Chapter Twø : Suppørt, Friendship and Løyalty
Your POV
The next day at school, before ma would say 'I love you, bye', I zoomed inside the school, near where I was yesterday. I saw Brendon sobbing again. I frowned. Of course I calmed him down again. I saw the happiness in his eyes. They made me feel warm.
I saw Gerard walking over to us, his hands in his pockets and his face seeming bored until he walked over to us. "Hi!" I smiled at him, Brendon and Patrick standing up too. "Hiya. My mom had these for us, she said to give it to you guys." Gerard grumbled, he pulled out some circle things, one was around his wrist, it was black and red.
"What are they?" I asked, taking the f/c one. "They're called friendship bracelets. They were originally regular ones but Ma said they're for friendship." Gerard said.
"What's friendship?" Brendon said, spinning his on his wrist. "It's amazing! It's basically friends and you trust each other! Like what we said yesterday!" Patrick added. "
"Oh. Great." Brendon huffed. He looks, jealous..? His attitude got to me for a second had him giving me the vibes of conflict. "There's supposed to be a girl coming today." Gerard groaned.
"We'll make a friend!" Patrick squeaked, obviously hyped. "Fiiiiiiiine." Gerard pouted. "Let's play a game for now!" Patrick jumped up. I groaned.
"I hate doing stuff." I complained. "Shush." Gerard said, putting a ginger over my mouth. I looked at him, I smiled and moved his hand away.
I saw Brendon in the corner of my eyes. I hugged my arms, his face seemed of envy, more specifically, jealous.
They're both cute. I think I see them as like like material. I rubbed my eyes. Mrs. Hakeem came just in time, I went over to her as she walked us to the classroom. The whole class was talking. I smiled goofily and saw a new girl.
Her skin color was caramel. Her hair was short and her face looked confused but so scared. I stood up, walking over to her. Brendon had already been talking with her, she looked as if she was daydreaming and quiet at the same time.
I gave her a gentle smile. Throughout the day we talked, when it was time to go home I gave everyone hugs again and went over to my Mom. She seemed happy, so happy she didn't even notice my friendship bracelet.
I coughed. "Hi Mama!" I squeaked. "Oh yeah, hi Y/n." She replied. "My day was amazing! I made a new best friend and Gerard gave us friendship bracelets! We even made this thing called an oath!" I bursted I'm excitement and joy. "Oh really?" She asked, picking me up and sitting me in the car, sitting me in my car seat. "Mhhm!" I kicked my feet happily.
"What was the oath? How did it go?" Mom asked. I handed her a note Mrs. Hakeem wrote for us when she saw us all getting together as a friend group.
❝I pledge Allegiance to friendship, positivity and loyalty, that forever and longer that we will never attempt on judging nor changing our best friends. We promise and swear on our own lives we never depart from each other no matter how far of distance or how bad terms get. Love, respect, friendship and support. Gerard Way, Y/n Y/Ln, Brendon Urie, Nyla L/n, Patrick Stump, Josh Dun, Tyler Joseph.❞
Mom cried.
I didn't understand. At least not yet, there were too many big words at the time. Whatever. I got over it. She gave me the letter back and we went home.
