not.

Juno was about to speak up, but Stiles spoke for her. "She knows about everything," he sighed.

"You told her everything? Is Scott okay with that?" Allison asked.

"She didn't have to be told anything since she's already a Supernatural!" Stiles exclaimed. Juno sent him a glare that made chills crawl up his spine, but he knew that the girls would have to find out sooner or later.

Lydia sighed, "oh great, just when I thought I had found a normal friend! So what, we have another she-wolf?"

Juno scoffed. "Oh no, I'm what people call a 'blood sucking corpse,'" Juno teased, mocking Derek Hale's words. Allison and Lydia's eyes both widened in horror.

Allison cleared her throat, "y-you're a Vampire?" She asked in a soft whisper.

"No, she's a mermaid," Stiles spoke sarcastically, "yes! She's a freaking seven hundred year old bad ass Vampire who's stronger than literally everything. You should have seen her totally destroy Derek it was-"

"Cute," Lydia cut off, giving Allison a sly smirk that Juno definitely noticed, making her feel embarrassed.

Stiles however, was oblivious to what the girls were hinting at. "What? No it wasn't cute it was awesome. I don't know what you're thinking about," he sighed.

Lydia ignored Stiles, "so, you're really a Vampire?"

"Why would I be lie about that?" Juno questioned, flashing her fangs at Lydia. Both Lydia and Allison stepped back in horror at the sight of Juno's razor sharp teeth. Juno closed her mouth and allowed her fangs to retract. Stiles was holding back giggles as he stared up at Allison and Lydia's horrified expressions, finding it amusing.

"Right, we believe you..." Allison breathed out. "So you said you were figuring out patterns?"

Stiles nodded, "yeah, actually so far there's been three virgins and now Kyle, who was I guess thought of as a warrior-"

"You can't determine a pattern with such a small data set," Lydia interrupted, "it sounds awful, but you would have to wait for more murders to occur to really notice a pattern."

"That's what I thought, but there is a pattern," Stiles said, gesturing to Juno, wanting her to make the big reveal.

Juno beckoned the girls to sit at the table so they could study the legend she had drawn out that was almost identical to the one she had found in Cyrus' office long ago. "My brother told me he was hunted by one of these things before since he is considered to be a philosopher. This thing, the Darach, will kill three people in each one of these 'categories' to gain some sort of incredible power," Juno explained, pointing to different parts of the legend her and Stiles had drawn.

Lydia scowled as she studied what was in front of her, then looked at Stiles, "you mentioned Kyle being a warrior?"

"Kyle was apart of the ROTC, so yeah, he's under that category," Stiles explained. "I talked to Boyd not long ago and he said he was in the program with Kyle. I think he could be next."

"That's amazing, I can't believe you have this figured out!" Allison chimed. "That means we should be able to stop all of this soon, right?"

"Well we don't know who the Darach could be since it would probably be disguised to blend into society," Juno stated, "but according to Stiles you guys have a bit of an Alpha pack problem, so maybe this won't exactly be easy to solve with a bunch of angry dogs running around."

Allison chuckled, "so do Vampires not like Werewolves?" She joked. Juno groaned, not wanting to explain her opinions on Werewolves. Instead she just shrugged, and rested her face in the palm of her hand.

Lydia cleared her throat and stood up from the table, leading Allison up with her. "Well it was nice chatting, but I think we'll leave you two alone now," she said.

Juno and Stiles both raised an eyebrow in confusion. "It's cool I'll leave you three alone if you want-" Stiles tried.

"Oh no we've got a bunch of homework to catch up on, we'll see you later, Juno!" Lydia enthused, winking at her as she pulled a grinning Allison out of the cafeteria. In that moment Juno was glad that she had no beating heart, otherwise all of the blood in her body would have been flushed to her cheeks in that moment.

Stiles sighed as he took a large bite out of his sandwich, "what was that all about?" He asked with his mouth full.

Juno cringed at his poor table manners, "maybe I spooked them with the teeth," she lied. She knew well what the girls were trying to do, which was leave her and Stiles alone to try and 'make something happen', but clearly Stiles didn't have a clue.

