It was sundown and almost time to hunt.Doing as normal,I get up and stalk within the shadows until dark.
-----time skip to at night----------------
Me and my fellow hunters,Eliza,Peggy,and Angelica Skuyler,all set out in different parts of the forest in Dutch for prey.
I go far into the deep woods of our home till I reached an opening in the think trees.I dash through the opening only to find myself scattering up a tree to hide from two vampire hunters talking on their shift.I can't help but look at the one on my left.His chocolate hair pulled into a tight but low ponytail.His chocolate eyes full of emotions.and the sound of his steady heartbeat.The only things that made me mentally kick myself was that he was a hunter and a human.I watched for a few moments listening to the conversation.i have never seen someone that cute in all my 123 years of life.

Alex's p o v
"I don't get it Gil.Why do I have to be on look out when I could be out hunting for the monsters?"I said.
"Alex mon ami,stop talking about this.At least look at it this way,your here with me oui?"Gilbert Lafayette said to me in his thick French accent.
Right then I heard the sound or something running up a tree.I first questioned it but then shrugged it off as just a woodland creature running home to the trees.But after a few moments I got an itching feeling that I was being watched.
"Hey laf do you ever get a feeling your being watched?"I asked as I looked around me.
"No I don't why do you ask?"
I looked around one last time (I'm so sorry I didn't attend for this to happen but oh well)then decided it was just me overthink it."Nothing."
Lafayette and I talked for a bit more when another sound approached us,this time Laf heard it to."Did you hear that?"
"Oui."Gilbert growled.
Just then a young man walked out of the forest whearing only black and a hooded cloak that covered his eyes.
"Hult!this is a private area."I called to him.
"Oh don't mind me.I just came to talk to you...guys."he hesitated.
"What's your name stranger?"I asked,lowering my gun.
"Laurens.John Laurens."he said.
"Well John.This area is restricted to outsiders like you."
"Oh have some fun will ya?"he scoffed.
"Take the hood off then we might consider you staying with us."Laf commanded.
"Oh fine.If I must."he took off the hood to reveal hair that was a reddish brown,skin as white as bed sheets,and dark red eyes.Vampire.
Lafayette and I lifted our guns as I got out my Wilkie talkie to tell the general that a vampire was spotted when John graves my arm and looked a bit mad."I hate tattletales."he whispered before pulling me into the forest.