"So do they just like, pop out or something whenever you want to use them?" He asked, pointing to Juno's mouth.

Juno grinned at Stiles, flashing her sharp teeth. Laughter erupted from Juno as Stiles' sandwich fell from his hand and right onto the floor as he stared at Juno in shock. He hadn't seen her teeth up close before, and he didn't know whether to be fascinated or terrified. Stiles groaned as he picked up his sandwich, yet took a bite from it anyway, causing Juno to gag. "What? Five second rule."

As Juno was about to begin speaking again about the Darach, she cut herself off as she watched Scott rush into the cafeteria and immediately take a seat next to Stiles. "Woah dude are you okay?" Stiles asked as he noticed Scott's state of panic.

"Derek and Peter want to go after the Alphas," he panted. Stiles and Juno looked at Scott in disbelief, but eagerly waited for him to elaborate on whatever plan the Hales had. "But I was thinking I could just confront Deucalion myself-"

"Scott are you crazy?" Stiles interrupted, "that's like, suicide!"

"That's not even the crazy part. Peter wanted you to help them out," Scott said, pointing at Juno.

Juno looked at Scott as if he had grown another head, she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "A Hale wants my help?"

"Well you did hold your own back at Derek's loft, they know you're powerful, and they could use that," Scott shrugged.

Juno scoffed, "I'd rather be left to burn in the sun than help a Hale," she spat. "I can go with you to confront this Deucalion guy, since I can probably take him."

"Uhm absolutely not," Stiles chimed. Scott and Juno both looked at him quizzically. Stiles looked back at them oddly also, wondering why they were confused by his statement. "Well? I'm just saying you shouldn't go and confront some crazy demon wolf! You could get hurt."

"You don't want me  -a seven hundred year old Vampire who you watched take down an Alpha-  to take down some 'demon Alpha', but you'll let your Beta best friend do it alone?" Juno asked.

Stiles huffed, "point taken, but still, you haven't faced an Alpha of Alphas, unless there's more cool stuff about your past you still haven't told me."

Juno chuckled, "no I haven't, but I think I can manage." Stiles sighed as he leaned further back in his chair. Scott and Juno kept conversing over the Alpha pack, Juno often making snarky remarks whenever Derek or Peter were mentioned, but ultimately, she agreed to assisting Scott in the event of confronting the Alpha of all Alphas as long as the Hales weren't there. Stiles would grumble slightly as he listened closely to their conversation, but the two wouldn't even glance over at him when he did so.

Something in his gut told him that Juno shouldn't confront Deucalion with Scott. Yes, he knew well that Juno was probably a million times stronger than literally anything, but Stiles had good instincts, and his 'gut feeling' would always mean something.

"I think that this is a terrible idea," Stiles interrupted, causing Juno and Scott to both look over at him. Before Scott could retort, Stiles straightened up his posture and trusted his instincts, letting the two know how bad he felt the situation was. "I mean, you two, going to face this blind guy-"

"He's blind!?" Juno interrupted, "that literally makes this less of a challenge-"

"Please do not interrupt me," Stiles spoke sternly, causing Juno to sink down in her chair slightly. "I just really don't think you two should take him on alone, I just... I got a feeling..."

Scott raised an eyebrow, "a feeling? Are you going to elaborate on that?"

Stiles began to stutter as he was lost for words, giving Scott and Juno their answer, which was no. "Oh come on! Juno you don't know what this guy is capable of-"

Juno began to grow irritated with Stiles' arguments. She stood up from the cafeteria table and picked up her school bag. "And clearly you are underestimating my abilities," she snapped. Juno quickly left the cafeteria to find Allison and Lydia. As she was leaving she could sense the guilt and hurt radiating off of Stiles. It alarmed her that she could still sense his emotions from so far away, but she did her best to ignore it and left the cafeteria.

Stiles sighed and leaned back in his chair, banging his fist against the table in frustration as he did so. The last thing he wanted to do was annoy Juno with his paranoia, but he didn't want her to get hurt. He blocked out all of Scott's words as he focused on his own thoughts. He thought that maybe he shouldn't trust his gut this one time, because maybe his worry over Juno's safety was just him being protective over her, despite her needing no protection whatsoever. He had become attached to her, obsessed with her even, to the point where he didn't want her helping Scott fight off an Alpha even though her help could definitely take down the pack. Stiles felt selfish, but he didn't care as long as it meant Juno was unharmed.

"You're not even listening to me," Scott sighed. "I know you like her but-"

"Yeah but I don't like like her," Stiles quickly retorted, being in denial of his own feelings.

Scott chuckled, "yeah okay. Still, you can't just control what people can and can't do, especially when you barely know them." Stiles wanted to argue with Scott on his last sentence, because he didn't 'barely' know Juno, but remembering that she had lived so long, he held back his words. Perhaps he didn't really know her truly well enough, but he believed he knew the Juno that she presented herself as today, which he believed was enough.

Juno sat on the edge of Scott's bed. She tapped her foot against the wooden floorboards impatiently as she waited for Scott to fully plan their entrance and escape in the rare chance things become too difficult for Juno. Scott burst into his room, exhaling deeply as he mentally prepared himself for what could happen.

"Are you sure you can handle your own? Do you have any other Werewolf friends that can help you?" Juno asked, noticing Scott's nervousness. Scott quickly shook his head, although his face didn't convince Juno that he wasn't nervous.

She sighed and got up anyway, beckoning for Scott to lead the way. With Juno right behind him, Scott opened the front door for them to leave, but a surprise visitor stopped them from doing so.

"Woah! Isaac! What are you doing here?" Scott asked with fake excitement. Isaac stood in Scott's doorway with a proud posture. His eyes fell upon Juno, making him grow suspicious.

He hesitated, "oh uhm, I was just coming over to see how you were since we're buddies and all," Isaac said with an unconvincing smile on his face. "W-what are you doing here?" He asked, directing towards Juno. Juno looked over at Scott with a worried look, hoping that he would come up with a convincing excuse. Scott then snaked his arm around Juno's waist and pulled her closer to him.

"We are going out on a date..." Scott spoke slowly, not even convincing himself. Juno fought off a grimace, instead forcing a grin that looked filled with pain.

Isaac looked towards the grown, almost as if he were in pain. He looked back up and stared down at Scott. "Really? I- I didn't think you two would ever become a thing..." He stuttered.

Juno looked up at Isaac and felt guilty as she noticed his pained expression. She wondered if she should tell Isaac the truth that the two of them were going to face the Alpha pack, since she didn't see the problem in Isaac helping other than the risk of him being hurt. She knew that Scott wouldn't forgive her for risking his safety by taking him, so she kept her mouth shut, for the sake of keeping Scott's trust, and keeping Isaac safe.

"It's not really out yet, so can you please just keep it a secret?" Juno asked with pleading eyes, not wanting this to some how circulate to Stiles before she could clear it up herself. Isaac nodded and left Scott and Juno. Scott sighed in relief, while Juno smacked Scott's arm off of her.

"You couldn't have come up with something other than that?" She spat. She clenched her fists to contain her anger, she couldn't believe Scott would pull such a lie when there could have been a million other excuses.

"It was the first thing that came to my head!" Scott defended. "Come on, you can let out your anger on the Alphas."

Juno sighed as she followed Scott to his motorcycle. She sat down behind him and held onto Scott relatively tightly, but didn't want to be too close to him. When Scott offered her a helmet, she declined since nothing could kill her but the sun or someone skilled in Vampire slaying. Scott began driving at full speed.

Despite her confidence on the outside, Juno could feel anxiety brewing in her abdomen as they became closer to where the pack of Alphas was. She thought that perhaps, she might not be as strong as she thought she was since she met Stiles Stilinski.

I'm sorry this took so long! This is only a filler with mostly dialogue which is why it was so short. I wanted to make it longer and include the big battle between the Alphas and Scott's pack, but I think that it deserves it's own chapter.

I hope I haven't lost any of you! I can't believe we've gotten to 15k reads, thank you so much! Bitten has barely begun and I am not abandoning it! I love this story so much and I'm going to try and update as often as I can xx.
